Chris Brown's Partying Could Damage L.A. Club

Published | Updated

Chris Brown partied his ass off at L.A. club Guys and Dolls after his sentencing hearing this week. Only problem: Brown's 20 and the club's liquor license is strictly 21+.

We asked Alcohol Beverage Control if they were investigating Brown's visit and they confirmed they are "looking into reports that are surfacing regarding an underage individual in Guys and Dolls" -- but do not name Brown specifically.

If it's proven the club did allow a minor in -- which this photo gallery should pretty much do -- disciplinary action could be taken, including revocation of the spot's liquor license.

As far as Brown's probation getting revoked as well -- the jury's still out on that one.

UPDATE: A rep for the club tells TMZ "Chris Brown was at Guys and Dolls for a scheduled personal appearance. A good time was had by all."

Cops Descend on Dr. Klein's Block

Published | Updated

It looked like a major development in Michael Jackson's death ... A few minutes ago, a Beverly Hills Crime Lab truck pulls up near Dr. Arnold Klein's building. A short time later, a Beverly Hills patrol car arrives.

Did the other shoe drop? Have cops made their move? Nope. The nearby Roxbury Cafe has delicious breakfast burritos.

Hey, everyone's gotta eat.

Jenner/Francis in Knock Down Bar Fight, Tased

Published | Updated

Brody Jenner was in an epic fight outside of Guys and Dolls this morning, with Girls Gone Wild honcho Joe Francis.

Jenner just spoke with us by phone. According to Jenner, he and his girlfriend, Jayde Nicole, were at the club celebrating his birthday, when Jayde saw Francis hitting on an ex-girlfriend of his (Francis'), Jenner says "unrelentingly." Jayde felt he was harassing the woman -- whom Jayde and Brody know -- and she threw a drink on Francis.

Jenner says Francis then pulled Jayde's hair, punched her in the face and threw her to the ground and began kicking her. Security broke it up and Francis got dragged away -- Brody followed.

Jenner says he started yelling at Francis and both men were ejected from the club.

Outside the club, Jenner says he tried to get back in to see Jayde but security wouldn't let him. Jenner then saw Joe, punched him in the face, and then someone tased him and he fell to the ground.

Francis left the scene (shown below). The cops -- who say a call came in at 2:46 AM for battery -- came but no one was arrested.

Jayde tells TMZ she will press charges against Francis.

Jayde has a black and blue cheek, her face is swollen, she has a bruised left rib and her lower abdomen is sore. Some of her hair also got pulled out.

UPDATE: Brody put the following message on his Twitter: "Joe Francis beat up my lady this morning for no reason! Pulled her to the ground, punched & kicked her..what does that say about him. How can you call yourself a man when you beat up a girl?? Joe Francis is a piece of sh*t. Joe Francis needs to be in jail!!!"

UPDATE: A rep for the club tells us, "It is Guys and Dolls policy not to comment on incidents that are being handled by the police department. We trust that this situation will be resolved both swiftly and privately."

Michael Jackson Flunked His Credit Report

Published | Updated

Here's a shocker -- Michael Jackson had an abysmally low credit score.

TMZ has learned that in 2007, Jacko's average credit score was 563.67 (Equifax 592, Transunion: 524, Experian: 575) which most experts consider very low. (According to creditreport.com, the average credit rating for people in California is 672.)

The reasons for MJ's credit woes ... We're told he was dinged for several reasons, including:

-- A derogatory public record or collection filed
-- The amount owed on delinquent accounts
-- Number of accounts with delinquency
-- Too many inquiries in the last 12 months

We've also learned Barneys New York actually shut down Jacko's credit line after he racked up more than $224,000 in one billing cycle, this according to Jacko's credit report.

MJ's troubles seem to have stemmed from a large net worth but nearly no disposable income. As we reported earlier, MJ's "Cash in Bank" was $668,215 -- or .05% of his net worth.

MJ's Former Pharmacy -- What the DEA Seized

Published | Updated

TMZ has obtained a document showing what the DEA removed from Mickey Fine Pharmacy last week -- the place that sued Michael in 2007 for non-payment of a bill of more than $100,000.

The doc shows on August 21, the DEA took "60 prescriptions, 29 patient print-outs, 3 copies of DEA Forms 222 (Order Forms), and copies of inventories of controlled substances."

Mickey Fine was used extensively by Dr. Arnold Klein and other doctors who treated Michael -- it's also where Jackson obtained prescriptions

for Demerol and many other drugs.

