Simon Cowell's baby mama Lauren Silverman is playing “LET'S MAKE A DEAL” with estranged hubby Andrew Silverman -- and door number 1 is custody … door number 2 is living with Simon in California.

As TMZ previously reported both Lauren and Andrew want custody of their 7-year-old son. Sources connected to couple tell us they are still in active negotiations to settle the divorce, which involves not only custody but finances and division of property.

Our sources say everyone in the negotiation --- including Lauren --- has conceded that she cannot move the kid 2475 air miles away from Andrew ... a judge would never buy that anyway. As a result we've learned Lauren is in the final stages of getting a NY apartment and has even taken steps to set up shop there.

Our sources say it's pretty obvious in the end neither Lauren nor Andrew will have full custody – there will be a division…. something like joint custody.

If, however, Lauren decides to move to California to be with Simon and their unborn baby, we’re told her parental role with the 7 year old will diminish significantly.

One source connected with the couple tells us … Lauren is considering the move in part because the Beverly Hills estate provides more of a shield from public scorn than the crowded streets of New York.

Usher and his ex-wife Tameka Raymond were on the brink of war BEFORE their son almost drowned in a pool ... and it was all over child support payments, TMZ has learned.

Usher filed legal docs earlier this month asking a judge to lower his child support payment to Tameka. As it stood, Usher was shelling out $8,000 / month for the couple's 2 sons ... which he claims is BS.

Here's why ... Usher says that child support amount is from an old agreement and hasn't been changed since he was granted PRIMARY custody last year. He says he's been overpaying the last 7 months and wants a judge to remedy the situation.

Usher requested a hearing on the matter -- but so far, no date has been set.

Simon Cowell's relationship with Lauren Silverman was going on right under Andrew Silverman's nose, and he at the very least "kinda knew" what was going on ... this according to friends of the couple.

Multiple sources tell TMZ ... Lauren would spend hours on the phone at her home talking to Simon, and Andrew heard the whole thing. Several of their friends tell us they believe Andrew knew that Simon was banging his wife, and they think the outrage he's expressing now is a giant crock.

Several sources close to Andrew shade the story slightly differently. They say Andrew is telling them looking back there were plenty of "warning signs" but he just didn't pick up on them. They also acknowledge Andrew knew that Simon and Lauren were "flirting," but he didn't think that necessarily meant they were banging.

As for settling the divorce ... we're told they're still at an impasse, but continue to talk.

50 Cent has just pled not guilty to domestic violence charges -- after allegedly attacking his baby mama in her home in June -- but a judge still ordered him to stay the hell away from her ... and TURN IN ALL HIS GUNS.

According to the protective order, 50 is also prohibited from contacting model Daphne Joy -- the alleged mother of his second child -- in any way. He must stay at least 100 yards away from her at all times.

And this is interesting -- on his way out of L.A. court Monday morning, a process server hit 50 with a stack of legal papers. The process server told us the docs were related to this case.

We broke the story ... Fiddy was charged with domestic violence after he allegedly kicked Joy and then destroyed a bunch of property in her L.A. condo.

During the rampage, officials say the 38-year-old rapper broke chandeliers, furniture, a TV and a lamp -- and allegedly ransacked the bedroom closet.

Joy told investigators 50 is the father of her child -- though 50 has never publicly acknowledged fathering a child with Joy.

50 is due back in court next month.

Michael Jordan's alleged baby mama LIED about the NBA star fathering her child in a desperate attempt to cash in on his fame ... and now there are consequences.

TMZ broke the story ... Pamela Smith filed a paternity suit against Jordan, claiming he was the father of her 17-year-old kid. She demanded a DNA test, full custody and child support. Jordan called B.S. -- and even asked the court to bitch slap Smith for wasting his time.

On July 19th, Jordan got his wish when a judge hammered Pamela ... and here's why -- The judge says Pamela FAILED to mention that paternity was established way back in 2003 -- and M.J.'s NOT the daddy.

The judge called Pamela's bogus claim one big publicity stunt, pointing out she hired a publicist before even getting a lawyer ... and then dragged Michael through the mud.

"Basketball Wives" star Royce Reed claims Dwight Howard took off with their son and won't tell her where he is ... a perilous problem because the tyke doesn't have his meds.

Royce went to court asking for an emergency hearing ... claiming their 6-year-old son Braylon went to California to visit Dwight, and that's the last she heard from her baby daddy or the boy. Dwight's parents eventually called her to say the kid was in Colorado.

