Kevin Jonas and his wife Danielle are calling it quits ... on their giant New Jersey home -- listing the property for $2.2 million -- and sources tell TMZ, it's all because they want more privacy.

KJ and Dani purchased the home in 2011 for $1.19 million -- so if they get anywhere near their asking price (with the help of Terrie O’Connor Realtors Amy Werner and Celia Riggio) they'll have earned a nice little profit. Not bad for just two years.

We're told the couple plans to start showing the home to potential buyers next week at a private event -- and they've already purchased property nearby to start building an entirely new place to live.

According to sources, it's not about the size of the property -- the couple just feels their current home is too exposed ... it's already famous from their show "Married to Jonas," it's visible from the street ... and they're not comfortable with that. Especially because Danielle is pregnant now.

Maybe Kevin and Dani should start a band ... at least they can stay together.

Jenna Jameson has lost her home to foreclosure, TMZ has learned.

The Hollywood Hills mansion -- which Jenna purchased in 2006 for $2.7 million -- hit the auction block earlier this month ... and was sold off for $1.85 million.

According to official docs, Jenna's bank notified her in February that she had defaulted on her mortgage payments to the tune of $56,918.

Jenna subsequently listed the home for $1.899 million but failed to find a buyer. Her bank then obtained a final judgment against her in June for the full amount of her mortgage ... $2,027,816.

Jenna never paid, so the home was foreclosed on and sold at auction.

Sources tell us, Jenna had rented out the home for years -- while she lived in Orange County with her ex Tito Ortiz -- but the home recently sustained significant water damage, and Jenna decided it wasn't worth the expense to fix ... so she let it go into foreclosure.

Rihanna is moving into a swanky $14 mil apartment in NYC -- after fleeing L.A. in the wake of two break-ins at her West Coast home -- but she's not giving up on L.A. entirely.

The 4600 sq. ft. penthouse apartment is in a luxury building in SoHo. Rihanna's renting it for 39k a month, but the crib was recently on the market -- with a $14.6 mil asking price.

The 2-story home is stark white ... with 13' ceilings, concrete floors and views of the Empire State Building, and the NY skyline.

Justin Bieber is done driving like an a-hole inside his Calabasas community ... so says neighbor and NFL Hall of Famer Eric Dickerson -- but Biebs 'aint off just yet.

Dickerson was cruising the 'Bas with his family ... and seemed relatively happy with Justin for making a change.

The delusional man who allegedly smashed his way into Rihanna's L.A. home and also claimed to be her "future husband" has just been hit with a restraining order, TMZ has learned.

We broke the story ... Jonathan Whooper was taken into custody on Oct. 4 after cops ID'd him as the man who threw a chair through a glass door at RiRi's Pacific Palisades home on Sept. 29.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ ... Whooper made multiple trips to the home. During the incident on the 29th, cops say he broke into the home, triggering the alarm.

When he couldn't disarm the system, he decided to leave ... but not before breaking a glass patio table.

According to the docs, Whooper returned to the home on October 4th ... but this time, he was confronted by security. When asked why he was there, Whooper explained, he was "there to see Rihanna."

When the guard ordered him to leave, Whooper allegedly said, "Do you know who I am? I am Rihanna's future husband!"

Police arrested Whooper later that day a few miles from Rihanna's home. He was charged with prowling and felony attempted burglary, vandalism and stalking.

Rihanna begged the court for protection -- claiming she's suffered "substantial emotional distress and concern for her personal safety."

However, RiRi says she's unable to testify as a witness in the case because she's "currently on tour." Hey, girl's gotta work.

The judge decided Rihanna has a legitimate concern -- and issued a temporary restraining order against Whooper, ordering him to stay at least 100 yards away.

For a guy coming off of rehab, Zac Efron couldn't have picked a worse home to buy ... because his new crib is well-known as one of the biggest Hollywood party pads in L.A. ... and we have the pics to prove it.

