Jermaine Jackson Wife Files for Divorce

Published | Updated

Jermaine Jackson's wife is filing to divorce him and predictably ... she says the trouble started the day she got busted for attacking him.

Halima Rashid filed the divorce petition on Tuesday, citing irreconcilable differences, and listing November 28, 2015 as the date of separation.

If that date sounds familiar it's because TMZ broke the story ... Halima was arrested for felony corporal injury that day. During a fight on Thanksgiving weekend, Jermaine allegedly spit on her and she allegedly bit him on the leg.

Halima is seeking spousal support. They got married in 2004, but don't have any kids together ... so no child support issues. She was wife #3 for Jermaine.

Her domestic violence case was tossed because prosecutors couldn't determine who was the aggressor in the fight.

IF IT DOESN'T FIT ...

Amber Heard arrived back in L.A. after getting fitted for her "Justice League" costume in London ... exactly one week after the fitting was supposedly cancelled because she was 20 lbs underweight.

TMZ broke the story ... Johnny Depp's team wanted to take Amber's deposition a week ago, but her lawyers said she was unavailable because she was going to London for the movie fitting.

We found out Amber never went, and her people said the fitting had been cancelled because she had been so stressed out she lost 20 lbs ... so the fitting was scrapped.

Our Johnny sources are scoffing ... they never believed she was supposed to be in London a week ago and that the story was concocted so she wouldn't have to be cross-examined under oath about the alleged beating.

Fact is ... she looks thin in the video.

We're told settlement talks between Amber and Johnny are continuing, but it's a rocky road.

David Hasselhoff and his ex agreed to dramatically reduce his monthly check to her, and their judge ecstatically approved the truce.

According to legal docs obtained by TMZ ... David and ex-wife Pamela Bach agreed to cut his spousal support from $21k per month to $10k.

TMZ broke the story ... David asked to adjust the figure, saying he was low on cash, and Pamela clearly agreed to cut him some slack. The only one as happy as David had to be the judge -- check out the note he left for David and Pamela in the docs.

Smiles all around.

Mandy Moore Divorce I'm Taking the Prius ... Enjoy the Pinball Machines, Ryan Adams

Published | Updated

Mandy Moore and Ryan Adams are officially divorced, and in a nutshell ... she's getting wheels and a ton of cash, while he's getting arcade games.

According to the divorce docs, neither will pay spousal support. Mandy is keeping a Bev Hills condo and a 2012 Prius. Ryan will be the envy of teenage boys everywhere -- he's keeping his comic book collection, some pinball machines ... plus a 2008 Porsche Carrera and a '59 Cadillac.

He also gets several bank accounts. They're each holding on to their respective publishing rights for any music created during their nearly 6 year marriage.

Even though Mandy's getting their Griffith Park home, they've agreed to split the furniture.

Since Ryan's takeaway assets add up to more than Mandy's ... he's also paying her $425k cash to make things even.

Nick Cannon, Mariah Carey We're All Good

Published | Updated

Nick Cannon, Mariah Carey and their twins were all smiles on Father's Day ... and Nick took a shot at the "haters" -- presumably us -- who have reported Mariah is at wits' end because he has dragged his feet signing docs that would make their divorce final.

The family, along with Nick's mom, hit up Sky Zone and there was no sign of drama. As we reported, our sources say the custody agreement and property settlement were done deals more than a year ago and she has been pressing Nick and his lawyers to formally end the marriage, but it hasn't happened.

We're told Nick hasn't made any additional demands ... his side just hasn't pulled the trigger.

But at least from the pics, it's all kumbaya.

Mariah Carey Baffled By Cannon Beef He's Always Had Access to the Twins

Published | Updated

Mariah Carey doesn't know what the hell Nick Cannon is ranting about in his angry rap about child custody and divorce ... sources connected to the singer tell TMZ.

Nick released the song Thursday, in which he says, "And now I can't see my kids 'cause the government sucks," and "It's f***** up that the time you spend with your own kids is called visitation."

Our sources insist Mariah and Nick have gotten along extremely well, especially in the child custody department. They say Mariah has never denied Nick access to the twins and Nick has always been able to see them when he wanted.

As for why Nick has not signed the divorce papers for nearly 2 years, our Mariah sources believe that Nick is being manipulated by his lawyers, because the sources say there's no beef between Mimi and Nick.

