Check out the photos of John-John and Daryl taking in the great outdoors sometime in the late '80s or early '90s. We're told their journey, somewhere in upstate NY, was a romantic getaway ... just the 2 of them.

There are several shots of the pair up close, posing lovingly as they gaze at each other. In other pics, we see them hanging out in a stream, and another where JFK Jr. appears to be cooling off by dipping his head in the water ... but you'll probably focus more on his wardrobe -- nothing but his undies.

Kevin Spacey says he's NOT a sex addict ... but he claims a rehab center in Arizona wanted him to be one, so they could trot him out as a celeb spokesperson.

The actor took the stand Tuesday in Santa Monica as part of a trial over the failed final season of "House of Cards" ... and he was asked about his time at The Meadows, a rehab facility in Arizona where he checked in following allegations of sexual harassment.

Kevin testified he was initially told by a medical professional at the rehab center that he did NOT qualify as a sex addict ... only to later find out that The Meadows diagnosed him as sexually compulsive.

Lindsay Lohan is finally back in the United States after nearly two weeks of having to hunker down in Dubai while Iran bombed the city.

A jury has reached its decision in the lawsuit against Ye -- the rapper formerly known as Kanye West ... and they sided with his former employee.

Ye has been ordered to pay $140k for medical expenses and lost wages to Tony Saxton, much lower than the $1.7M he was asking for.

Tony sued Ye for more than $1 million for alleged unpaid wages, and accused Ye of subjecting him to unsafe working conditions and wrongful termination.

"Pawn Stars" star Rick Harrison wants the back-and-forth with his son Corey over medical bills handled privately ... not in the media.

Rick tells TMZ ... "Corey and I will work this out by talking to each other and not the media."

Shia LaBeouf reportedly just got cleared to fly to Rome for his father's baptism -- after a Louisiana judge originally denied his plea following his battery arrest.

According to newly filed court docs, a new judge has approved the actor's request to leave New Orleans. And per The Guardian, his weeklong trip to Rome to watch his father, Jeff, get baptized is now back on the table as a result.

Shia originally asked to head to Italy's capital from March 1 to March 8, but the judge wasn't moved by any sort of higher power and ordered him to stay put and seek substance abuse treatment. However, his lawyer Sarah Chervinsky filed another request in the same courthouse on March 4 ... and magistrate Peter Hamilton was happier to work with Shia's needs.

Misty Copeland is pushing back on Timothée Chalamet's controversial comments that "no one cares about” ballet and opera ... saying the centuries-old art forms paved the way for actors like him.

The famed ballerina addressed the actor's remarks during a recent panel discussion ... acknowledging opera and ballet aren't part of pop culture in the same way movies are -- but adding that "doesn't mean it doesn't have enduring relevance in culture."

Copeland says it's "often mistaken when something is popular that it's meaningful or more impactful," pointing out that opera and ballet have been around for more than 400 years.

'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star Kandi Burruss and her estranged husband, Todd Tucker’s business was ordered to cough up $140,000 to their former landlord based on a settlement they reached over the debt ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, the former couple’s company, Burruss Tucker Restaurant Group, settled claims over the lease and agreed to pay the landlord $140,509.10 for rent and remediation costs for their restaurant, Blaze Steak & Seafood.

Kandi and Todd’s business had been battling the landlord in court for over a year. The landlord initially claimed Burruss Tucker owed over $200k in back rent and repairs.

Dylan Dreyer is giving a small update on her embattled "Today" co-host, Savannah Guthrie, as the search continues for Savannah’s mom, Nancy -- telling TMZ she does believe she'll likely return to the show at some point.

We caught Dylan leaving NBC Tuesday afternoon, and she said while she thinks Savannah will come back, the timing is totally unclear -- adding everyone at the show is simply giving her the space she needs because they care about her so much.

Dylan also reflected on Savannah’s emotional visit to the "TODAY" studio last Thursday, saying the hug they shared was something they both really needed in that moment.

A Ventura County Sheriff’s Office official tells TMZ … the department determined that the booking photo does not fall within their requirements and is considered discretionary.

We're told it’s their practice to release booking photos for violent crimes or when an individual is an immediate threat to the public. The charges being brought against Britney do not warrant release in accordance with the policy. So, that's that.

Jenelle Evans’ mom, Barbara Evans, called the police to have her grandson Jace committed after he pulled a gun on her, TMZ has learned. 

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ ... Barbara called law enforcement on 16-year-old Jace February 27. We’re told Barbara told Jenelle she also planned on filing paperwork in court for help handling Jace.  

As TMZ first reported, Jace was placed in an involuntary mental facility following an incident where Barbara’s grandson allegedly pulled a gun on her and threatened to kill her as well as himself.
