Kesha I Won't Let Dr. Luke Off the Hook To Get Out of Sony Deal
Kesha's strongly suggesting Sony finally offered to let her out of her contract, but she says the price -- apologizing to Dr. Luke -- was way too high.
Kesha says, "I got offered my freedom IF I were to lie. I would have to APOLOGIZE publicly and say that I never got raped." She says she flat turned down the deal because ... "I will not take back the TRUTH."
The singer is still under her Sony deal after a judge refused to let her record music independently.
She and Dr. Luke are still battling over her mental and sexual abuse allegations. It's unclear when/if this apparent settlement offer was actually made.
In her Instagram post, Kesha added, "I would rather let the truth ruin my career than lie for a monster ever again."

Our source says the harassment started in October, but things got really bad in February when the suspect started making nasty comments about extended family members and their dog by name. Stana and Kris are worried because those names aren't listed publicly.
Cops tell us they've determined the suspect is out of country, but haven't made contact with him yet.

Alexa Curtin from 'RHOC' I Was Raped By an O.C. Cop
6:25 PM PT -- The O.C. Sheriff's Department tells us the officer Alexa names in her lawsuit, Deputy Epson ... is not one of their employees. Nor has he ever been. However, a Sheriff rep tells us they take the allegations seriously and they are investigating.
The daughter of 'Real Housewives' star Lynne Curtin says an O.C. Sheriff's deputy raped her after a bizarre traffic stop and search of her vehicle ... and now she wants the county to pay.
Alexa Curtin says she was leaving her boyfriend's Dana Point home in April 2014 when she got pulled over by a man she believes to be an O.C. deputy. In a lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Curtin says the deputy searched her car and found underwear. She says he grilled her, saying things like ... how many pairs of underwear she had and why she needed them.
Alexa, who used to make frequent appearances on 'Real Housewives of Orange County,' never says why he pulled her over in the first place.
After the search, she says the deputy abruptly announced he had to tend to another call, but told her to stay put on the side of the road -- only to return 20 minutes later in his personal vehicle, and in plain clothes.
Curtin says he jumped in the passenger seat of her car and said, "Since you are still here, I am going to f**k the s**t out of you." She says he groped her, digitally penetrated her and then told her to straddle him. She describes the encounter as "nonconsensual sexual intercourse."
She says he ejaculated inside her and on her seat.
In the suit, Curtin says she was afraid to report the alleged rape to authorities out of fear the deputy would harm her again. She's suing Orange County for violating her civil rights and for an illegal search and seizure.
The O.C. Sheriff's Department had no comment.
Madonna Sues My Kids Can Be Home Alone If I Want
Madonna's fighting a new battle over her children -- she wants them to have the right to live in her ritzy NYC condo while she's on the road.
Madge is suing the owners of her apartment building over a new rule put in place years after she signed the lease. Madonna says when she originally signed, the deal was the apartment could be used by her, her spouse, her children, other relatives and even domestic employees.
But in April 2014 the owner amended the lease to say the children could only live in the home while she, a spouse or partner was there as well. The rule applies to everyone in the building, not just Madonna.
She has 3 minor children -- David, Mercy and Rocco -- and she wants the rule voided so they can stay there when mom isn't home. She also wants clearance for her team of housekeepers and nannies ... who we presume would be taking care of the kids.

John Lennon Grammy for 'Michelle' Can't Sell ... Academy Sues
John Lennon's Grammy for a Beatles classic is up for auction, but no one will ever be able to buy it ... if the Grammys get their way.
NARAS, the Academy that hands out Grammys, is suing over the 1966 Song of the Year trophy awarded to Lennon for "Michelle." Gotta Have Rock and Roll put it up on the block ... and opening bid is $40k.
So far, no bids ... but the Academy says it doesn't matter because its rules state no Grammy can be sold.
We're told Grammy winners sign a contract clearly stating they cannot give away or sell their Grammy statue or the Grammys can repossess it.
This Grammy was originally sold at a Christie's rock 'n' roll memorabilia auction back in 2004 ... it's unclear how Christie's got the trophy or why the Academy didn't put a stop to it then.
Looks like this time they aren't gonna let it be.

Justin Timberlake Jacked Our Dreamy Music ... Cirque du Soleil Sues
Justin Timberlake and Timbaland love them some Cirque du Soleil ... so much so, they jacked some of its music for one of JT's tune, at least according to the performing troupe.
Cirque filed a lawsuit against Timberlake and his producer for their song "Don't Hold the Wall" ... from the "20/20 Experience" album. Cirque thinks the hitmakers sampled a tune called "Steel Dreams."
Yes, Cirque does more than acrobatics ... it actually dropped an album in 1997.
It wants a cut of all profits Justin and Timbaland made off 'The Wall.' Unlike most JT songs, it was no commercial success -- never cracking Billboard's Hot 100.
