Skai Jackson's ex, Deondre Burgin, has found himself in trouble with the law plenty of times over the course of his life ... and his record isn't too pretty.

The father of the Disney Channel star's son has been accused of various offenses over the course of his time as a social media personality -- including a July 2025 arrest on a pair of warrants.

We're going to check out how the actress' baby daddy found himself in such hot water ... and see where their relationship stands.

Burgin -- a content creator who uses the handle "Yerkky Yerkky" on social media -- and Jackson were first connected just after she revealed her pregnancy in November 2024, when he appeared to throw shade at her in a Facebook post.

The actress had previously garnered controversy after she was arrested for allegedly pushing her then-boyfriend -- who wasn't named at the time -- during a day out at Universal CityWalk in August of that year, although the charges never came from it.

The pair appeared to reconcile afterwards, and the actress defended her then-boyfriend after a Facebook post about her was shared that appeared to insult her ... as she claimed the message was posted after Burgin's account was hacked.

Burgin was later arrested in Cincinnati, Ohio, in November for parole violation, and his arrest was caught on video.

Jackson gave birth to the pair's son, Kasai, in January 2025, but Burgin wasn't present at the hospital -- he was still locked up at the time.

Burgin's legal troubles continued following his November 2024 arrest, as he was arrested again the following April after a warrant for his arrest was issued for failing to display a license plate on his vehicle and missing his court date.

Although he eventually reunited with his son and then-partner, Jackson later filed for a restraining order in May.

In her court documents, the actress claimed Burgin attacked her on Mother's Day while she was holding Kasai, and he allegedly punched her in the face and slammed her head against a car window.

Jackson made several other troubling allegations, including her claim he wanted her to drink bleach while she was pregnant.

The actress was ultimately granted a temporary restraining order against her baby daddy.

Burgin found himself in the arms of the law again in July 2025, when he was arrested while scrubbing down a car in Kentucky.

The social media figure apparently got a ticket in March after he failed to reinstate his driver's license and had his license plate improperly displayed, and he had a warrant issued for his arrest after he skipped his court date in May.

And it turns out -- he actually had a second arrest warrant put out in June after he was allegedly involved in a carjacking that took place in Cincinnati.

Cops say they got a report Tuesday of a suspicious man loitering in the women's department at the Nordstrom Rack in the Empire Center shopping center ... and when they arrived, officers looked at store video and saw Crowder following a woman around, crouching behind her and taking a whiff of her derriere.

Bryan Kohberger butchered the face of Kaylee Goncalves because she screwed up his plans to rape one of his other victims, Maddie Mogen, according to a retired FBI agent.

TMZ interviewed former fed Jennifer Coffindaffer, who has long studied and been a media consultant on the Kohberger case -- and she's now sharing with TMZ her horrific theory of the convicted killer's motive.

Coffindaffer tells TMZ ... Kohberger broke into the house in Moscow, Idaho, that fateful night in November 2022 to forcibly rape Mogen in her bed on the third floor.

1:22 PM PT  -- The Florida cops who arrested a Chuck E. Cheese mascot had a hilarious way of leading him out of the Charles Entertainment Cheese joint and over to their cop car ... telling him, "Chuck E, come with me Chuck E."

TMZ obtained the arrest report and the Tallahassee Police Department says the man in the Chuck E. Cheese costume also had a small amount of marijuana on him. Cops say they asked if he had a medical marijuana license and were told, "I was on the way to getting one."

Police also say he racked up $105.57 in fraudulent charges on a debit card a woman lost after attending her child's birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese.

A Chuck E. Cheese mascot had to cough up some serious dough to bail out of the pokey, after getting arrested at a Charles Entertainment Cheese joint in Florida.

When the costume head was removed by cops, the identity of the rodent was revealed ... Jermell J. Jones, who was arrested for theft of a credit card.

It's unclear ... but it appears Tallahassee cops knew the identity of the man inside the mouse and knew where he worked, because they promptly arrived on scene, and removed the faux mouse from the joint -- right in the middle of a children's birthday party in progress.

Brian Grant -- a 2002 MLB draft pick -- was arrested this week in North Carolina ... after authorities say he murdered a locksmith.

According to the Oak Island Police Department, officers were dispatched to Grant's home on Wednesday over a report of gunfire ... and they discovered 61-year-old Randy Stewart dead from a gunshot wound.

An investigation led authorities to believe Grant was the shooter ... and the former pitcher was taken into custody and booked on a charge of second-degree murder.

Bryan Kohberger brutally disfigured one of his victims' faces when he murdered four college students in Idaho ... but he doesn't have so much as a blemish on him in a new booking photo.

