Hulk phoned-in to the "Bubba the Love Sponge Show" this morning to set the record straight with Bubba himself -- telling the DJ that Linda's claims of abuse, which she made this morning on the "Today" show, are "a cold, blatant lie."

He continued, saying there's "no reason" to defend himself against Linda -- calling her a "non-issue" who's "still riding on the Hulk Hogan name."

Linda sat down with Matt Lauer on the "Today Show" to talk about her autobiography -- "Wrestling the Hulk: My Life Against the Ropes" -- in which she details Hulk's alleged violent behavior.

She writes, "[Hulk] tore my shirt. He threw lamps. He held me down on the bed with his hands around my throat during arguments, slamming doors, pounding walls. I was always afraid he would kill me in one of his rages."

When Matt asked if Hulk ever showed remorse for his actions -- Linda replied, "He did not feel remorse — and to this day he’s never apologized for any of his actions."

Robyn Gibson's lawyer, disso-queen Laura Wasser, appeared before the judge this morning and announced Mel and Robyn have reached full agreement on the terms of their divorce ... in particular, the property settlement.

Williams finally pulled the trigger Friday, filing papers in Hudson County Superior Court in New Jersey. Williams, who tied the knot with Eric in the Bahamas back in 2007, cites irreconcilable differences.

Williams wants alimony, plus an "equitable" distribution of the couple's assets.

Frampton filed the divorce papers in L.A. County Superior Court citing irreconcilable differences.

Frampton and Elfers have one minor daughter together. Frampton is asking for joint legal custody ... but he wants primary physical custody to be awarded to Christina.

The "Fast Times at Ridgemont High" star cited "irreconcilable differences" when she filed for divorce back in November.

Now -- 7 months later -- Baumbach has filed his response, but Baumbach's rep tells us there's still a chance of reconciliation and the only reason the response was filed was because the judge felt it had been dormant too long.

Leigh and Baumbach -- who directed "The Squid and the Whale" -- have a 1-year-old son.

Leigh, who's repped by disso queen Laura Wasser, is asking for joint custody. Ditto Baumbach, who is repped by Daniel Jaffe.

Reitman -- son of "Ghostbusters" director Ivan Reitman -- filed the divorce papers at L.A. County Superior Court last week.

Jason married writer Michele Lee back in 2004. The two have one daughter together.

Brooke made the admission to her mother in front of cameras on, "The World According to Paris" ... telling her own mother, "I'm reminiscing about last year and I'm kind of missing Charlie a little bit."

Brooke's assistant reminded Mueller, "I don't understand what you miss ... I mean the last year of your marriage you were miserable."

Of course, it was a Christmas trip to Aspen in 2009 when Charlie was arrested for allegedly holding a switchblade to Brooke's throat.

As TMZ previously reported, the McCourts reached a settlement to their divorce on Friday that was predicated on MLB signing off on the FOX deal.

Now, with the demise of the deal, the McCourts are back to square one -- PLUS it now seems unlikely the Dodgers will be able to pay its players and employees this month.

If the team misses payroll, Selig could seize operational control of the team and eventually force a sale of the team.

UPDATE: A rep for the Dodgers, on behalf of Frank McCourt, released a statement saying, in part, “Commissioner Selig’s letter of rejection is not only a disappointment, but worse, is potentially destructive to the Los Angeles Dodgers, and Major League Baseball."

TMZ has just obtained a lawsuit filed today by the company run by estranged wife, Lois Driggs Cannon and her daughter.

According to the suit, just days after Buzz filed divorce papers, he allegedly tried to squeeze Lois and her daughter, Lisa Cannon, out of the business of making money off Buzz' name.

Before the divorce was filed last Wednesday, Buzz, Lois and Lisa had a business -- StarBuzz -- which promoted all things Buzz. In the suit, Lisa and Lois claim Buzz was a washed up former astronaut, selling used cars in Bev Hills when Lois met him. Lisa -- a Stanford graduate -- was able to turn Buzz' life around, making him marketable again, highlighted by his appearance on "Dancing with the Stars."

But all good things must end, and the suit claims when Buzz filed for divorce last week ... he tried to freeze the company's assets, among other things.

A rep for Shaunie O'Neal tells TMZ ... the man making the sex tape claims, Robert Ross, set up a meeting with Shaunie back when she had split from Shaq ... and offered to sell her the tape. Ross claims the tape shows Shaq with other women while he was still with Shaunie.

Ross claims Shaq would bring women to Ross' home and a security camera captured the action.

Shaunie says she never saw any footage -- and can't confirm if it actually exists -- but says she turned Ross down flat because she "wanted nothing to do with it."

TMZ broke the story ... Ross claims he was later kidnapped and attacked by 7 gang members -- including the leader who was friends with Shaq -- who were after the tape. The 7 men are currently on trial for kidnapping and various other charges. Ross testified in the ongoing preliminary hearing that the men threatened to kill him if he didn't fork over the tape. He claims the tape was erased.

Shaunie says she doesn't believe Ross's story ... because he's a "liar" who falsely claimed he and Shaunie had a romantic relationship after she separated from Shaq.

TMZ spoke with Tawanna Iverson ... who tells us despite widespread rumors, "Cheating in the marriage has never been an issue. My decision to divorce has nothing to do with another woman."

Tawanna -- who described her 10-year marriage in divorce papers as "irretreivably broken" -- explains, "Sometimes people just grow apart and it's just that simple."

Lawyers for Jamie and Frank said ... if Judge Scott Gordon rules on August 4 that the Dodgers are community property -- giving Jamie a 50% interest -- the team will be put up for sale.

Once sold, each will get 50% of the net proceeds.

If Judge Gordon rules the team is Frank's separate property, he keeps the team but he has to pay Jamie $100 million.

And, if Frank keeps the team, Jamie gets all the mansions except one -- Frank gets to keep the Montana Yellowstone property.

The email went out to Kelsey's friends and contacts Wednesday morning ... according to the New York Post.

Kelsey -- who's still waging a child custody war with Camille Grammer -- quickly sent a follow-up email explaining the odoriferous email came from an old shared account, and "third parties" continue to have access to it.

Kelsey cryptically said of the unnamed person, "May I suggest that it is 'they' who owe you an apology."

Buzz -- the second man to walk on the moon -- married Lois Driggs Cannon on Valentine's Day, 1988.

In Buzz's divorce petition, filed by his attorney, Ronald Brot, in L.A. County Superior Court, he cites "irreconcilable differences." The couple has no children together.

Tawanna Iverson filed legal docs in Fulton County on Monday -- saying her 10-year marriage is "irretrievably broken."

According to the docs, the two have 5 minor children together ... and Tawanna wants sole legal and physical custody.

Tawanna is demanding child support and alimony payments -- she's also gunning for her fair share of the property and money accumulated during the marriage.

Just last year, Tawanna filed for divorce from Allen -- but dropped it.