A source tells TMZ ... just last year, Sean Kingston was living large bachelor style in the house ... and says it was a pool party house where "some of the most ungodly events" went down.

We're told ... Sean rented the place for 45k a month ... and threw some wild ass parties for his friends, including Justin Bieber, Chris Brown, Rihanna and Soulja Boy.

According to our source ... Sean's ragers were so off the hook ... guests had to sign a non-disclosure agreement -- and then be photographed holding the piece of paper -- before they could ever get past the door. So you know there was some crazy s**t.

The troubled star -- who recently completed his second stint in rehab for cocaine -- just snagged a $3.9 million hillside home in the Los Feliz area of L.A.

The seller pitched the house as super zen. It's also extremely private and, well ... it's nice.

Zac's got 5 bedrooms and endless city/ocean views.

His neighbors seem to like their privacy, too ... Kristen Stewart, "Glee" star Naya Rivera, Rose McGowan and a bunch of other celebs have bought homes in the neighborhood.

Rihanna's personal realtors Lee Mintz and Patrick Michael (L.A. Estate Rentals) also tell us, it's true ... Rihanna scrammed to avoid any further incidents.

There are moving trucks at Rihanna's Pacific Palisades house right now ... taking all of her stuff away after what amounts to a crime spree on her property.

Trespassers, stalkers and attempted burglars have all been arrested at or near the property over the last few months.

A source close to Rihanna tells TMZ ... the singer hasn't been at the house for more than 2 months, but the last of her stuff is being taken away today.

The source wanted us to do the story ... to spread the word to would-be criminals -- SHE'S GONE.

As for where Rihanna is going, we're told she's getting another place in L.A., but she'll be spending most of her time in New York.

2:12 PM PT: We've learned cops now say the trespasser and the attempted burglar are one in the same so they've just booked him on the burglary charge. Law enforcement sources tell us he's a 27-year-old man who believes he and Rihanna are friends.

Lesson 1: NEVER return to the scene of the crime. Cops think that's exactly what a rather dumb dude did this morning at Rihanna's house ... a dumb dude who is now under arrest.

The guy was trying to scale the singer's wall at her Pacific Palisades home at around 11 am. Rihanna's security called 911 and cops came out and arrested the trespasser ... they found him about a mile from her home.

Now here's the dumb part. Someone trespassed on Rihanna's property on Sunday and threw a chair through her window. Cops are investigating the attempted burglary, and our law enforcement sources say they've reviewed the security footage and the would-be burglar looks VERY MUCH like the guy who was arrested today.

Rihanna was not home during today's incident.

Rose McGowan is finally revealing the cause of the fire that nearly burned down her L.A. mansion – herself.

The “Charmed” actress was leaving Chateau Marmont with her friend/savior Courtenay Semel this week – when she ‘fessed up … admitting that her own kitchen incompetence was to blame for the Sept. 30 emergency.

On the night of the blaze, Rose tweeted about the incident – saying her eyes were burning and that her home smelled like “burnt metal” from the flames. She also thanked Courtenay for calling the fire dept. and “saving my house.”

Rihanna's string of bad luck with homes continues -- someone tried to break into her Pacific Palisades mansion over the weekend ... TMZ has learned.

While Rihanna gallivanted around Australia half-naked ... someone drove up her private road onto her $12 million property, walked to the backyard and threw a chair through a sliding glass door ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

The would-be burglars were scared off -- apparently by the alarm, because they left without entering.

Here's their problem -- Rihanna's house is covered by security cameras. And get this ... to approach the property you have to drive onto a private road. As you turn onto the road, there's a sign: "Smile, You're on camera"

Cops are still on the hunt for the intruders.

It's not the first problem Rihanna has had with unwanted visitors. In February a stalker tried to break into her house but mistakenly entered her neighbor's pad ... then in June, another man was busted by her security team, after they spotted him creeping on her roof.

And you may recall ... before buying this estate, Rihanna lived in Bev Hills, where she sued the former owner, home inspector and realtor, claiming they defrauded her by unloading a leaky piece of crap.
