''Looksmaxxing'' influencer Clavicular didn't instigate a fight between a couple women on his stream, and his behavior was a result of him being autistic ... sources close to him tell TMZ.

The popular streamer was arrested in Florida on Thursday and hit with a misdemeanor battery charge after cops say he instigated a fight between a 19-year-old woman and his 24-year-old girlfriend, Violet ... but sources close to him are pushing back on the police narrative.

Sources close to Clavicular tell us he did not assault or instigate anyone in the February incident, and the girl who called police and claimed his girlfriend battered her is someone who has been trying to gain fame and clout off Clav's back.

"Looksmaxxing" streamer Clavicular is jailmaxxing in Florida because law enforcement says he instigated a fight between two women on his stream.

Clavicular -- government name Braden Eric Peters -- was arrested Thursday on a warrant out of Osceola County and hit with a misdemeanor battery charge ... and we've got new details on the reason behind the arrest.

The Osceola County Sheriff's Office tells TMZ ... deputies responded to a call for an alleged battery at an Airbnb near Kissimmee on Feb. 2 and were met by a 19-year-old woman who told deputies she had been battered by 24-year-old Violet Marie Lentz during a physical altercation inside a residence rented by Clavicular.

'Looksmaxxing' streamer Clavicular is now jailmaxxing in Florida ... after getting arrested for battery in Fort Lauderdale.

According to jail records, Clavicular -- real name Braden Eric Peters -- was arrested Thursday night on a warrant out of Osceola County and hit with a misdemeanor battery charge.

The 20-year-old posed for a stone-faced mugshot ... staring blankly into the camera. Records list him at 6'1", 170 pounds ... with a bond set at $1,000.

10:25 AM PT -- The University of Alabama issued a statement on Friday about Aden Holloway after he was granted permission to travel outside the state this weekend.

Alabama hooper Aden Holloway just got a green light from a judge … but don’t expect him to magically reappear on the court Friday night.

TMZ Sports has obtained court documents that show Holloway asked for -- and received -- permission to leave the state of Alabama after his recent arrest on felony marijuana charges. Because of his bond conditions, he needed approval just to travel … and a judge signed off Friday morning.

The plan? Head to Chicago and return Monday -- right as Alabama gears up for its Sweet 16 matchup with Michigan in a matter of hours … and a possible Elite Eight game if the Crimson Tide advances.

Newly released police body cam footage obtained by TMZ from Taylor Frankie Paul’s 2023 arrest reveals even more chaos from that night -- including Dakota Mortensen pleading with cops to take him to jail instead.

The video begins as officers arrive at Taylor’s Utah home, where she and Dakota are already heard screaming at each other before police reach the front door ... seemingly picking up where the cellphone footage we obtained of the incident left off.

Once inside, cops quickly separate the two as Taylor appears visibly intoxicated ... stumbling through the house. At one point, she tries to pour herself water but she basically collapses over the sink and sobs uncontrollably while Dakota speaks with an officer nearby.

A strange situation unfolded late Thursday evening outside of the house where Nancy Guthrie was abducted earlier this month ... when a man was arrested for a reported DUI.

NewsNation’s Brian Entin reported the man drove slowly past Nancy’s Tucson-area home Thursday night “50 to 100 times” before being questioned by a photographer, who alleges to have seen a photo of Nancy on the individual’s phone. Finding this strange, the photog notified Pima County sheriff’s deputies, who spoke to the man for a significant amount of time.

10:30 AM PST -- Rudy Youngblood was arrested Thursday after officers say he was found to be in possession of meth during an arrest in October ... this according to court documents obtained by TMZ.

We told you about the October incident -- cops stopped him at a boat ramp in Bell County, Texas and discovered there was a warrant out for his arrest for allegedly assaulting a member of his household. Officers say they found a baggie of what they suspected to be meth on him ... along with a metal scale, straw and a glass pipe. They sent the substance for testing, which they say confirmed it was meth and ultimately let to the issuance of the arrest warrant.

Rudy Youngblood -- best known for his role in Mel Gibson's Oscar-nominated film "Apocalypto" -- was arrested Thursday in Texas on a substance charge, TMZ has learned.

Officers picked him up on a warrant filed in Bell County on Wednesday for a drug charge. He's booked in the Henderson County jail for possession of a controlled substance in an amount between 1 gram and 4 grams ... a felony that could put him behind bars for up to 2 years, along with a fine of $10,000.

City of Brownsboro Chief of Police Scott Myntti tells TMZ ... he was initially pulled over for speeding and when his license was checked, it showed he was wanted. He was cuffed and booked without incident. He remains in custody as of Friday morning.
