Eric Swalwell is facing explosive new claims ... and now it’s all out in the open after a pair of accusers, Annika Albrecht and Ally Sammarco, sat down for a bombshell interview with CBS News.

The disgraced congressman from California was already facing multiple allegations of sexual assault, leading to him resigning from Capitol Hill and suspending his campaign to be governor of California.

In this new interview from Tuesday, Albrecht and Sammarco put their own experiences front and center.

There's been a lot of social media speculation about President Donald Trump staging his White House delivery from "DoorDash Grandma" -- AKA Sharon Simmons -- and people are accusing her of being on the president's payroll.

That's because a video of Sharon started circulating after Monday's televised delivery ... showing her supporting the "One Big Beautiful Bill" during a 2025 committee meeting with Tennessee Rep. David Kustoff.

Between that and her vocal support of Trump's "No Tax On Tips" initiative, people are calling Sharon a plant.

But DoorDash insists that's not the case. Julian Crowley -- Head of Public Affairs for the company -- responded to the accusations on X, saying she's just a Dasher and grandma who happens to support the "No Tax on Tips" law.

He acknowledged the stunt was "clearly and obviously" staged in another post, writing ... "No one is claiming it was a real delivery."

Rep. Johnathan Jackson is firmly in Pope Leo's corner amid a recent beef with President Trump ... and he's reminding POTUS he's not God.

The D.A.'s office acknowledged the investigation Saturday morning ... one day after CNN shared an interview with a staffer who spoke on the condition of anonymity about an incident during which Swalwell allegedly raped her.

In a statement to TMZ, the D.A.'s office shared, "We urge survivors and anyone with knowledge of these allegations to contact our Special Victims Division at 212-335-9373. Our specially trained prosecutors, investigators and counselors are well-equipped to help you in a trauma-informed, survivor-centered manner.”

Gypsy Rose is banned on TikTok -- at least for now -- after the platform dropped the hammer on her account ... but she’s telling TMZ the whole thing isn’t what it seems.
