Tina Knowles is getting hitched for the second time, this time on a fancy yacht ... with Beyonce and Jay Z on board!

Beyonce's 61-year-old mom is marrying 67-year-old actor Richard Lawson on Sunday evening -- and the yacht is cruising around the harbor in Newport Beach, CA.

Everyone is dressed in white, including Blue Ivy. Solange was also there along with other relatives. The boat holds 300, and we're guessing they could fill it to capacity if they want.

Tina and Beyonce showed up around noon to check out the boat. They left together in an SUV before returning for the ceremony.

Surfboards, pineapples, giant bags of weed ... and Jay Z and Beyonce -- all things you typically find in the back of a pickup truck tooling around Hawaii.

The Carters are on one of the islands for what's supposed to be a secret getaway, but there's NOTHING inconspicuous about two of the world's most popular entertainers riding in the bed of a pickup, right? By the way, it's totally legal in Hawaii.

Jay spotted the photog riding behind the truck ... and threw up a "Hang Loose."

Beyonce was bouncing all over L.A. ... because her tatas went commando while house hunting with Jay Z.

Shopping for a new home can be liberating -- and it certainly was for Bey's girls ... which got some freedom and sunshine during a lunch break at Gracias Madre in West Hollywood.

As we've reported ... Jay & Beyonce have spent several months searching for the perfect L.A. house to purchase and make their West Coast HQ.

Just a feeling, but something's gonna open up for them soon.

Beyonce and Jay Z can't always get what they want -- they've been unable to find the perfect L.A. home to buy ... so, instead they haggled their way into a rental for $150K a month ... and yes, that's a deal.

They're familiar with the crib in ritzy Holmby Hills -- it's the same one they rented last summer on a short term lease ... but our real estate sources tell us they just locked it down for a full year.

We're told the power couple's been itching to move out of the Bev Hills area hotel where they've been living while house hunting -- so they decided to go back to their old digs.

16,000 sq. ft., 7 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms and an infinity pool with a waterfall ... is one helluva plan B.

You'll recall, Bey and Jay paid $200K/month for the pad last year -- but we're told they dealt directly with the owner this time and knocked off $50K/mo. ... based on signing a longer lease.

Jay Z had a love child 21 years ago and is now blocking the guy's efforts to prove he's the son of the rap mogul ... according to legal docs.

The guy's name is Rymir Satterthwaite and he claims his mother hooked up with Jay back in the early '90s -- before he was world famous, and long before Beyonce was in the picture.

Rymir and Lillie Coley -- who calls herself his legal guardian -- say in a civil suit ... Jay Z submitted fraudulent information to the court ... to intentionally torpedo Rymir's paternity claim.

It's unclear what that fraudulent info is -- but there are reports that Jay is refusing to take a paternity test.

Rymir happens to be an aspiring rapper ... who's posted vids of himself rhyming.

The civil lawsuit was handwritten by Coley ... who claims Jay's actions have caused Rymir financial and emotional damage. We've reached out to Jay Z's attorney, but so far no word back.

North West is NOT a fan of daddy's new shoes ... Kim Kardashian had her hands more than full when the kid went full-on Chernobyl Thursday night at a NY fashion show.

The pics say it all ... Kim and North were front and center at Kanye West's Adidas unveiling at Fashion Week ... but North wasn't having any part of it and threw a fit.

From the looks on their faces ... Diddy, Anna Wintour, Jay Z, and Beyonce were amused/annoyed at the tantrum ... at one point Kim grabs North for a quick exit.

Maybe Kim should roll like Jay and Bey ... leave the little miracle at home.

Either Beyonce and Jay Z need to stop going out in public, or NYC needs way more cops for NBA All-Star Weekend -- 'cause they damn near started a riot Thursday night just by stepping out of their SUV.

The scene in this video is ridiculous ... the massive crowd rushes the barricades in unison when Jay and Bey's ride pulls up outside Jay's 40/40 Club. Then, maybe to avoid even more chaos -- they walk in separately.

Makes ya wonder why the hell they're moving to LA, right?

Beyonce and Jay Z are moving to L.A. and they've already enrolled Blue Ivy in school ... TMZ has learned.

We've learned ... Beyonce and Jay Z are currently living in a hotel in Beverly Hills and actively looking for an estate to buy on the westside of L.A., which includes Beverly Hills, Holmby Hills and Bel-Air. We're told they have already discreetly looked at a number of homes, but so far none fit the bill.

We've also learned the famous couple enrolled their 3-year-old into a toddler program at an elite private school -- we know which one but we're not naming it. But we will tell you, the tuition is $15,080 a year.

