Rosie O’Donnell's divorce has gotten so bitter it's gone from fighting in divorce court to battling over the rights to Instagram.

Michelle Rounds is on the attack, claiming she took a picture of their daughter, Dakota, and Rosie had the nerve to post it on Instagram.

Michelle says the law is crystal clear -- she took the pic so she owns the rights to it, and therefore Rosie has no right to post the pic anywhere.

Michelle has contacted Instagram, demanding that the pic be scrubbed from the site. So far the company has taken no action.

Rosie and Michelle are both under a gag order, prohibited from disparaging each other in the media ... social or otherwise.

Former "Gossip Girl" star Kelly Rutherford hopes President Obama can do what the legal system hasn't ... get her kids out of Monaco, and end an international custody war with her ex-husband.

Kelly was on TMZ Live talking about the online petition encouraging the prez to step in on her behalf. She finally got the required 100,000 signatures on Tuesday when Kim Kardashian signed and retweeted it to her legion of fans.

Kelly's been battling Daniel Giersch ever since he got a California court's permission years ago to take their son and daughter to France. Giersch claimed he couldn't re-enter the U.S. due to visa issues. Kelly says he's now had their kids declared "habitual residents" of Monaco.

Tyga is sure Blac Chyna's custody play has nothing to do with parenting and everything to do with the fact he is with Kylie Jenner, and not her.

Sources close to Tyga tell TMZ, he doesn't think his relationship with Kylie is any reflection on his ability to be a good dad ... and no one -- not even BC -- can legitimately question his parenting skills.

We're told Tyga believes any attempt to wrestle custody away from him is simply because he chose KJ over BC.

Our sources say Tyga thinks if anyone is questionable it's Blac Chyna, whom he claims cares more about twerking than raising their son.

The couple does not have a formal custody arrangement, but it seems they are headed for an all-out custody war.

Unfortunately for Mr. Brainwash life is not imitating art these days -- the eccentric graffiti artist famous for his “Life Is Beautiful” tag ... is in the middle of a divorce.

Mrs. Brainwash ... who actually goes by Debora Guetta ... cut bait on their almost 19 year marriage, citing irreconcilable differences in divorce docs filed last month. She says they separated on April 20.

Debora is requesting spousal support from Brainwash -- who starred in the 2010 Banksy doc, "Exit Through the Gift Shop." She also wants sole physical and joint legal custody of their 13-year-old son. She's cool with Brainwash having visitation.

As far as assets go -- no details in the docs, but keep in mind some of Brainwash's pieces sell for well over $100k ... so chances are there's some cash to split up.

The biggest tragedy here ... we still don't know who the hell Banksy is!

Tyga is about to do battle with his baby mama because we've learned Blac Chyna is now gunning for full custody of their son.

Sources connected with Blac Chyna tell us she hired a top divorce lawyer last week and will file legal docs asking for primary physical custody. She does not want 2-year-old King Cairo bouncing from home to home during the week because he's going to start preschool soon.

But Chyna's issues run deeper. She has a problem with Tyga because he's dating a minor, and she believes that shows bad judgment that translates into his parenting skills. Chyna also doesn't want Kylie Jenner to have substantial time around the kid because she believes Kylie lacks maturity.

She's willing to give Tyga weekend visitation, but that's it.

We've learned when Tyga and Blac Chyna separated, he initially wanted full custody but backed off and said he would share joint custody, but now the tables have turned.

And we're told Blac Chyna wants child support to cover housing expenses, food, clothing, nannies and school.

But Blac Chyna played a different tune Monday night when our photog asked about her relationship with Tyga ... downplaying any beef between them.

Rosie O'Donnell will NOT have to submit to random drug testing during her custody war, but Rosie's wife says she'll go back to court again because she believes their kid is in danger.

We've now learned the judge shot down Michelle's drug test request saying it wasn't necessary, at least for now. We're told the judge is satisfied Rosie is a capable parent so there will be no strings attached to their current 50/50 custody agreement.

But the judge did rail on both Rosie and Michelle for blabbing to the media about the case. He ordered both of them to stop talking and posting parent-related matters on social media.

As for tone, it's as nasty as it gets. We're told on their way out of court, Michelle's lawyer told Rosie's attorney to "f*** off."

Rosie O'Donnell just showed up at a New York City courthouse to begin fighting her custody battle in front of a judge.

Rosie wasn't talkative but showed resolve as she entered the building.

TMZ broke the story ... Rosie's wife, Michelle Rounds, claims Rosie indulges in alcohol and weed to the point she is not capable of taking care of their 2-year-old daughter Dakota ... it's a stark contrast to the various pics we've seen of Rosie and her daughter.

For her part, Rosie says Michelle is a liar whose end game is squeezing money out of her.

All it took was 7 years and a few alleged death threats, but Shanna Moakler is finally ready to say adios to the house she's shared with Travis Barker ... even AFTER they got divorced.

Sources say Moakler is looking to put distance between herself and Travis so she's selling the 5 bedroom, 6 bath crib in the ritzy Oaks neighborhood of Calabasas. Asking price -- $2.6 million.

