TMZ broke the story ... Smith was popped in L.A. back in February when cops saw him behind the wheel of a Honda Accord, which was parked in front of a fire hydrant. When they approached the vehicle, cops say they detected the smell of cannabis, and placed Smith under arrest.

Smith was charged with DUI and possession of hash -- and today, he pled "guilty" to the drug possession charge. He pled "no contest" to the DUI charge.

Smith was sentenced to a 12-hour program for the DUI offense, and a 6-month drug diversion program for the weed charge

Smith was also placed on three years probation.

He's due back in court in June.

Bobbi Kristina's boyfriend Nick Gordon was listening to the Whitney Houston classic "I Will Always Love You" at FULL BLAST when police pulled him over for reckless driving -- and TMZ has obtained the dash cam footage of his arrest.

In the video, Gordon tells the police officer he keeps a 9mm gun in his glove box. The cop checks it out after putting Gordon in his cruiser, and based on the video, it appears the gun is legit.

We broke the story ... Nick was popped in Alpharetta, Georgia last week just after cops say he was going 82 mph in a 35 mph zone near a pedestrian-jammed shopping area.

You can see in the video, Gordon was driving a Chevy Camaro -- the same kind of car BK was driving when she crashed into an embankment hours before Nick was arrested.

8:46 AM PT -- Katt has been bailed out of jail ... thanks to Suge Knight who foot the bill.

A rep for Suge tells TMZ ... Williams was bailed out early this morning. The rep tells us Suge is Katt's tour manager.

Katt Williams was arrested on Sunday following a bar fight in Seattle ... during which he allegedly threatened people with a pool cue, this according to Seattle police.

According to police, Williams "brandished a pool cue at a bar manager and refused to leave the business" and later followed a family outside of the bar where he threw a cigarette at a woman as she got into her car, hitting her in the eye.

Police say Williams also threw a rock at the car.

Williams was booked into King County Jail at 6:42 PM PT for investigation of harassment, assault and obstructing police. He was released early Monday morning.

The incident is the latest in a string of bizarre behavior from Williams ... who last week was caught on video in Sacramento slapping a Target employee in the face.

Adult film star Briana Banks -- star of the classic films "Chinny Chinny Bang Bang" and "Vaggie Burger" -- was arrested for DUI in L.A. this week ... TMZ has learned.

According to law enforcement, Banks -- an AVN porn Hall of Famer -- got into a fender bender with another car around 9 AM on Wednesday.

Moments after the incident, we're told a witness contacted police ... and advised them that Banks may have been under the influence of something at the time of the crash.

We're told cops spotted Briana's car leaving the drive-thru at a nearby Micky D's -- so they pulled her over ... and gave her a field sobriety test.

Banks bombed ... and was immediately arrested for being under the influence of alcohol and drugs.

The XXX star was hauled to a nearby station where she was booked and released. No word if she was allowed to keep the munchies she scored during the fast food run.

File This Under ... THE CASE OF THE MYSTERIOUS GORILLA SUIT!

TMZ has learned ... one of the stars of "Honey Boo Boo" was arrested earlier this month after cops say "Crazy" Tony Lindsey (Boo Boo's cousin) was part of a group wreaking havoc on a Georgia highway ... with a gorilla suit.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, Deputy Joe Rozier says he was driving along Highway 20 around 11 PM ... when he noticed someone carrying out a very stupid, and dangerous, prank:

"I observed a white male dressed in a gorilla suit acting as if he was going to jump into my lane of travel. I swerved into the left lane to avoid an accident with the person."

Rozier claims he immediately stopped the car, whipped out his flashlight and went searching for answers ... and "observed several white males run up the embankment and into the woods."

Rozier says he shouted at the group that he was going to release his K-9 on the perps ... when someone yelled back, "You don't have to do that, we're coming back."

The officer says he eventually made contact with 5 adults and 2 kids ... but NONE of them had a gorilla suit. Eventually, Dep. Rozier says they 'fessed up to stashing the suit in the woods.'

After recovering the suit, Dep. Rozier says he arrested all of the adults for reckless conduct -- and booked them all into the local jail. The gorilla suit was taken into evidence.

Oh, and one more shocker ... cops say booze was involved.

Former "General Hospital" star Senait Ashenafi is the passenger from hell -- TMZ has learned, she was arrested at a Dallas airport for public intoxication last weekend ... after allegedly raising a drunken ruckus on board an airplane.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, 46-year-old Ashenafi was arrested at DFW airport when police determined she was so drunk ... she was a danger to herself and others.

Sources on board the airplane tell us, Ashenafi threw a fit while everyone was boarding because she was stuck in coach ... instead of first class.

We're told she was also pissed her carry-on luggage had been relegated to the back of the plane due to limited overhead space.

According to the police report, Ashenafi allegedly even pushed a flight attendant during her temper tantrum.

The airplane's crew kicked Ashenafi off the aircraft and cops met her on the jetway. According to the report, they immediately noticed the smell of alcohol on Ashenafi's breath.

Officers then escorted her off the jetway and placed her under arrest for public intoxication.

Former "CSI" actor Gary Dourdan will not go to jail for allegedly breaking his ex-girlfriend's nose during a domestic violence incident back in 2011 ... but he WILL have to stay the hell away from the victim.

We broke the story ... Dourdan was arrested in November, 2011 following a fight at Dourdan's home in Venice, CA.

Now, we've learned Gary struck a deal with prosecutors in which he agreed to enter a no contest plea ... and in exchange will not serve any jail time.

However, Dourdan has been placed on 5 years formal probation, has been ordered to complete 52 weeks of domestic violence counseling and has been ordered to stay away from the victim for 5 years.