We obtained the mug shot the confessed butcher snapped after getting sentenced to life in prison ... and he's mostly expressionless and clean-shaven, staring into the camera with his pale skin and blue eyes.

Bryan Kohberger totally freaked out one of his Tinder matches when he asked her about death during one of their conversations, police say.

The convicted murderer asked the unidentified woman what the worst way to die is ... after she shared her friend had been murdered in her town years earlier, according to freshly released Moscow, Idaho police documents from the BK investigation.

Kohberger was quite intrigued by the woman's response that a knife would be an awful way to die, and he went on to ask if she was referring to something "like a KA-BAR?"

We broke the story of GloRilla being arrested in Georgia for felony drug possession earlier today, and her legal team is calling the charges a total outrage of justice -- the rapper wasn't even at home!!!

As we told you, GloRilla's house was broken into this weekend ... by the time cops arrived, the suspects were gone -- but investigators say they encountered weed in their search for the burglars, and the rapper was then charged with felony drug possession.

The Forsyth County Sheriff's Office tells TMZ ... deputies responded to a report of a burglary in progress Saturday around 1:30 AM at a residence in the Atlanta suburbs. The sheriff's office says three suspects entered the house when an "armed occupant fired at the intruders."

Ghislaine Maxwell is reportedly preparing "new evidence" to present during her upcoming meeting with the federal government this week.

As you know, the U.S. Department of Justice announced Tuesday it plans to meet with Maxwell to hear what she has to say that could help the government track down abusers connected to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein's criminal enterprise.

Her brother, Ian Maxwell, told The New York Post via email that she "will be putting before that court material new evidence that was not available to the defense at her 2021 trial, which would have had a significant impact on its outcome."

Bryan Kohberger got under the skin of at least one of his fellow prisoners while in jail ... according to a neighboring inmate who told authorities what the convicted killer is like behind bars.

Among the hundreds of documents released by police after Kohberger was sentenced to life in prison -- obtained by TMZ -- one details a conversation between a Moscow, Idaho police officer and an unnamed inmate at Latah County Jail in September 2024.

The inmate had been housed next to Kohberger for about a month ... and while he described the convicted murderer as "highly intelligent and polite for the most part," he said Kohberger had habits that quickly became "annoying."

3:21 PM PT --  GloRilla is sharing her account of the events that led to her felony drug arrest, much which align with her attorneys' statement to TMZ.

The rapper says she was performing out of town in Indianapolis during WNBA All-Star Weekend when her home was invaded but the cops chose to pursue her reefer opposed to the robbers.

She claims she wasn't busted and we agree ... that's a great-looking mug shot photo!!!

GloRilla -- legal name Gloria Woods -- was arrested in Georgia on two serious drug charges ... TMZ has learned.

According to jail records obtained by TMZ, the rapper was booked Tuesday in Forsyth County for possession of a scheduled controlled substance and possession of marijuana over one ounce -- both felony offenses under Georgia law.

Details surrounding the arrest remain unclear, but police confirm she was taken into custody and released later that day after posting $22,000 bond.

We've reached out to her reps for comment ... so far, no word back.

Erik Menendez has undergone a second "successful" surgery for complications related to his kidney stones ... and is expected to go back under the knife soon -- this, according to his daughter, Talia.

Talia posted the medical update late Wednesday evening on an Instagram account she runs on behalf of her father through marriage, explaining he needed surgery due to his kidneys "having multiple large stones."

Talia -- daughter of Erik and Tammi Menendez -- added Erik is "currently in pain and feeling nauseous, but is recovering" and that the family is under a great deal of stress over the medical scare.

Bryan Kohberger brutally "disfigured" Kaylee Goncalves' face and fought through a violent struggle with Xana Kernodle before fleeing the scene of the University of Idaho murders ... according to newly unsealed police reports.

Moscow Police documents just released say the November 2022 killings were even more savage than initially reported -- describing Goncalves' injuries as so severe her face was left unrecognizable. The responding police officer noted the disfigurement in his report, while others called the crime scene a bloodbath.

On the floor below, Kohberger clashed with Kernodle after she either saw or heard him kill her roommates upstairs. The police sergeant wrote that "an intense struggle" clearly took place, and Kernodle had deep defensive wounds between her fingers -- evidence she fought for her life.

The two NYC "crypto bros" accused of kidnapping and torturing an Italian millionaire to extract his Bitcoin password were granted $1 million bail each.

A Manhattan Supreme Court Justice handed down the decision on Wednesday for John Woeltz and William Duplessie, ordering neither can use cryptocurrency to post bail. If they have the funds, the pair will be released into home confinement with electronic monitoring and passport surrender pending trial.