We're told Blue Ivy was admitted halfway through the school year, which is unusual. The school generally only accepts students at the beginning of the school year.

As for why they're moving, sources connected with the couple tell us they want "a change in lifestyle." You'll recall, Bey and Jay spent the summer in a $200K a month rental near Bev Hills.

We do not know but assume they will keep their New York digs.


Jay Z and Beyonce have scratched plans to get a wildly expensive pad in L.A. ... after losing out to an incredibly rich nerd in a ferocious bidding war.

TMZ broke the story ... Jay and Bey put an offer in on a sick Beverly Hills mansion ... we're told just shy of $70 mil. At the time we were told they were only several million off from sealing the deal. But former Minecraft mastermind Markus Persson swooped in and sealed the deal for $70M.

Mr. and Mrs. Z have told close friends in L.A. they really wanted that house and it's soured them on looking further. They looked before eyeing the property and found nothing they really liked.

So for now ... they're putting L.A. on ice.

Dance duo Les Twins -- featured on Beyonce/Jay Z's recent tour -- were embroiled in an intense dance battle Friday ... it got so heated one of them got punched in the face!

The twins were competing at Revolution Lounge in Las Vegas ... and the person who shot the video says Laurent and Larry Bourgeios were trash talking with the opposing dancers.

Laurent eventually tries to make peace, but when he extends his hand he's swiftly gets punched in the face.

We're told the man who threw punches was booted ... and the competition ended with no winner.

Calls to the Mirage and Les Twins went unreturned.

Beyonce drew a line in the sand Sunday ... then covered it with a big mound that some are saying is a pregnancy announcement.

Queen Bey posted a pic on Instagram with her body covered in sand -- with a pronounced bump over the stomach ... and her followers took notice.

It's possible she's just screwing with people ... hard to tell.

Jay Z and Beyonce can be just as embarrassing as your parents ... well, at least on vacation -- because Saturday in Cambodia they had no problem geeking out during a sightseeing tour.

Hova and Bey hit up the Buddhist Temple, Angkor Wat ... and the rapper happily posed pics while flashing the Illuminati Roc-nation symbol.

The first couple of hip hop then hit up the FantaSea attraction in Phuket, Thailand ... and this time Beyonce upped her tourist game by donning a traditional headpiece.

In what seems like a scouting trip for a possible Solange Knowles career change, Jay Z and Beyonce took in a Muay Thai fight during their vacation in Thailand.

It all went down at Patong Boxing Stadium in Phuket. There were kicks. There were punches. There was Beyonce sitting ringside while the violence unfolded ... all in a space that was roughly the size of an NYC elevator.

FYI -- Muay Thai is the national sport of Thailand ... where fighters are allowed to use their knees, elbows, feet, shins and hands to strike their opponents.

High heels are strictly prohibited.

8:00 AM PT -- A rep for Solange tells TMZ ... "The lien is in process of being removed as there was simply confusion on whether Solange was a California resident. We expect this to come to a swift close."

While Beyonce shops for $70 million homes, her sister Solange is getting dogged by the taxman almost immediately after she got hitched.

Solange needs to settle up with the State of California, which claims she owes more than $55,000 in taxes for 2010-12.

And to add insult to injury ... the tax lien was filed 3 days after Solange tied the knot.

Meanwhile, back at the homestead, Mathew Knowles is having a marathon garage sale where he's hawking Solange's CDs for $1.96. A Beyonce poster is going for $200.

A 35-year-old Swedish video game programmer just got the prized house that Jay Z and Beyonce also wanted ... TMZ has learned.

Our real estate sources tell us ... Markus Persson plunked down $70 million cash for a 23,000 square foot palace in Bev Hills.

Markus can afford it ... he sold his company, Mojang -- which created the video game Minecraft -- to Microsoft for $2.5 BILLION.

As we reported, Beyonce and Jay Z visited the house multiple times and made an offer but Markus beat them out at 70.

The other winners ... realtors Branden Williams and Ben Bacal who get a big fat commission check.

Not everybody was hatin' on Taylor Swift's celeb-crammed 25TH b-day bash in NYC -- a toy company just made a crap ton of money off it thanks to Justin Timberlake.

Turns out the takeaway from Taylor's now famous IG shot -- with Beyonce, Jay Z, Sam Smith, Haim, and JT -- was the poop emoji mask on Justin.

The people who make JT's turd face say they've seen a huge spike in sales since Taylor posted the shot. A rep for BigMouth Inc. tells TMZ they've seen a 315% increase and are almost sold out.

So, yeah ... #2 is now #1 on the charts.
