'16 & Pregnant' Baby Daddy Popped for DUI Mug Shot's a SNOOZE

"16 & Pregnant" baby daddy Weston Gosa -- father of Whitney Purvis' kid -- was arrested for DUI in Georgia yesterday ... after allegedly crashing his car ... but the real reason we're posting this story ... dude's mug shot is legendary.

According to the Floyd County Police Department, 23-year-old Gosa smashed his car, and was placed under arrest when cops decided he had been driving under the influence. Police say Gosa was under the influence of prescription drugs at the time of his arrest.

Police also say Gosa was in possession of Xanax and Lorcet without a prescription, as well as a pipe with some kind of residue in it.

Gosa has been charged with felony possession of controlled substances, misdemeanor possession of drug-related objects, and DUI.

He's still in custody. He may or may not be aware of this.

'16 & Pregnant' Couple Pregnant AGAIN After Child Services Incident

It's barely been six months since Child Protective Services took away their daughter -- but TMZ has learned, "16 and Pregnant" couple Ebony and Joshua Rendon are PREGNANT ... AGAIN.

Joshua tells TMZ, Ebony is currently 10 weeks preggers with the couple's second child.

According to Joshua, the pregnancy was NOT planned -- but he adds, "We are extremely excited for the baby."

Here's the kicker -- CPS took away Josh and Ebony's toddler last year because of the deplorable living conditions in the Rendons' household ... including maggot-filled piles of garbage and feces on the wall. The couple was arrested for child endangerment.

Shockingly, their girl is STILL with CPS -- and we're told Josh and Ebony only get supervised visitation. The case is still pending.

But Josh tells us, he and Ebony have learned from their mistakes, completed parenting classes, and now keep their home immaculate. Josh insists ... they're 100% ready for another kid.

Josh and Ebony are currently fighting to regain full custody of their daughter.

'16 and Pregnant' Star I'm NOT Pregnant ... Period

"16 and Pregnant" star Whitney Purvis tells TMZ ... she DID swipe a pregnancy test off the shelf at a Walmart this week ... but says she's glad to report she's NOT with child.

TMZ broke the story ... the 20-year-old reality star was arrested in Georgia on Thursday when store security caught her smuggling a First Response preggo test into the women's restroom.

Purvis admits ... she did INTEND to use the test in the restroom ... but chickened out at the last minute and threw it away before she could pee on the stick.

Purvis explains, "My boyfriend was with me and he had money – but I didn’t want to freak him out. I was just being stupid with my decisions. I wish I would have handled the situation better."

The former MTV star was hauled to a nearby jail ... and released a short time later.

But before Purvis could go back to the store to legally purchase another test ... Mother Nature answered her question with a surprise visit from Aunt Flo.

Whitney's reaction -- "I was excited because I didn’t want another kid – I already have one.”

Purvis says she's learned her lesson -- noting, "I never will go back to jail or steal again in my life."

According to the report, the pregnancy test was valued at $15.98.

Purvis was hauled to a nearby police station where she was booked for misdemeanor theft by shoplifting.

Purvis was featured on the MTV show in 2009. Her mother was busted for meth in Georgia last year.

'16 & Pregnant' Star Dumps Baby Daddy, Hits the Road ... with Kid

"16 and Pregnant" star Whitney Purvis tells TMZ, she's had her fill of her baby daddy's slacker do-nothing lifestyle ...so she dumped the guy, and took the kid to her parents' house.

18-year-old Whitney -- who was featured on the MTV show in 2009 -- tells us, she was living with her boyfriend and their son in an apartment in Georgia up until a couple of weeks ago -- but she decided to call it quits.

According to Whitney, she ended things because her man -- Weston Gosa -- "was gone all the time. He wouldn’t come home until 3AM in the morning ... I was home with the baby and he was nowhere to be found.”

But Whitney doesn't believe Weston was cheating -- telling us, "You know when someone is cheating on you. He was just out with his friends all the time getting messed up ... I don’t want that around my kid.”

Whitney claims the couple was fighting constantly and she just couldn't take it anymore, so she moved back in with her parents -- and took their son with her.

Attempts to reach Weston were unsuccessful.

'16 & Pregnant' Couple Allowed to See Their Kid Again ... Under Supervision

The "16 & Pregnant" couple who had their daughter taken away by authorities last month -- because their house was covered in feces -- finally saw their kid again this week ... and TMZ has obtained pics of the happy 4-hour reunion.

As we previously reported, the Department of Human Services in Arkansas took away Joshua and Ebony Rendon's 2-year-old daughter Jocelyn ... after discovering the couple's deplorable feces-smeared living conditions -- and police then arrested them for child endangerment.

But the couple has since cleaned up their act -- and in return, DHS has awarded them visitation of their daughter twice a week ... for two hours at a time ... with a supervisor.

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ, E & J are serious about regaining full custody of their girl -- and to prove they mean business .. they've enrolled in parenting classes and therapy.

A court date has been set for November 10th to decide if they'll get their daughter back.

"16 And Pregnant" Couple We Cleaned Up Our Act

Joshua and Ebony Rendon -- the couple from "16 and Pregnant" that had their child taken away after authorities found their house was covered in feces and garbage -- have done some Fall cleaning and now want their kid back.

TMZ broke the story ... children's services officials went to the house earlier this week after someone complained about the living conditions. The couple was arrested and charged with child endangerment.

Joshua -- who is in the military -- faces discipline which could result in discharge.

'16 and Pregnant' Star Could Be Booted From Military

Life is about to get very real for reality star Josh Rendon... he could be kicked out of the Air Force.

