Teddi Mellencamp is getting real about body image during her Stage 4 cancer battle -- revealing she actually asked for weight-loss meds while in the thick of it.

"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" alum said on her "Two Ts In A Pod" podcast that after packing on weight from steroids, she asked her doctor for GLP-1s ... but got shut down.

Teddi kept it light, joking about the mixed messages from her doctors, saying, "You tell me to live my best life ... but where are my GLP-1s?"

Jokes aside, it's been a brutal few years for Teddi. She was first diagnosed with melanoma, a type of skin cancer, in 2022 ... and underwent surgery for Stage 2.

Someone get Kyle Cooke a tweed cap and a magnifying glass ... because he's here to tell you who he thinks didn't leak the "Summer House" reunion audio.

He took to Instagram Friday to shine some light on the situation ... as someone who was sitting right there for the tense taping.

According to Kyle, this couldn't have been one of the stars sitting on the couches ... because their phones would have to be stuffed behind pillows or between cushions in order to not be caught by cameras.

And he says that -- based off the seating chart -- there's "just no way" the audio from the leak could've been captured by a phone on set.

'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star Kenya Moore is packing up her hair salon and moving out after issues with her landlord, TMZ has learned.

TMZ obtained photos of the salon's furniture on the street outside the location.

Kenya tells TMZ ... "I have spent the last several weeks moving out of my salon as a result of my ongoing legal battle with the landlord who has failed to reimburse me nearly $80K of improvement funds I am rightfully owed. My only recourse was to withhold rent and file a countersuit. I already have my outfit laid out for court chile!"

She goes on to thank all of her clients, and promises the beginning of a new era ... stay tuned!

An Orlando-area congressman is sounding the alarm over a controversial attraction called Sloth World ... urging federal officials to step in before more animals are harmed.

Rep. Maxwell Frost is calling on a federal agency to launch an immediate investigation into the facility, alleging deeply troubling conditions persisting ahead of its opening to the public.

Frost said in a statement ... "Before it even opened, Sloth World saw 31 sloths die after being kept in unsafe conditions." Frost continues ... "I've called on the Secretary of Agriculture and USDA to investigate Sloth World, protect any surviving sloths, and prevent more from being brought in."

FBI Director Kash Patel is suing over claims he's been drunk on the job ... but he reportedly admitted in the past to twice being arrested for alcohol-related offenses around 2 decades ago.

When Patel worked for the Miami-Dade County Public Defender's Office back in the day, he wrote a letter elaborating on a couple disclosures from his Florida Bar application, which related to his past arrests ... and The Intercept obtained a copy.

Patel wrote he was arrested for public intoxication in February 2001 when he was a junior at the University of Richmond. He said he was under 21 years of age at the time and had two drinks before getting booted from the crowd at a Richmond basketball game for "excessive" cheering. He said he paid a fine.

Cher's latest attempt to put her son Elijah Blue Allman under a temporary conservatorship just hit a wall ... a judge shut down the request -- with Elijah in attendance, calling in from a psychiatric hospital.

A Los Angeles judge denied Cher's request Friday without prejudice -- meaning she can try again -- saying there wasn't "sufficient urgency" to justify appointing someone to control Elijah's estate.

Elijah appeared by video from the facility, where the court said he's currently being held in an effort to restore competency as he faces criminal charges in New Hampshire.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Elijah hired a new legal team that's fighting his estranged wife Marieangela King's efforts to seize part of his inheritance from his late father, Gregg Allman. Marieangela believes she deserves temporary support amid their divorce.

In the filing, Elijah's team says he is currently locked up in a New Hampshire psychiatric hospital, awaiting a hearing on his competency to face criminal charges of burglary, criminal mischief, and breach of bail.

Crazy domino effect after a dog peed on a neighbor's lawn ... two men came out of the home and urinated in retaliation ... then a knife fight broke out, sending three people to the hospital ... and it's all on video.

It went down in Queens, NY yesterday ... a guy was walking his French bulldog down the sidewalk when the pooch stopped and pissed on a patch of grass. Two men emerged and peed on the dog owner's neighboring lawn, and then a fight broke out.

One of the guys who urinated was wielding a knife, and he stabbed two neighbors, including a 39-year-old woman, and his own father ... according to police.

Social media's speculating that West Wilson was axed for leaking that "Summer House" reunion audio ... but TMZ has debunked the rumor.

Beyoncé was seen blushing over Michael Jackson in a resurfaced video of the late pop star's secret reality show that ended up being scrapped, TMZ has learned. 

Marc Schaffel, a longtime producer and friend of MJ, tells TMZ the footage was shot between 2000 and 2003. He is currently shopping the reality show footage to various streamers for a potential three-part docu-series. 

The video of Beyoncé was shot in 2001 following September 11. The "Crazy in Love" singer recorded a charity single, put together by Michael, to raise money. The song was not promoted at the time, with many believing it was due to his feud with Sony. 

The song was set to be released again in 2003, both in English and Spanish, and a music video was even shot. However, the song was pulled again due to Michael's legal issues.
