50 Cent My Pockets Are Still Deep And Full Of Money

Published | Updated

If you're wondering where the bankrupt 50 Cent keeps his money … look no further than his pockets.

We got photos of 50 hosting a party in Atlantic City last week … a few days before he filed for Chapter 11 … and it’s hard to ignore the giant wad tucked inside his (likely) expensive jeans.

Yes, that's a money sandwich of hundos he's flaunting. We're told it totaled around $5k and Fifty wanted EVERYONE to see it.

Truth is… Fifty’s gonna be just fine financially, despite owing $5 mil here and $17 mil there. Our sources tell us the recent bankruptcy filing is just a legal maneuver to reorganize his finances.

Bottom line: 50's still filthy rich.

He kept clowning his finances late Monday -- first, telling E! his bankruptcy is no biggie, and he's just like Donald Trump and Walt Disney.

Then, taking this pic with a random Smartcar. Caption: "Times are hard out here LMAO"

Tyga Sued He Got in Bed with Me ... Then Stabbed Me In the Back

Published | Updated

11:38 AM PT -- Tyga's reps tell us, "These, like other allegations, are completely false. This was a business relationship that went sour and was ended last year. We learned of the complaint via TMZ and are aware that individuals will continue to attempt to cash in on Tyga's success."

Tyga screwed a woman -- not named Kylie -- by lying to her, and jacking her concept for a clothing company to the tune of more than a MILLION bucks ... or so she claims in a new lawsuit.

According to the docs ... Tyga and Chuon Guen Lee formed the clothing line Last Kings in January 2013 -- and she says Tyga promised to heavily promote the line and get it on shelves in the popular clothing chain, Tilly's.

Lee says none of those things happened, and then Tyga made off with more than half a mil in merch. The real kick in the gut -- she says he started another company with another partner, and cleverly named it ... Egypt Kings.

Needless to say, Lee is not amused by the wordplay. She's suing Tyga and his new partner for $1.6 mil, plus damages.

Tyga's reps haven't responded to our calls.

Published | Updated

50 Cent is down for the count after losing a multi-million dollar lawsuit ... he's just declared bankruptcy.

TMZ has confirmed ... 50 filed for bankruptcy on Monday, 3 days after Rick Ross' baby mama won a $5 million jury verdict against him.

50 is in a world of financial hurt. A jury awarded Lavonia Leviston the $5 mil after determining the rapper intentionally leaked a sex tape in which she was featured, in order to embarrass Ross.

50 has been ordered to produce proof of income and worth so the jury can determine punitive damages.

According to the bankruptcy filing -- a story first reported by Page 6 -- 50 says his assets are valued between $10 and $50 million but his liabilities are also between the same range.

On top of that, 50 lost a court case in which a jury socked him with a $17.2 million judgment over ripping off a headphones design.

It's a breathtaking fall .. in May, Forbes estimated 50's net worth at $155 million.

Gigi Hadid Creepy Fan Scared Me So Bad ... I'm Ditching My Soho Pad

Published | Updated

Gigi Hadid is bailing on her beautiful $2.45 mil NY apartment after an obsessed man allegedly managed to get into the place.

Marcell Porter was arrested on June 29 for making numerous attempts to get into the model’s Soho pad … and cops say one time he was successful getting past security and up into her place.

According to police documents ... Marcell posted creepy messages about Gigi on his Facebook like:

- "I LOVE U. I KNOW EVERYTHING NOW. WAIT FOR ME SOULMATE."

Rihanna Police Track Alleged Stalker ... After Gun Threats

Rihanna’s alleged stalker is about to have cops crawling up his cyber ass ... searching his online accounts after RiRi got a terrifying gun threat on social media.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … LAPD will scour the records of someone who goes by Alex Mercer and Ralph Alexander on Twitter and Yahoo. We're told the guy posted a selfie of himself on April 30 outside Rihanna's former home.

The next day, he tweeted ... “Should of killed @rihanna a minute back I would be good right now. Sorcery is a weapon I use guns, bout to get a gun license, can’t use my hands.”

Police went to Rihanna's house, but he was gone by the time they arrived. So, now they're tracking him down electronically -- through phone, computer, and social media records.

James Harden Settles 'Kobe Owns Your Ass' Lawsuit

Published | Updated

7/16 -- Harden's lawyer, Tony Bisconti, tells TMZ Sports ... "Mr. Harden denied these false allegations and vigorously defended against this meritless lawsuit from the outset."

"As a result of Mr. Harden’s refusal to allow himself to be subjected to these baseless accusations, the plaintiff ultimately decided to drop the lawsuit, which was dismissed without the plaintiff receiving any monetary payment."

"We are pleased with the outcome and glad to have it resolved."

Remember when James Harden was accused of punching a Lakers fan in the face who told him "Kobe owns your ass?"

Well, seems Harden has finally thrown in the towel in that legal war ... TMZ Sports has learned.

We broke the story, Harden was sued by a guy who admitted taunting James on the way out of a nightclub back in 2013.

The accuser says James socked him in the kisser and flipped him off ... before speeding off into the night.

For his part, Harden never copped to the punch but said if -- and only IF -- he did it, the guy had it coming because he posed a threat to James and his friends.

They were poised for a legal showdown -- but now, we've learned Harden struck a settlement with the accuser ... essentially ending the case for good. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Moral of the story ... don't talk smack to James Harden, he just might punch you in the face.

FATAL IMPACT

The video of Bruce Jenner's fatal accident on PCH showed the world what investigators have known for some time now -- that Jenner did NOT commit a felony.