Nick raps, "It's been 2 years and I'm the one that's been waiting." It appears he's talking about getting divorced, but we're told Mariah and her lawyer have been pressing Nick to sign the docs for months and months, but he's been stalling.

At the end of his rap, Nick says, "Man, f*** it. Let's sign the papers."

"DIVORCE PAPERS"

Nick Cannon is firing back at Mariah Carey for claiming he's dragging his feet on signing the divorce papers -- and he's doing it with a freestyle rap.

Nick dropped, "Divorce Papers" on SoundCloud -- it's a 4 minute rant about the divorce, his health and his child visitation rights. Check out the clip ... we gave you the highlights.

TMZ broke the story ... his divorce from Mariah's been hammered out on paper, but for some reason he just hasn't signed yet. On the track, Nick hints at a few reasons, like his health. He raps, he "almost died twice."

The silver lining for Mariah might be the closing line of the song. If we can believe his freestyle ... someone's about to get her walking papers.

Amber Heard, Johnny Depp It's Game Off ... For Now

Published | Updated

Amber Heard will not have her day in court Friday, because the hearing on her bid for a permanent restraining order against Johnny Depp has been postponed.

We've learned Johnny's lawyer, Laura Wasser, and Amber's attorney, Samantha Spector, had a telephone conference with the judge Thursday afternoon and Wasser asked for a continuance so her team could take the depositions of Amber and others. She also said both sides wanted to talk settlement.

We're told Spector did not address Wasser's specific points but did agree to the continuance.

Sometimes things need to get really bad before both sides strike a deal. Are they there yet?

Amber Heard I'm Too Skinny for 'Justice League' Costume Fitting Rescheduled

Published | Updated

Amber Heard never went to London for her costume fitting this week -- which is why her lawyers said she was unavailable for a deposition -- because she says the production crew felt she was too skinny, having lost 20 pounds because of what she says is overwhelming stress.

TMZ broke the story ... Johnny Depp's lawyer wanted to take her deposition in the domestic violence case, but ultimately the judge accepted the word of her legal team that she had to go to London for the fitting and would not get back until Thursday night ... the evening of the scheduled court hearing.

We got this pic of Amber in West Hollywood shot Wednesday, and turns out she never went to London. Her people say the trip was cancelled because the producers didn't think she was camera-ready for the role ... because of her weight.

Amber's team says they were never given proper notice, but Johnny's team says that's BS ... Amber's lawyers represented she was not in town, and she was.

Johnny's team has maintained Amber is afraid to make her claims under oath and get cross-examined.

Amber Heard BS I Want to Settle Johnny's Scared

Published | Updated

Amber Heard is calling out Johnny Depp and his people, saying it's absolute horse manure she wants to settle her domestic violence case, and she says Johnny's putting that out there because he's terrified about what she'll say on the stand.

As we reported, sources connected with Johnny are asking for a continuance in the domestic violence hearing, scheduled for Friday. They say it's all because both Amber and Johnny want to end their legal war ... which includes the divorce, domestic violence claims and everything else.

But our Amber sources say they have never expressed any desire to settle the domestic violence case, and they believe this is all being spun by Johnny and his team because they know her testimony about domestic violence will be devastating for him.

The Amber sources say she's still ready, willing and able to go to court Friday and take the stand.

Johnny Depp Seeks to Postpone Hearing Settlement on the Table

Published | Updated

Johnny Depp and Amber Heard both want to end their war and settle everything connected with their relationship, so Johnny's lawyers are requesting the courtroom battle set for Friday be postponed.

Sources connected with Johnny say Amber and Johnny will now discuss a mutual agreement in which both agree to stay clear of each other. In addition, we're told they will settle all matters involving their divorce, including property settlement and spousal support.

As we reported, Amber asked for $50k a month in spousal support for her 15-month marriage. We're told Johnny might be agreeable to pay her for a period of time -- probably around 8 months.

A settlement would involve all possible claims each might have against the other. Translation ... Amber couldn't file a civil suit for the alleged domestic violence ... something Johnny has denied.

