Madeleine Stowe Naked & Afraid ... I Was Robbed at Gunpoint
Madeleine Stowe says she survived a terrifying ordeal -- a home intruder putting a gun to her neck in the middle of the night, and making off with $75k worth of jewelry.
According to law enforcement docs ... Stowe and her husband, Brian Benben, were asleep at home last September, when she was awakened by someone rummaging through their master bathroom. Madeleine, who was nude at the time, says she went to check it out -- and was confronted by a Latino man, the intruder, who pointed a handgun to her neck.
The former "Revenge" star told police the man spoke in broken English and demanded, "I want all the valuable, I want something." She says she gave him a bag filled with $75k worth of antique jewelry, and then he made a clean getaway.
A few months later cops busted the suspect, Walter Canizalez, as he was allegedly attempting another heist. Police believe he's pulled 3 other armed home robberies, and he's been charged with more than 15 counts ... including robbery and sexual battery.
When Canizalez was caught, cops say he was wearing a Spiderman mask -- just as he was during some of the alleged robberies.

Nerlens Noel I Didn't Trash That House ... Denies Death Threat
Nerlens Noel says he's NOT the renter from hell -- claiming allegations he absolutely destroyed the Philly home he was renting last year are pure B.S. ... adding that he never threatened to kill the owners.
TMZ Sports broke the story ... the 76ers star was sued for more than $40,000 by the property owners who say the 22-year-old trashed the place so bad, the place looked like a bomb went off inside.
Among the accusations ... carpet destruction, toilets clogged with cotton balls and feces, water damage, broken appliances and allegations he left a tombstone on the front step as a death threat.
Now, Noel has finally fired back in legal docs of his own -- adamantly denying he went "Project X" on the place. In fact, Nerlens says he tried to work with the owners to repair the carpet damage even though he wasn't entirely convinced he damaged them in the first place.
But Nerlens is clearly most upset about the tombstone allegation -- insisting it was just a Halloween decoration that was left on the property a few weeks before the holiday ... and doesn't amount to a threat.
Nerlens wants the whole case thrown out, stat ... and we're guessing he'll never rent from these people again.

Jermaine Jackson My Mom Has a Right to Michael's House
Jermaine Jackson thinks the deed that was filed attempting to transfer the title of Michael Jackson's Hayvenhurst home to Katherine was kosher, because he says that's exactly what MJ wanted.
We got Jermaine Friday at Health Nut in Calabasas, and he made it clear ... his mother and siblings have big beef with the Michael Jackson Estate.
TMZ broke the story ... Katherine signed legal docs 2 weeks ago making it appear that Michael deeded the family home to Katherine and his 3 kids. Jermaine is acting like either he or his siblings might be behind it, but he never says.
Fact is ... the deed isn't valid, because the property is owned by the estate, and dead people can't transfer property.

Michael Jackson He's So Dead He Can't Give Mom the House
The estate of Michael Jackson could not be clearer -- the deed that was recorded giving Katherine Jackson ownership of the family's Encino estate is bogus to the core.
Attorney Howard Weitzman is scoffing at the deed TMZ first told you about ... filed by Katherine which gives her 25% ownership in the home, and each of MJ's 3 kids 25% as well.
Weitzman says it's laughable that the person on the deed changing the title is Michael Jackson ... who is utterly incapable of giving anything to anyone anymore. Weitzman says, "Michael's estate owns the property for the benefit of his children and Mrs. Jackson has no ownership interest."
As we reported, although Katherine signed a document attached to the deed, she may not be the mastermind, but Weitzman vows to hunt down the culprit.

Michael Jackson Someone Pulls a Fast One To Grab Michael's Home
Someone secretly filed legal documents aimed at taking Michael Jackson's Hayvenhurst family home away from his estate and deeding it to Katherine Jackson and MJ's kids.
TMZ obtained the deed which was filed with the L.A. County Recorder's Office. It claims to transfer the long-standing family home in Encino from Michael Jackson to Katherine, Blanket, Paris and Prince. According to the deed, each now has a 25% ownership interest in the home.
It's a weird, suspicious document, but we've verified with the notary public who was there when it was signed that Katherine herself put pen to paper at her home in Calabasas.
As for why it's weird ... it's handwritten, and the deed is not signed although an attachment bears her signature. What's even more hinky ... the person granting the deed is Michael J. Jackson, which is impossible because he's long dead. The estate of Michael Jackson owns the property. The document was signed April 21st and recorded 5 days later.
What we don't know ... is Katherine the mastermind of the ploy or did someone just get her to sign the attachment without telling her it would be filed with a quitclaim deed?
We've learned the estate reps had no idea this document had been filed. As we've been reporting for years, Katherine has been bent out of shape for years, claiming the estate has been stingy with her family.
For all sorts of reasons the attempt to transfer the property won't work, but it's evidence of a continuing conflict between the estate and Katherine.
