Edward Furlong Allegedly Exposed 6-Year-Old Son to Cocaine

Published | Updated

Troubled actor Edward Furlong exposed his 6-year-old son to cocaine and should NOT be allowed to be near the child without strict supervision ... this according to court docs filed by his ex-wife ... but Eddie claims it's all BS.

Furlong -- who starred in "Terminator 2" and "American History X" -- appeared in court Friday to fight a court order which forbids him from being alone with his child.

FYI -- Furlong's custody rights had been severely reduced back in November after his ex-wife filed docs claiming the kid tested positive for cocaine after spending time with Edward. Furlong has a storied history of substance abuse.

But Friday in court, Furlong argued that his wife is a liar ... who will do or say whatever it takes to "alienate me further from my son and destroy my ability to work."

In the end, the judge didn't buy what Edward was selling -- and refused to change the custody restrictions already in place. During the hearing, the judge also expressed concern about his poor physical appearance.

Furlong has been on a downward spiral for years ... and was most recently seen wandering the streets of Skid Row in Downtown L.A.

We reached out to Furlong for comment -- so far, no word back.

'Passions' Star Divorce Help! My Ex is a Crack Head ... Who Owns a Gun

Published | Updated

Brook Kerr's divorce is like something straight out of a soap opera ... the "Passions" star was recently granted a temporary restraining order against her estranged husband -- who she claims is a bipolar drug dealer with a history of threatening behavior.

TMZ broke the story ... Brook filed for divorce from Christopher Warren back in July, after 22 years of marriage ... and now things have taken a turn for the worse.

According to court docs, Warren has been ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from Brook and the couple's 22-year-old son at all times.

The temporary restraining order was issued after Brook claimed her ex had been harassing her for months. Specifically Brook claims Warren broke into her house in November ... moved his stuff in without her permission ... and then got into a physical altercation with their son.

In the docs, Brook also claims Warren robbed her blind back in July ... stealing her credit cards, computer, Range Rover ... and then used their son's identity (who he shares a name with) to steal $8,000 (She doesn't explain how he obtained the money).

But that's not all ... Brook told the court Warren has a history of drug abuse with crack, cocaine and RX pills. She also claims he still deals drugs ... owns a gun ... and is prone to erratic, bipolar behavior.

The case is due back in court in January -- when the judge will decide if the restraining order should be extended.

We reached out to Warren -- so far, no response.

Of course, in public ... Kobe and Vanessa appear to be well along the road to reconciliation ever since she filed for divorce in 2011 -- kissing in public, lunching together and now going on concert dates.

But sources connected to the couple tell TMZ ... Kobe ain't outta the woods yet.

We're told the two have been on and off so many times, one source tells us, "It's like high school ... sometimes they're together, sometimes they're not."

Take a gander at the 21,000 square foot mansion she's building in North Palm Beach, FL ... with a Swedish flag firmly planted atop one of the chimneys.

You may recall, Elin bought the home with the $100 mil she got in the divorce settlement. She paid $12.2 mil, then promptly knocked down the existing 17,000 square foot home and built a shiny new one.

Good news ... the pool, spa and koi ponds are now completed.

One thing for sure isn't in the plans ... a Tiger.

LeAnn Rimes I'm NOT Anorexic or Addicted to Laxatives

Published | Updated

LeAnn Rimes is full of crap ... but in a good way ... 'cause the singer tells TMZ she's NOT addicted to laxatives ... despite allegations made by "Real Housewife" Brandi Glanville.

The gloves came off this week when Brandi (a.k.a Eddie Cibrian's ex-wife) accused LeAnn (a.k.a Eddie Cibrian's NEW wife) of being a terrible stepmom to Brandi and Eddie's two young sons.

Specifically Brandi claimed LeAnn carelessly let one of the boys eat one of her laxatives and it made the lil guy sick -- AND she said LeAnn carries the pooping pills everywhere she goes, due to a "serious eating disorder."

LeAnn tells TMZ ... Brandi's "outlandish allegations" are 100% B.S. She doesn't have any diseases or addictions ... and while she's tried to remain silent in the past -- out of respect for their families -- there's only so much "harassment" she can take.

LeAnn continues, "It's a shame to have one party constantly spreading lies. I know this drama is exactly what she wants to create. But Eddie and I hope for everyone's sake, this changes."

We pushed Brandi's people for a comment ... and pushed ... and pushed ... and pushed ... but came up with nothin'.

Allen Iverson I'm Fighting My Atlanta Mansion Foreclosure

Published | Updated

Former NBA star Allen Iverson isn't just gonna stand by and watch while his Atlanta mansion hits the foreclosure auction block -- TMZ has learned he's already filed legal docs to put a stop to the sale.

TMZ broke the story ... Iverson's $4.5 million mansion was scheduled to go up for auction on December 4th after he allegedly defaulted on a $1.2 million mortgage.

