Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Dakota has called the Utah Division of Child and Family Services more than a few times, alleging Taylor has been physically abusive to their son Ever, who turns 2 this week. Our sources say Taylor denies the allegation, and Dakota has become frustrated that no action has been taken.

Banksy Identity Finally Revealed?!?
It looks like mysterious street artist Banksy has finally been unmasked.
On Friday, Reuters published an in-depth investigation into the artist's identity, naming him "beyond dispute."
The international news organization uncovered a handwritten and signed confession from Banksy to a disorderly conduct misdemeanor charge from about 25 years ago ... and his signature seems to read "Robin Gunningham."
That name also popped up several times in court docs about the arrest.
According to Banksy's company, Pest Control, the artist "has decided to say nothing."
Banksy's lawyer, Mark Stephens, wasn't so tight-lipped, saying Banksy "does not accept that many of the details contained within your enquiry are correct."
Reuters says Stephens didn't confirm or deny his client's identity ... but did warn the outlet that publishing their investigation would violate his privacy and threaten his safety.
Funny enough ... The Mail on Sunday clocked Robin Gunningham as Banksy's real identity back in 2008, but Banksy's manager insisted the photo featured in that report wasn't of the artist.
And RG wasn't the only name floating around over the years.
A major theory suggested Robert Del Naja -- frontman of the band Massive Attack -- was behind the famed stencil art.
But the crucial clue is the signed confession from Banksy's NYC arrest in 2000.
His former manager, Steve Lazarides, wrote in his book "Banksy Captured" about how the street artist was nabbed by NYPD while defacing a Marc Jacobs Men billboard.
In his confession, Banksy called it "a humorous adjustment," before signing it as RG.
According to Reuters, the cops had "no idea" they had booked Banksy, because he had only just started going by that name and implementing his signature style into his work.
In 2008, Banksy allegedly changed his name from Robin Gunningham to David Jones, since it's one of the most common names for British men.
According to the report, it "helps him hide in plain sight" ... at least until now.

'Southern Hospitality' Grace Lilly Pills Found Tested as Clonazepam ... Triggered Recent Arrest
Grace Lilly's latest arrest last week apparently didn't come out of nowhere ... it seems to have been triggered by new lab results tied to her previous run-in with cops, TMZ has learned.
According to an incident report, obtained by TMZ, cops say they tested the pills police found in the "Southern Hospitality" star's purse during her December arrest in Charleston, SC. Authorities say the lab results showed the 12 white pills contained clonazepam -- which is often sold under the brand name Klonopin -- a controlled substance commonly prescribed for anxiety and seizure disorders.
It's illegal to possess the medication without a valid prescription ... and the report says an officer drafted an affidavit and a judge signed a warrant, which appears to be what ultimately led to Grace's arrest on March 10.
Neo Langston Celeste Rivas Was a 'Victim' ... Pointing to Murder
There's new evidence that the death of Celeste Rivas was not accidental ... and it's something people didn't pick up on over the weekend.

The word "victim" is critical ... our sources say the L.A. County Medical Examiner has had enormous trouble establishing cause of death, in large part because of the state Celeste's body was in when it was discovered in the trunk of D4vd's Tesla.
We do not know if the M.E. ultimately established cause of death ... but even if they did rule it a homicide, they had so much trouble it will almost certainly be a hotly contested issue when the case goes to trial.

PGA Tour Man Kills 2 Near Florida Championship Location ... Delays Opening Gates
A man shot and killed 2 people in Florida Friday, about a mile from where the ongoing PGA Tour is being played ... leading to the entrance time for the third round to be delayed by a couple of hours Saturday.
The suspect, identified by St. Johns County Sheriff Rob Hardwick as Christian Barrios, drilled 2 people with bullets around 10:30 PM Friday night in a Walgreens parking lot in connection with a domestic violence situation, Hardwick announced. He then sent authorities on a wild manhunt, including on TPC Sawgrass property, where the tour is being played.
Hardwick says Barrios stole a PGA Tour radio but later dropped it, and that K-9 units were hot on his trail at the TPC Sawgrass property.
The gunman then hopped into a black BMW and led cops all the way to Nassau County, where he crashed the car into the woods and fled on foot. He was eventually apprehended and put behind bars.
The two victims died in the hospital. Their identities have not been released.
Barrios has a criminal past with at least 27 arrests and was out on probation, Hardwick said, and he knew both people he murdered.
Despite the gates being opened later, the tee time for Saturday's PGA round was not affected.