TMZ has learned the "16 and Pregnant" star is currently under investigation by the military for his conduct leading up to his arrest earlier this week on charges of endangering the welfare of a child and drug possession.

A rep for Little Rock Air Force Base, where the incident took place, tells TMZ ... Rendon could be court-martialed, or face other administrative action. In other words, he could be discharged.

If he gets kicked out of the military, Rendon and his wife, Ebony Jackson, will lose their home -- because they live on the base.

On Tuesday, police raided Rendon and Ebony's pad, after someone complained about living conditions in the house. Police found the place covered in feces.

The couple's 2-year-old daughter was taken away by the Department of Human Services.

TMZ spoke to Rendon. He had no comment.

"16 & Pregnant" House Photo Dirty ... But Really That Bad?

TMZ has obtained a photo from inside the "16 and Pregnant" home -- a photo that triggered a raid by child services Tuesday night -- and while it definitely looks cluttered and arguably dirty ... it doesn't scream "child neglect."

According to the arrest report -- filed after both parents were taken into custody for child endangerment -- "Every room inside the residence had human and dog feces on the floors, walls, and clothing" ... but from the perspective of the photo, it just looks kinda messy.

The pic shows a child's play area littered with a few pizza boxes, one used diaper, and a bag of garbage -- not that surprising for a couple of 20-year-old parents.

So we gotta ask ...

"16 & Pregnant" Arrest Report House COVERED in Feces

The home of the "16 & Pregnant" family that was raided last night by child services was covered in dog and human feces ... this according to the arrest report obtained by TMZ.

Police executed a search warrant on the property after someone called the Department of Human Services, complaining about the living conditions in the house -- and according to their report, "Every room inside the residence had human and dog feces on the floors, walls, and clothing."

The report goes on in horrific detail: "The house was full of flies and in some areas, maggots" -- and police claim they also found evidence of "synthetic marijuana."

The "16 & Pregnant" couple's daughter was taken away by DHS -- and animal control even stepped in ... rescuing three dogs in the house.

Josh Rendon and Ebony Jackson were booked on charges of endangering the welfare of a minor and drug possession.

Josh Rendon -- who starred on season one -- tells us, he and his 20-year-old wife Ebony Jackson were arrested last night for child endangerment, and he's copping to his misdeeds ... saying, “It was fair for them to charge us with this. [Our house] wasn’t clean."

But that's an understatement -- a source close to the couple tells us, the house was covered in trash and infested with maggots.

According to the source, CPS received a complaint about the living conditions ... and took the child after inspecting the home.

CPS still has the kid -- but we're told Josh and Ebony are already working to get her back ... first step, cleaning up the atrocious mess.

'16 and Pregnant' Star's Mom Busted on Drug Charges

The mother of Whitney Purvis -- who was featured on the first season of "16 and Pregnant" -- was arrested early this morning for possession of marijuana and meth.

April Purvis, along with a man named Victor Clement, was busted by Floyd County Police in Georgia. According to the Rome News-Tribune, a traffic stop revealed less than an ounce of marijuana in the car ... and then, upon further inspection, methamphetamines were found in Purvis' purse.

Both were charged with a misdemeanor for the pot ... but Purvis was hit with a felony charge for the meth. The two are still in custody in Floyd County Jail.

Whitney was on the fifth episode of the show's first season. Her episode stood out because, as you can see above, her and her mom were pregnant at the same time.

Judge to MTV Star -- Stay AWAY From Baby Daddy!

One of the moms on MTV's "16 and Pregnant" ... is now 17 and legally banned from going anywhere near her baby daddy ... TMZ has learned.

19-year-old Josh Smith got a huge victory in a Florida courtroom Tuesday ... when a judge granted his request for a restraining order against his baby mama Jennifer Del Rio.

As TMZ previously reported, both teens wanted restraining orders against each other -- but Jennifer didn't show up on the scheduled court date ... so Josh won by default and Jen's request was thrown out.

According to court docs, Jennifer must stay at least 100 feet away from Josh at all times -- and she's also banned from hanging around his car and his house.

As for their twin boys -- the documents show Josh and Jen are still temporarily sharing custody until a more permanent agreement can be locked into place.

MTV Star ARRESTED for Stealing From His Mother

According to the criminal complaint, obtained by TMZ, Josh wasn't looking for a HUGE payday ... because he only took a total of $270 ... with each check ranging from $30 to $100.

Law enforcement tells us Drummonds is now facing 7 felony charges -- 1 count of larceny for stealing the checks, 5 counts of forgery and 1 count of violating his probation.

Josh is facing up to 4 years behind bars for the larceny and 14 years for EACH COUNT of forgery.

Josh's bail has been set at $20,000. They probably won't take a check.

"16 & Pregnant" Dad -- See What Happened Was ...

"16 & Pregnant" baby daddy Ryan McElrath has been arrested three times during his short time on this Earth, and he says 66% of his run-ins with the law are a bad rap.

As TMZ first reported, McElrath and baby mama Jamie McKay are no strangers to run-ins with the law. When we spoke with McElrath about his rap sheet, he had something to say about each one:

November 2010 -- Assault on a female, resisting arrest
-- "The women I 'assaulted' wanted the charges dropped."
-- "Everybody thought the charge was ridiculous, even the DA."

August 2010 -- DUI, Speeding
-- "I got a DUI and that was wrong of me."
-- That was "the one time I drank and drove."

July 2010 -- Felony possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana (less than half an ounce)
-- "Totally false"
-- "Cops found scales that contained residue of coke"
-- "They weren’t even my scales! They were my friends. I was returning them."
-- "I don’t do coke ... I didn’t have any coke on me."
-- "That case got thrown out"