Amber Heard 911 Caller I'll Testify Johnny Flipped Out ... I Couldn't Calm Him Down

Published | Updated

Amber Heard's friend who called 911 is prepared to testify about what started the fight the night Johnny Depp allegedly threw a phone at Amber's face.

iO Tillett Wright submitted a declaration in the case, saying Johnny was "very upset over something he thought someone had done to him." She says Amber had called and put her on speakerphone, hoping iO could calm Johnny down by assuring him "what he believed had happened was not true."

iO was not anymore specific in the docs about what irked Johnny that night. She says she heard Amber yell "Call 911" before getting disconnected, so she did ... to "save Amber's life."

As for what started the whole thing ... iO says she's willing to take the stand under oath during Friday's restraining order hearing -- so, you can be sure that will come up.

She also attached a copy of an online article she wrote about the incident.

Amber Heard to Johnny Depp Money's NO Factor ... Just Stay Away

Published | Updated

Amber Heard doesn't want Johnny Depp or anyone else thinking her domestic violence allegation is a play for his money -- and she's making that clear in court docs.

Amber's lawyer just filed a declaration saying she's withdrawing her request for temporary spousal support. The spousal support issue would have been handled during Friday's restraining order hearing ... but she's now taken that off the table.

Amber says she only asked for it because she thought it was standard operating procedure in a divorce case, but now feels Depp's team is twisting it in the media. In the docs, she says it's being "used against me to distract and divert the public away from the very serious real issue of domestic violence."

She claims Johnny made $30 million last year and, according to the docs ... she believes the court could have ordered him to pay nearly $1 million per month in temporary support.

Important to note -- Amber's not saying she doesn't want any support. In the docs, she reserves the right to go after spousal support in their divorce ... AFTER the restraining order is handled.

Amber Heard Calls Cops ... Johnny's Raiding Our House

Published | Updated

Amber Heard's camp just called the police ... claiming Johnny Depp's people are taking items from his downtown L.A. home in violation of the restraining order she has against him.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... LAPD officers are responding to a possible violation of a court order. Johnny was ordered to stay 100 yards away from his home with Amber when she got the temporary restraining order.

Sources connected to the former couple tell us Johnny himself is not there, but his people are removing things from the walls and taking furniture out of the home.

Part of the restraining order includes a "move-out order" ... which allows Depp to take personal clothing and belongings needed until Friday's hearing. Amber's camp believes his people are overreaching, especially because Johnny is in the Bahamas right now. The insinuation is clear ... why the urgency?

Sources close to Depp confirm his team is taking "personal items" and they believe it's within the scope of what the order allows.

We got this shot of the moving truck loaded with a bunch of men's clothing, presumably Johnny's -- however, a desk was moved back inside the building. Law enforcement sources tells us both sides agreed it was not an essential item.

Story developing ...

Amber Heard You Watch ... Johnny's Gonna Take the 5th

Published | Updated

Johnny Depp will NEVER testify Friday in the restraining order trial ... he'll take the 5th because he's afraid he'll say something that could get him prosecuted for domestic violence -- that's the take of the sources connected to Amber Heard's case, but it may be a little unfair.

Our sources tell TMZ ... Amber's team is convinced Johnny is afraid to testify and, given the police are already involved, it's just too risky to take the oath and endure a hard cross-examination.

What's more ... Amber's team doesn't even believe Johnny will submit a written declaration denying domestic violence. If you recall, Mel Gibson submitted a written declaration in his custody war with Oksana Grigorieva, and in the doc he admitted he had slapped her. That's what got him prosecuted.

Same with Cosby. What he said in his depo formed the basis of the current prosecution.

Amber's team believes they have the restraining order in the bank. Their thinking goes this way ... Amber's eager to testify, and if Johnny is mum, the judge has no choice but to grant the restraining order.

Fact is ... Amber triggered a police investigation, and it's common practice for someone who's in Johnny's position to take the 5th in a civil case ... even if there's hard proof he's innocent.

Shane Mosley Ordered to Fork Over $300k to Ex

Published | Updated

Shane Mosley just got hit with a costly hook after a judge ordered him to hand over $300k to his ex-wife.

According to docs obtained by TMZ Sports ... Mosley must pay Jin Mosley $180k in back child support dating from December 2014 to November 2015. He also has to pony up almost $85k for his share of a tax debt the couple owed.

To add insult to injury, Shane's gotta pay Jin's attorney fees to the tune of $50,000.

It's been a nasty divorce since jump street -- as we've reported, Shane claims they were never really married since Jin two-timed him.