But before the sale took place, Iverson quickly filed a lawsuit against the lender that's trying to take the home, claiming he never consented to the loan.

Iverson claims his estranged wife -- with whom he's going through a nasty divorce -- signed for the mortgage in order to screw him ... by agreeing to financial terms he couldn't meet.

The lawsuit has since put a hold on the foreclosure proceedings ... buying Iverson some extra time.

Calls to Iverson's camp and the lender he's suing have not been returned.

Ric Flair's Wife You're a Dirty Cheater ... This Marriage Is Over!!

Published | Updated

Ric Flair's latest marriage has officially hit the mat -- his fourth wife has filed for legal separation ... claiming the legendary pro wrestler was as big of a cheater in their marriage as he is in the ring.

Jacqueline Fliehr filed the docs in Mecklenberg County, North Carolina earlier this month citing "acts of illicit sexual behavior."

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Jackie explains, "Husband has had numerous intimate relationships with other women during the parties' marriage, to the embarrassment and humiliation of wife."

Jacqueline also notes that she was a "faithful and dutiful wife" ever since they tied the knot in 2009.

But there's more ... Jackie claims Ric has totally screwed her out of tens of thousands of dollars in spousal support he agreed to pay when they hammered out a separation agreement back in October.

According to the docs, Flair agreed to pay Jacqueline $4k per month in spousal support ... plus a one-time payment of $15k to cover legal costs. He also agreed to pay $14k in back payments from the time they split in July.

But Jacqueline claims Nature Boy totally blew off the agreement -- and hasn't paid her one single cent.

Now she wants a judge to force Ric to pay up ... which shouldn't be too hard, considering she claims he still makes more than $1 MILLION per year. Not bad for a 63-year-old pro wrestler.

Ric Flair's attorneys tell TMZ, Ric "denies the claims, contends there was marital and other misconduct on her part, and looks forward to the issues being resolved in court."

Allen Iverson Buried in Bills ... But Drives a Maybach

Published | Updated

Former NBA star Allen Iverson is digging himself into a giant financial hole -- with monthly bills that largely outweigh his monthly income -- but the good news is ... he's still got his fancy-schmancy Maybach.

Allen recently filed docs in GA court as part of his nasty divorce battle with his ex Tawanna Iverson which outline his dire financial situation.

According to docs, Allen brings in $62,500 in monthly income, but his expenses are FAR, FAR, greater ... costing him a cool $358,376.66 PER MONTH!!!!

So where does all his money go?

A large chunk -- $125,749.33 to be exact -- is spent paying off various creditors (like his jeweler) ... and some goes to his mortgages (but not for long, since his ATL crib is about to be auctioned off).

But Allen says he blows a lot on OTHER expenses too ... like $10,000/month on clothes, $10,000/month on grocery/house items, $1,000/month on dry cleaning, $5,000/month on entertainment, $5,000/month on restaurants ... and so on.

All in all, Iverson -- who reportedly made over $150 MILLION during his NBA career -- says he ends up in the hole each month to tune of $295,876.66. Ouch.

Despite the mounting debt though, he's still got his Maybach (which is fully paid off) ... and reportedly worth between $340k - $400k.

Steve Nash Lakers Star Involved In Bizarre Custody Fight

Published | Updated

When L.A. Lakers star Steve Nash joined the team, he said one of the benefits was that he could be closer to his kids ... which is why his legal fight to keep his children out of California is bizarre.

Sources connected with the couple tell TMZ ... Nash's ex-wife Alejandra wants to move the former couple's three children from AZ to L.A. We're told Nash has objected and is waging a legal war to prevent it from happening.

Our sources say Alejandra hired one of the biggest divorce lawyers in L.A., Lance Spiegel, to fight Nash in both AZ and California courts.

As for why Nash doesn't want his kids moving closer to him, we called his rep but haven't heard back.

Based on our research, one thing's for sure ... Nash will get socked for WAYYY more child support in CA than AZ.

We're told there is a gag order in place ... so no one can talk about the case.

Spiegel told TMZ, "I can't comment on the information you attribute to sources connected with TMZ."

He adds, "I confirm that I have been retained by Alejandra, that I cannot comment because of the reasons described and that Alejandra is not available for comment."

Allen Iverson Atlanta Mansion to Hit Foreclosure Auction

Published | Updated

Former NBA star Allen Iverson's about to lose his massive Atlanta mansion -- because the bank is gearing up to sell the house at auction next week, TMZ has learned.

Iverson purchased the home back in 2010 for $4.5 million -- but according to official records, he defaulted on his mortgage and the bank foreclosed. Now, the home is set to be sold at auction on December 4th ... along with all the crap inside.

Iverson's currently going through a nasty divorce with his estranged wife, and he's famously been dealing with money problems ... including a nearly-million-dollar debt to a Georgia jeweler.

A.I. still has a chance to save it if he comes up with the cash before auction time ... but the clock's ticking ... fast.

Calls to Iverson's camp weren't returned.
