His blood might smell like cologne and he might be able to increase a new car's value when he drives it off a lot, but according to his former manager ... "The Most Interesting Man In The World" is a deadbeat.

TMIMITW, aka Jonathan Goldsmith is being sued by a former manager who says he helped Goldsmith land the Dos Equis job. The manager says he was supposed to get 10% of Goldsmith's earnings.

However, he claims Goldsmith stopped paying him in 2014. The manager says TMIMITW told him he was done paying him simply because he had given him, "enough."

This is a choice passage from the lawsuit, "...had Goldsmith landed a role that more accurately portrayed his true character, he would have landed the role of 'The Least Honorable Man in the Entertainment Business.'"

According to the lawsuit, Goldsmith is set to rake in roughly $2 million by the end of 2016 -- he wants his 10%.

David Cassidy was busted again ... this time for allegedly causing a car accident in Florida, and fleeing the the scene.

According to police docs, Cassidy was driving on a highway last month when he side-swiped a big rig truck. A witness told police, Cassidy initially stopped -- but only to try to hide his license plate -- and then drove away.

However, cops say they found Cassidy and his beat-up Kia at a hospital later that afternoon. When police questioned him, he claimed he had exchanged info with the truck driver and that he was at the hospital for an unrelated appointment.

David was charged with leaving the scene of an accident, expired tags, improper lane change and driving on a suspended license.

We reached out to a rep for David ... so far, no word back.

10:15 AM PT -- It looks like there's some slight of hand going on in the video. At :11 ... Justin takes the joint in his right hand and then turns his back to the crowd. Here's where we can't see what happens with the joint, but when Justin turns back around at :16 ... he already has a white cigarette in his left hand, which he smokes.

We have no idea what happened to the joint. Where's Zapruder when you need him?

Justin Bieber has fallen off the wagon -- at least for a night -- because it appears he was smoking weed onstage ... one of the drugs that led to his DUI arrest and downward spiral.

Justin was performing in New Zealand with Rae Sremmurd, when he lit up a joint and puffed away.

He also took a big swig from a bottle of Hennessy.

The liquor isn't as alarming as the weed. Justin has never stopped drinking, though he insists it's never been excessive.

But marijuana is a different story. He was living in a constant haze during his low point, in large part because of pot. He was arrested for DUI in Miami last year and tested positive for marijuana.

We're told Justin regrets his New Zealand antics and did it on a dare, but there are pretty clear warning signs.

Justin Bieber was boozing like a college kid during a Rae Sremmurd show ... taking a huge swig straight from a bottle onstage in New Zealand.

We haven't seen the Biebs let loose like this in a while -- since cleaning up his act -- but during the duo's gig, Biebs says he took a dare and chugged from a bottle of Hennessy.

Bieber never totally laid off booze, even though he battled some serious drug issues, but he's gotta be having some regrets today ... or at least a headache.

Scott Disick and a hot leggy blonde put in some hardcore hours -- partying together all over NYC from daytime, into nighttime ... straight into Thursday morning.

Tom Hanks' son is waving the white flag in his crusade to use the n-word ... admitting he was off the rails due to drug addiction and the pressure of being Tom's kid.

A few months ago Chet Hanks -- who raps under the name Chet Haze -- ranted about his right to say the n-word whenever and wherever he wanted ... but now says, "It's not my place to speak on it and I'm genuinely sorry for the people that I offended."

The reason for his about face ... rehab. Chet says he's been getting treatment for cocaine addiction that got so bad his nose was clogged. He adds that being Tom Hanks' son isn't all silver spoons. In fact, he thinks that's part of the reason he got so screwed up.

Houston Rockets star Ty Lawson says he does NOT believe he's an alcoholic ... despite 2 DUI arrests this year ... saying he just made "two dumb mistakes" and didn't really need to go to rehab.

Lawson just opened up about his stint at Cliffside Malibu, where he was ordered to complete a 30 day program stemming from his January DUI in Colorado, telling Yahoo Sports the experience was "eye-opening," but not completely necessary.

"I still honestly don’t think I would’ve had to go in there if it wasn’t court ordered. I just made two dumb mistakes. But I did take things from the [rehabilitation facility]."

