Dorit Kemsley allegedly told her estranged husband, PK Kemsley, “over my f***ing dead body" after he proposed she move back into his current home amid their divorce ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, PK says "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star unleashed the comment after he recently suggested that Dorit and their two kids move into his current home. He says he moved out of the home they shared while together, which he is looking to sell immediately and claims is close to foreclosure.

Dorit and PK own a 6-bedroom, 10-bathroom, 8,901 square foot home in Encino, California. As TMZ first reported, PK claims Dorit spent around $1 million on luxury clothes and other items while avoiding the mortgage payments.

Sydney Sweeney and Scooter Braun are in a state of euphoria ... all grins while walking across a tarmac and jumping in a private jet together.

Photogs captured the pair in Queensland, Australia on Friday ... Scooter is seen pushing along the luggage while a smiling Sydney grasps his right hand.

The program blends clinical therapy with holistic options like meditation and art therapy, but also includes amenities for someone like Britney -- such as private suites, chef-prepared meals, a gym, pool and even recreational spaces.

Rihanna's got some fresh ink ... and it was inspired by her kids.

RiRi took a piece of paper with some scribbles her young children made and brought it to a tattoo artist, who recreated the childhood artwork and inked it on the back of her knee.

It looks like the kids took some red, brown, orange, yellow, green, purple, black and blue markers and drew lines all over the paper ... but Rihanna's tattoo is just black ink.

Michael Madsen's sons just beat out their own mother in a legal battle for control over his estate ... TMZ has learned.

In new court documents that hit the docket on Wednesday, a judge awarded her "parent-time" on Sunday, May 10, from 9 AM to 8:30 PM ... which means a whole day with the son she's seen only sparingly since we posted video of her accidentally hitting her other child with a barstool during an argument with Dakota Mortensen.

Paul's weekly parenting time is also increasing across the board ... jumping from just 8 hours a week to 12 hours a week. The court recommends three separate four-hour supervised blocks for mother and child to bond.