The couple divorced in 2008, but continued living together part-time in the Calabasas for the sake of raising their kids. We're guessing cohabitating just became too much when they were both arrested back in December for allegedly exchanging violent threats.

We're told construction's almost complete on Shanna's new home in nearby Porter Ranch -- and Travis already has his own place in L.A.

As we reported Rosie's people say Michelle Rounds is a money grubber who is trying to invalidate the prenup and is making wild claims to make Rosie fold.

But we found this clip of Rosie on Howard Stern's show in October 2011, not too long after Rosie met Michelle, when she goes on and on about how successful Michelle is and how she has her own money.

Rosie O'Donnell's estranged wife wants a judge to force the famous talk show host to submit to random drug testing until their custody battle is resolved ... TMZ has learned.

We've learned Michelle Rounds and Rosie will face off in court on Tuesday and the custody of 2-year-old Dakota is at stake. Michelle is gunning for full custody on grounds Rosie is not a present parent because of excessive use of booze and weed. Rosie says it's all a lie and a money grab.

We're told currently they have 50/50 custody. Our sources say if the judge keeps the status quo while the case runs its course, Michelle's lawyer will ask for an order requiring Rosie to submit to random drug and alcohol testing, and if the tests reveal a problem she can then ask for an emergency order.

Bad news for Michael Lohan, with a silver lining ... he still owes Dina Lohan a big chunk of change in child support, but at least now he gets to pay it off over time.

MiLo cut a check recently for $9,500 to the New York State Child Support Processing Center to partially settle his debt with Dina. He still owes around $6,000.

The judge has mercifully let the patriarch pay the balance in $1,500/month installments. Michael had previously argued he paid his kids directly because Dina was irresponsible in the money department, but the judge scoffed, ruling that dog don't hunt.

The judge had previously revoked Michael's passport and suspended his driver's license, but he got them back once he paid the $9,500.

Rounds -- who's gunning for full custody of 2-year-old Dakota -- was leaving a drug store in L.A. Thursday night when a photog asked her about the bitter divorce. She says she used to be intimidated by Rosie, but now she's ready for a David vs. Goliath fight.

She's also indignant about Rosie posting a pic of Dakota, asking for a vote.

As we previously reported, Michelle Rounds is seeking full custody of their 2-year-old daughter. We've learned Michelle claims in her divorce case Rosie drinks a bottle of wine nearly every night, regularly smokes weed and eats edibles, and it gets in the way of parenting.

Michelle acknowledges they have nannies, but a parent still needs to manage the help and she says Rosie is in her own world.

Michelle also claims Rosie has let their 19-year-old son throw parties where the kids all drink, which she believes is irresponsible.

As we reported, sources connected with Rosie tell TMZ Michelle is lashing out because she's pissed over the prenup she signed and is simply a gold digger who's making threats to get cash.

Michelle tells TMZ she was a millionaire before entering the marriage by investing well in the stock market adding, "I will walk away from every dime of Rosie's money if I get full custody."

1:40 PM PST -- Round's attorney William London tells TMZ that his client is only seeking full custody in the best interest of their daughter, it has nothing to do with money.

Rosie O'Donnell is fighting back against her estranged wife, and sources connected with Rosie say the wife is going for full custody of their daughter for one reason ... money.

Michelle Rounds is filing legal docs Tuesday, asking for full custody of their 2-year-old daughter Dakota. Michelle's lawyer told the New York Post full custody is necessary to protect the child's "general welfare."

But our Rosie sources are scoffing, saying that the couple has a prenup and this is nothing more than a money play, adding Rosie is a "devoted mother" and her parenting skills and dedication are well-documented.

The sources say Michelle is trying to hit Rosie where it hurts the most so she'll open her wallet.

Darius McCrary refused to return his son to his baby mama because he claims the boy has been abused by his stepdad, but he lost the fight and the boy is hysterical with fear.

We're told everything unraveled last week at LAX, when he was putting his 7-year-old boy on a Michigan-bound plane to return to his mom. The boy had a tantrum and cops were called.

According to the police report, McCrary told officers the boy was terrified to return home because his stepfather had physically abused him back in January. Cops then spoke with to the boy and got the same story.

Cops got the message and allowed Darius to leave the airport with his son. The Dept. of Children and Family Services was notified, and that triggered a court battle.

Darius tried to convince an L.A. County judge to award him full custody, but the judge decided the case could only be handled by the Michigan courts and the kid had to be returned to his mom.

So Friday afternoon, Darius met the baby mama at the Hollywood Police Station and handed off their son, who became an emotional wreck.

Darius plans to carry on the fight in Michigan.

"Rupaul's Drag Race" champ Tyra Sanchez loved talking on the show about being a good dad, and he's even producing a documentary about it -- but his baby mama claims his actions prove otherwise.

Sanchez's baby mama Cynthia recently hit him with child support papers for his 9-year-old son, Jeremiah. According to the docs, he has to turn over his financial records, so the court can figure out how much support he needs to pay.

According to our sources, Sanchez is currently paying zero support and has no custody of Jeremiah. We're told he only sees his son roughly once a month.

In 2012, Sanchez started shooting "Drag Dad" ... a documentary about his relationship with his son, but it's unclear if he's completed the project.