Gerard Depardieu wound up in a French police station today ... after cops say the actor was drunk driving around Paris on a scooter.

According to reports, Gerard -- who starred in "Green Card" back in the '90s -- fell off his scooter like a drunken idiot ... catching the attention of police, who took the 63-year-old into custody.

Gerard was reportedly held for questioning ... and later escorted back to his home. He'll eventually have to appear in court to handle the matter.

Lindsay Lohan was ARRESTED at 4 AM Thursday in New York City for allegedly punching a woman at a New York City nightclub ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

Our sources say Lohan was at Club Avenue when she got into some sort of argument with a female patron and it became physical. We're told cops came and arrested Lindsay for allegedly assaulting her.

Law enforcement tells us prior to the fight words were exchanged between Lindsay and the woman as they sat in separate booths near each other. Lindsay said something to the effect of, "Give me my space." Some time passed and then, for some reason, Lindsay allegedly punched the girl in the left side of her face.

We're told by the time cops arrived Lindsay had left the club and was a passenger in a car that was leaving the area. Cops intercepted the car and made the arrest.

While Lohan was in cuffs, she kept repeating, "Are you kidding me? Are you kidding me?"

Lindsay was booked for 3rd degree misdemeanor assault, given a desk appearance ticket (meaning she must show up in court in the near future) and released several hours after she was taken into custody. Law enforcement says she was "visibly tired" at the station.

We're told investigators went back to the club looking for security footage of the alleged altercation.

And this isn't Lindsay's only legal problem. TMZ broke the story ... she is about to be charged with lying to cops in June after her car accident on Pacific Coast Highway. She told them she was a passenger in the Porsche when actually she was driving.

And, if Lindsay is formally charged with the latest crime, it could trigger yet another probation violation.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Nick was taken into custody in Alpharetta, Georgia last night ... after cops say he was going 82 in a 35 on Northpoint Parkway ... a retail area with high pedestrian foot traffic.

One law enforcement source tells us, "We are fortunate because that's such a busy corridor with high end retail shopping retaurants and pedestrains at crosswalks."

The source adds, "At that speed, it's absolutely reckless."

We broke the story ... BK wrecked a Camaro in Alpharetta yesterday after losing control and careening down an embankment ... striking several trees along the way. Miraculously, she emerged from the accident unscathed ... but cops issued her a citation for failing to stay in her lane.

Attempts to reach Nick for comment were unsuccessful.

Lindsay Lohan may not have been acting like herself in the hours before her arrest ... 'cause she was fighting off a bad case of BIEBER FEVER.

Lohan attended the Justin Bieber concert at Madison Square Garden in NYC last night -- we're told she had pretty great seats, too.

It's unclear if Lohan digs Bieber's music -- or just thought the concert would be a good place to pick up chicks.

Of course, things turned pretty sour for Lohan right after the show ... when she rolled over to a Manhattan nightclub and allegedly punched a woman in the face.

"That '70s Show" star Lisa Robin Kelly has been arrested AGAIN -- this time the 42-year-old was busted for assaulting a man in North Carolina ... TMZ has learned.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, Kelly -- who played Eric Foreman's sister on the sitcom -- and a male (identified as her husband) were each arrested last night following a violent incident at their home in which they allegedly assaulted each other.

Cops say there were no visible injuries -- and no drugs or alcohol were involved.

Both Kelly and the 61-year-old man are still in custody.

Miami Dolphins safety Jonathon Amaya was arrested in Miami Beach early this morning ... after he allegedly choked out a cab driver.

According to the Miami Beach PD, 24-year-old Amaya -- 6'2", 185 lbs -- had given the cab driver $100 to take him outside the cab driver's usual area ... but during the ride, the NFL player got "aggressive."

The taxi driver told police he tried to kick Amaya out of the cab -- and even offered to return the $100 -- but Amaya refused. Instead, the cab driver claims, Amaya “leaned forward and wrapped his hands around his neck and started choking him."

When cops arrived to the scene, Amaya was still inside the cab. The driver told the responding officers, "This man is trying to kill me."

Cops say the cab driver did not have any visible injuries.

Amaya was eventually "escorted" out of the vehicle and arrested for battery just after 4AM.

FYI -- Amaya didn't record a single tackle in the Dolphins victory over the Seahawks on Sunday ... and only has 4 tackles on the year.

Former Nickelodeon star Matthew Underwood -- who played Logan Reese on "Zoey 101" -- has pled not guilty following his arrest last month ... when cops busted him outside his hookah lounge in Florida.

TMZ broke the story ... Underwood was arrested earlier this month outside his Cloud 9 hookah lounge in Port St. Lucie for violating his probation -- a misdemeanor in Florida. The lounge is co-owned by Underwood.

According to law enforcement, a warrant was issued for Underwood's arrest after his probation officer discovered Underwood had failed a drug test. The probation officer listed other violations as well, like failing to complete a substance abuse program.

Underwood is currently on probation stemming from his prior arrest in April ... when cops say he was in possession of a ton of weed.

"Real World" legend David "Puck" Rainey is officially locked up in a California state prison ... TMZ has learned -- after he was convicted of stalking a woman earlier this year.

The details surrounding the stalking incident are unclear, but according to court docs, 44-year-old Rainey -- who starred in "Real World: San Francisco" in 1994 -- committed the crime on February 22nd.

The docs don't state explicitly that Rainey had violated a restraining order in the process -- but he was sentenced to more than one year in prison for the crime, which suggests he violated a court order.

Rainey pled "no contest" to the stalking charge in April and was sentenced to two years in prison in September. He turned himself in to Wasco State Prison on November 8th.

Rainey was given 401 days credit for time served, so he's got roughly 300 days to go.