As for what he learned, Lawson says ... he learned "what triggers are" and "what forces someone to drink."

Lawson says being around people at the facility who had bottomed out from booze gave him a new perspective on the dangers of drinking -- "I didn't think alcoholism got that bad. But it does."

"There were people who were pushed into [the rehab facility] by family, and then me, who was court ordered. Just to see that it can get that bad, that you can die. You may not see that as a person until you’re already there."

Former "Who's the Boss?" star Danny Pintauro says Grindr is about more than casual sex ... it's filled with MSCME -- men seeking crystal meth encounters.

Of course, Pintauro just revealed he has HIV, so we asked what he thought about Grindr's legal threat against an AIDS org that warned hookups on the app could lead to STDs -- and he went off about meth.

Pintauro thinks the drug is a huge part of the reason people hook up on Grindr, and told us all about his own experience. Danny battled crystal meth addiction.

Also interesting ... Danny's controversial comment that he was "relieved" to find out he'd contracted HIV. We asked him if he wanted to rephrase. He simply doubled down.

A sports bar near the UCF campus called The Basement Orlando is offering free brews during UCF's game this weekend against Tulane. The team is currently 0-4, and the bar's marketing honcho Jake Whitcare says they thought this would boost fan morale.

Whitcare tells us, they'll be serving up domestic kegs totally gratis until the UCF Knights win a game. He says they're in this for the long haul -- as in 0-12, if it comes to that.

Here's the thing ... we have no doubt the giveaway will boost morale TO DRINK! We're just not sure how it encourages fans to cheer for a win.

Chris Brown and his baby mama Nia Guzman have settled their custody war, right down to the official name of their child.

Sources connected with the case tell us, Chris and Nia have agreed to joint physical and legal custody. He'll get their 1-year-old 12 days out of the month, and there will be no supervised visitation.

As for the baby's name ... they've agreed she's Royalty Brown -- no middle name.

And we're told Chris will pay Nia $2,500 a month. He's also paying her $15k in back support.

Chris also has to pay for Royalty's schooling, health insurance, medical bills and nannies.

And we're told the drug test Chris submitted to during the custody hearing has come back positive for both weed and codeine, but we're told he had a prescription for both.

The settlement is subject to a judge's approval.

Justin Bieber was at a recording studio in Australia Sunday night ... and a woman who was there claims she was drugged -- but other people at the studio say nothing like that happened.

In a social media post, the girl, an Australian model named Bailey Scarlett, says she was invited to the studio in Melbourne, Australia and poured herself a drink of vodka and lemonade. She claims she set the drink down and was chatting with some other girls there.

However, not long after that -- Scarlett says she began to feel woozy and her vision became blurred. She says she began to cry and Justin sat down with her to calm her down.

Scarlett says she then went outside after her condition got worse and the police were called.

Law enforcement in Melbourne tells TMZ, they responded to a call at the location for a woman who "believed her drink had been spiked." She was then taken to a local hospital and advised to make an official report about the incident. We're told at this point she has not yet filed a report.

Jimi Wyatt, who owns the recording studio, says they have reviewed footage from the event and claims Bailey's cup is visible the entire time -- he says her drink was never touched. Alex McDonnell, who organized the event, tells TMZ he believes the girl was having a panic attack.

Bailey Scarlett has since made the post private claiming it was for legal reasons.

Chris Vance, the star of "Transporter: The Series" is going through a bitter divorce and things have gotten so bad, his soon-to-be ex-wife was granted a restraining order.

According to the docs, Vance's wife Monira Dailly says his drinking has gotten out of control and she fears he will forcefully take their 2-year-old son. Dailly says Chris is verbally abusive -- calling her the "c-word" and a "f**king idiot" in front of their child.

That's not all ... Dailly says Chris has accused her of giving him STDs -- something she says was later proven false.

Dailly was granted a protective order and Chris must stay 100-yards away from her and their son.

Chris says the allegations his estranged wife is making are completely "unfounded and false," and his only concern is that the divorce process does no harm to their son.

TMZ broke the story ... CPS and police in Georgia launched an investigation after seeing the smoking video, which RHQ posted himself -- and after getting flooded with complaints.

RHQ says in spite of this mistake he'll "continue to strive to be the best parent I can be."