Royce says her son needs his meds for an undisclosed medical condition and the Rx bottle is now empty -- Dwight never bothered to get it refilled.

She says without the meds, their son's health is in danger.

Royce doesn't have a problem with Dwight taking care of the boy for a while, but she wants the judge to order him to refill the prescription and give Braylon his meds. She also wants to know exactly where her boy is and how she can get in touch.

Just because Chad Johnson's finances are in the toilet doesn't mean his baby mama should have to suffer from a tighter wallet ... at least according to her.

Andrea Pearson filed legal docs in FL court -- firing back a Chad's request to reduce his $5,240 / month child support bill. Chad claims he can't afford it anymore, after getting fired from the NFL and losing his lucrative endorsement deals ... circumstances he says that were out of his control.

But Andrea argues in docs ... she shouldn't be punished for Chad's screw ups, clearly stating that his money problems ARE his fault, explaining, "he sabotaged his own earning ability through his conduct and criminal behavior."

Translation: The head-butting, domestic violence arrest (the catalyst for his $$$ woes) was Chad's doing ... and Andrea doesn't want her support cash to be collateral damage.

Rapper Future stepped up to the plate and took responsibility for ANOTHER kid ... problem is ... now he's battling the baby mama in court over child support.

TMZ broke the story ... a woman named Brittni Mealy slapped Future with a paternity lawsuit back in Feb, claiming he was the father of her son. But a month later she dismissed the suit, without explanation.

Then on June 8th, Future filed docs, admitting he knocked Brittni up and asked the court to make it official ... by legally recognizing him as the father. He also wants joint custody and for the court to determine how much child support he should pay.

Brittni then fired back with docs of her own, claiming it's not enough. She says Future left his kid without support for months. She's asking for that cash -- specifically from June and July -- plus future support.

Meanwhile Future's still battling his baby mama #1 (Jessica Smith) ... trying to shoot down her request to collect more cash for their 10-year-old son.

Yay fatherhood.

17-year-old Rapper Chief Keef has been stiffing his baby mama on child support ... or so she claims, which is crazy ironic considering the guy rolls around with STACKS of cash in his pocket.

As we reported, Keef allegedly fathered the child when he was just 15 -- her age is unclear. He was subsequently ordered to pay $2,600 per month in child support (plus $500 for daycare) based on his income of $13,000 per month.

But the mother has now filed legal docs, claiming Keef hasn't been paying his child support bills.

The woman says Keef was supposed to start paying up in May, but so far he's only paid $1,900 ... meaning he's already way behind ... which is mindblowing if it's true because Keef regularly carries THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN CASH. Like that time he was arrested with $8,000 in his pocket, or that time he left LAX with stacks of stacks.

The woman claims she can't afford to support herself without Keef's money and he needs to pay up stat.

A judge has since ordered the rapper to appear in court in September to explain why he hasn't paid. If he doesn't show up, an arrest warrant could be issued. Calls to Keef's camp weren't returned.

Wanna get Allen Iverson to pay his child support bill? Threaten jail ... because the ex-NBA star finally coughed up the $40,000 he owed his ex wife ... narrowly escaping time in the slammer.

TMZ broke the story ... Iverson's ex, Tawanna, has been trying to collect child support from the b-baller since their divorce was finalized in February, but no cigar. Then, last month she asked a judge to throw him in jail, if he continued to dodge the bill: $8,000 / month for the last 5 months.

In new court docs -- filed last month in Fulton County, GA -- Iverson said he never paid the money because he was led to believe he and Tawanna would reconcile.

Taking a hard stance a judge ordered Iverson pony up the cash within 72 hours ... or be arrested.

The threat apparently worked, Iverson's lawyer tells TMZ ... "Allen has complied with the order and met every term for which he was required."

Put away the bottles of bub ... 50 Cent has just been dropped from MLB.com's upcoming All-Star Bash in NYC in the wake of his domestic violence scandal, TMZ has learned.

TMZ broke the story ... 50 was charged with domestic violence last week following the alleged domestic dispute at his baby mama's house in California in June, during which he allegedly kicked her and destroyed a bunch of her property (more than $7,000 worth).

50 was supposed to perform at the MLB.com party on July 14th along with Kaskade, but sources tell TMZ, MLB officials decided not to move forward with the alleged GF-kicker.

