Madison Square Garden's biggest delivery isn't coming in on a truck ... it's Mama Kelce, who just rolled up after flying into town.

Donna Kelce has officially arrived in New York ahead of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's massive wedding celebration. The mother of the groom landed Thursday morning ... flashing a smile as she made her way through the airport, but staying mum on the big day.

TMZ has learned Donna wasted no time getting to where the action is ... we're told one of Taylor's drivers picked Donna up ... then drove her straight to the Garden.

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce have donated $26 million to various charities across America ahead of their NYC nuptials this weekend ... and we know where the money is going.

The happy couple scattered some of their spare change across 20 organizations between New York City, Los Angeles, Nashville, Kansas City, Cleveland, Rhode Island, and even Taylor Swift's hometown of Reading, Pennsylvania.

Taylor and Travis donated $2 million to the music education nonprofit Education Through Music ... their CEO Janice Wineman tells us.

Janice says the money will be put to good work, helping Education Through Music expand its reach to underserved children across New York City, hire more teachers, and provide instruments to children in need.

George Kittle has touched down for one of the biggest weekends of his NFL buddy's life ... the San Francisco 49ers star was spotted in NYC ahead of Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift's wedding festivities ... and he's representing for all the NFL tight ends.

The NFL star and his wife, Claire, were photographed strolling through Manhattan on Thursday ... and as you can see, Kittle kept it casual in a camo hat, shorts, and a Greg Olsen T-shirt -- a nod to his fellow "Tight End University" co-founder.

The sighting comes after TMZ obtained a photo of the Kittles at Nashville International Airport carrying what appeared to be his blue suit in bag.

Kittle's made it clear he's wearing a blue suit to the wedding ... but it's scorching hot in the Big Apple, so he's enjoying some comfier clothing for as long as he can.

Taylor Swift & Travis Kelce's wedding plan may be a secret to their own guests ... but it seems the NYPD may have a timeline ... or at least some private info about the event of the century.

NBC New York captured photos of one of New York's Finest holding a booklet with "Taylor Swift & Travis Kelce Wedding" and "Thursday 7/2" scrawled across the front.

There are other words written on the front -- and a photo -- which are hard to make out in the pics snapped by reporters. It's unclear what's in the booklet.

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce aren't just throwing a wedding ... they're building what looks like the grand opening of a private amusement park.

The latest addition ... a giant piece of equipment rolled into Madison Square Garden on Wednesday with a bright green label that reads simply ... "Golf."

TMZ has already reported on crews building a castle, hauling in massive white staircases, and delivering heaps of food as they unload truckload after truckload ... and at this point, the fairy tale wedding is starting to feel like a one-stop destination where guests can do just about everything.

Taylor Swift and her team are going overboard to keep folks from catching any clues about her upcoming nuptials to Travis Kelce ... video shows massive black tarps going up outside Madison Square Garden, seemingly to stop those prying eyes.

MSG is abuzz with a flurry of activity as preparations continue for Friday's seemingly castle-themed wedding ... and now it looks like Taylor's had enough of curious folks seeing what's being unloaded and carried inside.

As you can see, massive black tarps are now covering the loading bays outside MSG. Another photo shows what appears to be a large fake tree being unloaded.

Looks like Jussie Smollett's new flame -- "Queer Eye" star Karamo Brown -- was with him before we confirmed their romance was official ... and Karamo was already laying it on thick.

Jussie performed Saturday at Harlem Pride Parade ... and the person who announced him on stage was none other than Karamo himself!

Take a look at the video ... before Jussie's performance, Karamo introduces him, saying he's "a man that I respect, that I love deeply, that is extraordinary ... extremely handsome, talented, amazing."

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's wedding is shaping up to be crazy expensive ... and that's not even counting the roughly $160,000 it's going to cost for police assigned to work two events at Madison Square Garden.

Our high-ranking NYPD sources tell us there are going to be over 70 detectives from precincts all across the city assigned to Thursday's rehearsal and Friday's wedding ... and they'll be working 8.5 hour shifts at $80 to $90 an hour.

We'll spare you the math ... that's $95,200 on the low end.

In addition, we're told there will be over 50 police officers assigned to MSG as well ... they're mostly rookies making $70 an hour for a 9-hour shift ... which would be another $63,000.

Our sources say some NYPD higher-ups in will also be working ... so the salary figure should push over $160K.

Taylor Swift is one step closer to saying "I do" ... literally.

TMZ obtained video of a giant white staircase being craned into Madison Square Garden -- and at first glance, it looks like it could be another piece of the fairytale castle set being built for her wedding to Travis Kelce.

By now, it's clear Taylor didn't just rent out MSG -- she rented a blank canvas. The iconic venue has been transformed into a giant, windowless fantasy world that's being rebuilt from the ground up.

Madison Square Garden is disappearing behind layers of fabric ... all in the name of Taylor Swift's fairy tale wedding.

Sources connected to the wedding setup tell TMZ ... the event crew got to work Monday, and nearly all of the effort so far has gone into draping the entire arena. We're told workers have been tirelessly hanging fabric from the ceiling and even wrapping the perimeter of the arena floor as they build out Taylor and Travis Kelce's vision.

The makeover is so extensive, sources say it's become clear Taylor didn't simply rent MSG -- she rented a giant, windowless space she could completely reinvent. In fact, we're told guests will walk inside and quickly forget they're even in the world-famous arena.

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce don't want the red carpet rolled out for them for their wedding event at Madison Square Garden ... they want purple carpet instead, even if workers have to start from scratch.

The color change is underway right now at Madison Square Garden, where workers are pulling up the red carpet they laid down earlier today on a set of stairs outside the arena.

Our photog took this video and was told the carpet is supposed to be purple, not red ... hence the frantic change.

Employees who work in event production for MSG tell us ... they can't have their phones during the shift, and while they haven't been told why, it's presumably so they can't take pictures of the setup.

We're also told employees are wearing wrist bands -- which is out of the ordinary -- and they have to go through an extra layer of security when they show up to work.