Our law enforcement sources say L.A. County Sheriff's investigators have seen the footage from an MTA bus camera -- showing a clear image of Jenner's SUV smashing into Kim Howe's Lexus and a black Prius.

We're told the only infraction investigators see is that Bruce was simply inattentive. As we've told you, it's what cops typically call 'DWHUA' ... driving with head up ass.

That's good news for Bruce. Our sources say investigators will conclude that the most the evidence shows is ordinary negligence -- which means the highest charge he could face is misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter. We're told that's what they will present to the D.A.

Said plainly ... there are no extenuating circumstances -- texting, drinking, drugs, or yakking on the phone -- so, there's no felony. It's a tragic accident, but nothing more than a misdemeanor.

Also in Jenner's favor -- we're told typically when cops present a case like this, it gets dismissed altogether.

Snapchat Co-Founder I'm Being Stalked ... On Snapchat!

Published | Updated

Snapchat has made Evan Spiegel the world's youngest billionaire -- but it's also part of the reason he's calling in LAPD to nab a seriously creepy alleged cyberstalker.

In a not-at-all-funny case of live by the sword, die by the sword ... police say Spiegel received harassing messages through Snapchat, Twitter and email from a man identifying himself as Ramon Martinez.

According to docs, one email Spiegel received referenced JFK, slain actress Rebecca Schaeffer, Molotov cocktails, and cutting car brake lines.

Things got even scarier when the 25-year-old Snapchat co-founder says he got a package at home -- a letter wrapped in a gun magazine. Cops say the letter was filled with "nonsensical" messages.

Investigators are on the case.

Total side note: Spiegel's rumored to be dating Miranda Kerr ... which would help take the sting out of just about anything.

Jared Fogle The Feds Found Nothing in My Home

Published | Updated

Jared Fogle isn’t behind bars because the FBI has nothing on him ... according to his camp.

Fogle's legal team tells us there's a very good reason we didn't see the feds marching the ex-Subway spokesman out of his Indiana home this week. They say they're confident the FBI raid turned up nothing that incriminates Fogle.

It's unclear where the investigation stands -- we reached out to the U.S. attorney’s office, and they were extremely tight-lipped ... not even acknowledging there's a probe.

Fact is, Jared isn't in custody ... but the damage has been done -- Subway quickly suspended its relationship with him, and charities have run for the hills.

Richie Sambora You & Your Ex Stiffed Us ... Ex-Employees Sue

Published | Updated

Richie Sambora and his ex-girlfriend better put their own court battle on the back burner -- they both got slapped with lawsuits from former employees who say their paychecks were a little light.

Bon Jovi's old guitarist and Nikki Lund allegedly stiffed the workers to the tune of $5,000 and $6,775, respectively ... when they punched in for Nikki Rich -- Lund and Sambora's clothing company.

The company's also at the heart of Sambora's extortion lawsuit against Lund -- he claims she falsely accused him of making death threats ... because he pulled out of their biz.

The good news for the exes -- the former employees are suing in small claims court -- which means this whole mess could be handled in ... "The People's Court."

You know Judge Milian would eat this up!

50 Cent Has To Pay $5 Million For Sex Tape Leak

Published | Updated

50 Cent is down $5 million after losing the sex tape lawsuit with Rick Ross' baby mama, and he might owe even more money.

The jurors -- 4 women, 2 men -- deliberated for just over an hour before awarding Lavonia Leviston $2.5 million in damages for using her image without her permission ... and another $2.5 mil for intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Leviston's lawyers argued that the rapper had leaked the tape online as a ploy for publicity, and to diss Ricky Rozay.

Fifty never showed up during the trial or even for the verdict. Next week, the jury will decide on punitive damages ... so Fifty's tab could go way up.

Paula Cole I Don't Wanna Wait ... For My 'Dawson's Creek' Dough

Published | Updated

Paula Cole should be drowning in "Dawson's Creek" cash for the insanely catchy theme she sang, but she suspects she's getting screwed so she's opening a can of legal whuup ass on her labels.

Apologies, 'cause you're gonna be singing it for the rest of the day -- but Paula's "I Don't Want to Wait" intro'd every episode of 'Dawson's' from 1998 to 2003. Still, she says had to fight Warner Bros. Records and Imago Recording just to get an accounting of royalties she's owed for 'DC' ... and other TV shows and films that used her music.

Once she got the docs, she says the numbers didn't add up, and could've been off by up to $1 MILLION! Paula is suing to get a proper accounting ... so she can get her fair share in royalties.

She's also demanding all her master recordings, because ... "Where Have All the Cowboys Gone?" never gets old.

Jenner Crash Lawsuit Victim's Family Says ... $500k Won't Cut It

Published | Updated

Caitlyn Jenner's hefty insurance policy isn't nearly enough for the PCH crash victim Kim Howe's family members, who say Jenner's negligence caused way more than half a mil in damages.

William Howe and Dana Redmond -- Kim's stepchildren -- filed new docs, obtained by TMZ, saying Caitlyn's insurance policy has a $500,000 cap. Nothing to sneeze at ... but they say it's not enough to cover their damages.

They also believe there will be multiple claims made against Jenner's policy, and that will chew up the $500k. Jenner is already facing another lawsuit from the driver of the black Prius.

As we've reported ... Jenner's filed docs of her own, saying Howe's adult stepkids don't deserve any cash because they didn't depend on her, and didn't have any relationship with her at the time of her death.

Bottom line ... they want MORE, Jenner wants to give less (or nothing) -- aka, all the makings of a nasty court battle.