50's name appeared on the original flyer for the event ... but the event's Facebook page is now updated, and advertises 2 "surprise performances" for the party.

MLB hasn't returned our calls to confirm 50 was cut as a direct result of the domestic violence charges.

"The Vampire Diaries" star Zach Roerig is battling his baby mama for sole custody of their kid because she was just sentenced to Federal prison. But more importantly ... who knew he had a kid?

According to legal docs filed in GA court last month, Zach -- who plays regular human Matt Donovan on the show -- has a daughter with a woman named Alanna Turner, born in January 2011.

In the docs, 28-year-old Zach is asking the court to change the current custody arrangement and grant him full custody -- and he has a pretty good reason.

According to Zach, Alanna has been arrested at least three times and is actually incarcerated right now in after she pled guilty in federal court to "various crimes."

He's also asking that his jail-bird baby mama cough up child support -- perhaps a few cartons of Marlboros a month?

50 Cent is adamant ... he did NOT kick his baby mama during an explosive argument last month.

50 Cent's attorney released a statement, saying, "Curtis Jackson [50 Cent] denies these allegations as made against him. It is important to note, Mr. Jackson has not been arrested and there is no warrant outstanding for his arrest."

3:43 PM PT -- Apparently, the Billy Jean tweet didn't really mean anything, he just happens to be listening to Michael Jackson music ... writing, "I'm in the car I haven't been arrested. I'm listing to MJ#SMSAUDIO"

3:33 PM PT -- 50 Cent just posted a tweet that seems like it's directed at his accuser -- "look billy jean your not my lover."

It's unclear if he's trying to say he's not the father of her child.

3:20 PM PT -- The woman accusing 50 Cent of domestic violence is a second baby mama. Translation: 50 Cent has TWO kids.

50 Cent has been charged with domestic violence after the rapper allegedly kicked one of his baby mamas and destroyed a bunch of property in her condo last month ... TMZ has learned.

The L.A. City Attorney tells TMZ ... 50 is accused of causing $7,100 in damage during the June 23 incident, which took place inside the victim's condo in Toluca Lake, Ca.

According to officials, LAPD officers were called to the scene ... and the woman told cops she had gotten into an altercation with 50 and locked herself in the bedroom.

50 -- real name Curtis Jackson -- allegedly got so mad, he kicked down the door and kicked her, resulting in an injury.

Officials say the 37-year-old rapper is also accused of breaking chandeliers, furniture, a TV and a lamp -- and allegedly ransacked the bedroom closet -- during his rampage.

Officials say 50 left the scene before cops arrived.

50 has been hit with 5 charges in total -- including 1 count misdemeanor domestic violence and 4 counts of misdemeanor vandalism.

If convicted on all counts, 50 could face up to five years in jail and $46,000 in fines.

50 is due in court to be arraigned on July 22.

We've reached out to 50 's camp for comment -- so far, no word back.

TMZ shot footage of 50 with his crew at Mr. Chow in Beverly Hills on the night of the alleged attack -- but it's clear, he was in no mood to talk.

Story developing ...

The woman accusing 50 Cent of domestic violence is NOT Shaniqua Tompkins -- the mother of the rapper's 16-year-old son -- it's ANOTHER baby mama, TMZ has learned.

We broke the story ... cops say the victim of the domestic violence incident is a former girlfriend who has a child with 50.

50 has never publicly acknowledged having a second child ... but it appears the woman behind the allegation is Daphne Joy -- a model who famously dated 50 for 3 years.

There were rumors the two had a child last fall ... but neither 50 nor Daphne ever confirmed the birth. In fact, the L.A. City Attorney seemed to break the news in its statement to the media when it said the victim and 50 had a "child in common."

We spoke with Shaniqua, who swore she wasn't the accuser -- and we know Daphne lives in Toluca Lake, where the alleged incident took place.

So ... congrats???

Calls to 50 have not been returned.

The countdown to the wedding IS ON ... 'cause TMZ spies confirm Wiz Khalifa and Amber Rose were both at the marriage license kiosk at an L.A. courthouse today.

If all is as appears, the couple has 90 days to get hitched before the marriage license expires.

Amber -- who just gave birth to the couple's first son -- has been calling Wiz her "husband" for months ... but unofficially.

The two have been discussing marriage for a while, but have yet to reveal exactly when and where they plan to tie the knot.

So far, no word from Amber's camp.
