"Secret Lives of Mormon Wives: Orange County" star McCall DaPron has been getting called out over her family's JFK Assassination-inspired Halloween costumes ... so much so that she had to turn off her Instagram comments.

In the photo dump posted on Oct. 29 ... McCall dresses up in Jackie Kennedy Onassis' pink outfit she wore the day her husband, President John F. Kennedy, was fatally shot in Nov. 1963.

McCall's husband Kirk DaPron went as the late president ... and even their kids took part in the controversial theme, seemingly portraying Caroline Kennedy, John F. Kennedy Jr., and Secret Service agents.

Bill Belichick and Jordon Hudson's split not only caught fans off-guard ... apparently their fellow colleagues at UNC were also surprised by the break-up.

A pair of staffers at the UNC football office -- with one being a senior member -- told USA Today that they weren't aware of the split.

TMZ previously broke the news ... the pair ended their relationship "late last year."

Sources close to Jordon said that the amicable exes were "committed to their business partnerships and remain close friends."

Green Bay Packers star Josh Jacobs can be seen being placed in cuffs in new body cam footage taken on the day of his arrest on battery charges.

Andy Cohen and Bravo have settled 'RHONY' alum Leah McSweeney's lawsuit against them before court proceedings began.

Leah withdrew her lawsuit after she settled for an unknown amount of money ... Page Six reported.

Leah's attorney Gary Adelman told the outlet ... "We are extremely satisfied with the outcome [and] we are proud of Leah and her perseverance."

President Donald Trump is not just openly admiring Nicki Minaj's curves ... he's also apparently a fan of the idea of her being the next White House press secretary.

At least 1 gunman shot up a Halloween store in California on Friday, killing 1 person and injuring 6 others, with 3 in critical condition, according to police.

Cops say the incident took place on Friday night at the Spirit Halloween Store in the Solano Town Center in Fairfield, California.

Police say the suspect or suspects fled and are still at large. No motive was released, and it was unclear if the store was targeted.

Luigi Mangione's legal team has pushed back against the prosecution's opposition to dismissing his state murder case on double jeopardy grounds ... TMZ has learned.

In docs obtained by TMZ ... Mangione's attorneys doubled down on their double jeopardy defense, arguing that he had already been prosecuted in federal court in connection with the same firearm involved in the state case.

His attorneys also pointed out that whether it's a state murder charge or federal stalking charge resulting in murder ... both are centered around the same misconduct -- the killing of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson.

According to an allegedly certified copy of the application obtained by The Post, the congresswoman's last name was initially written as Omar.

She reportedly crossed it out to write Elmi ... but crossed it out one more time to change it back to Omar.

A cheerleader who allegedly orchestrated her boyfriend's murder is asking the court to ease up on her bond restrictions ... because she wants to have a normal college experience.

According to ABC 15 News, 18-year-old Gianna Kistenmacher -- who's one of 9 people charged in the 2025 murder of her boyfriend, Trey Wright -- filed a motion last month, asking the court to toss her GPS monitoring and overnight curfew ... and allow her to access social media.

Gianna is charged with murder in the 16-year-old's shooting death ... investigators allege she brought the shooter, Devan Raper, to Trey's house, knowing he was armed and there would be a fight.

According to court documents, obtained by TMZ, Pike filed an emergency motion Friday, claiming Tennessee prison officials are violating a 2024 settlement agreement that was supposed to end her decades-long isolation.

Pike's attorneys say she's been kept alone in the prison infirmary since returning from the hospital Oct. 9 ... with officials refusing to say when she'll be allowed to interact with other inmates again.