Heroin at Jackson's House -- Not So Fast

Published | Updated

UPDATE: A source connected with the case tells TMZ the "tar heroin" was tested -- and the results showed it was not heroin of any kind. This is not reflected in the warrant.

A search warrant affidavit just released from the search of Michael Jackson's home says the Jackson family notified L.A. County Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter that they found "tar heroin in a bag" in Jackson's bedroom. Chief Winter notified LAPD detectives of the found evidence.

The search also turned up two baggies of "marijuana."

Cops also found Benoquin in the master bathroom. Benoquin is a bleaching cream.

The affidavit also says surveillance cameras at Jackson's home captured Dr. Conrad Murray arriving at 1:00 AM the day Jackson died.

As for what else was found during the search -- an empty bottle of Lorazepam, an empty bottle of Diazepam, a baggy with the medical label with the name Dr. Conrad Murray, 2 cigarette packs, 1 cigarette paper, 4 pill bottles and 1 shaving case.

Detective Orlando Martinez wrote, "Conversations with family members lead me to believe that there may be additional medications and/or narcotics at the location as well as the necessity to confiscate these items for the safety of the minor children."

Michael Jackson Burial Triples in Price

Published | Updated

The Jackson family's decision to move Michael's burial from a Saturday to a Thursday is gonna cost some serious dough -- at least three times the original price!

According to the Glendale police, the cost for the weekend service would have ran about $50,000 -- 90% of which goes to police handling street closures, security and perimeter control.

But officials say the Jackson family will now have to fork over "at least triple the price" to contract the cops for a weekday burial.

As for the cemetery, we're told it will be on total lockdown -- with security patrolling from the ground and from the air. At least one police chopper will be keeping an eye from the sky.

And just to prove the cops mean business, Sergeant Tom Lorenz is warning uninvited fans, "Don't even try and come, because you won't even be able to see the green of the Forest Lawn."

Miley's Alleged Stalker Plays Hide the CPU

Published | Updated

Sources tell TMZ a computer belonging to Miley Cyrus' alleged stalker mysteriously disappeared from his house before cops raided the place earlier this month ... and we know why it wasn't there.

Sources extremely close to the situation tell us Mark McLeod made a phone call while he was behind bars and asked someone to remove the computer from his house in Appling, GA -- the same comp he had previously told cops had "thousands of pictures and letters to Miley" on it.

Even though the computer was successfully relocated, we're told police were still able to track it down and confiscate it.

Fiore's Prison Boyfriend ... and Ex-Husband?

Published | Updated

Ryan Jenkins wasn't the only man in Jasmine Fiore's life ... so was convicted felon Michael Cardosi.

Newly discovered love letters she exchanged with him in prison could shed light on her murder.

We've learned Fiore met Cardosi at the gates of a southern California prison when he was released on parole Aug. 11th -- just four days before her mutilated body was discovered.

Then, on Saturday the 15th, Cardosi was re-arrested for parole violation -- which lead to a search of his apartment.

Buena Park police tell us that search uncovered letters the two had exchanged ... revealing an intimate relationship during -- and possibly before -- his imprisonment. The letters are being held as evidence in the case.

We're also told by police -- and friends of Cardosi and Fiore -- that the two were also previously married ... though no certificate has surfaced.

Cardosi has been eliminated as a suspect in Fiore's murder.

Cops Have Found Murdered Model's Car

Published | Updated

UDPATE 3:13 PM PT: The car has been towed away. We spoke to someone who lives next door to the parking lot, who said they saw the car there on August 15. Ryan Jenkins was seen leaving a hotel near San Diego on August 14 in the white Mercedes. Jenkins was seen carrying a suitcase -- we're told it was the same suitcase that contained Fiore's mutilated body.

The car is expected to be towed to the Orange County Crime Lab in Santa Ana.

UPDATE: An official from the Buena Park PD tells us it is definitely Jasmine's car.

Cops say they have located Jasmine Fiore's Mercedes, which has been missing since her death. We just shot this video of the car -- which is in a West Hollywood parking lot where cops have just arrived on scene.

There was a note on the windshield it read, "This is a private lot. Unattended vehicles will be towed at owner's expense."

Possible Link in Lindsay & Audrina Break-Ins

Published | Updated

TMZ has learned law enforcement is looking at the possibility the burglars who hit Lindsay Lohan are the same people who broke into Audrina Patridge's Los Angeles pad.

Look at the striking similarities between the male burglar in both break-ins -- down to the hat and t-shirt. Law enforcement sources tell us they have noticed the similarities and are looking into the possibility that the burglars in both cases are one and the same.

And the M.O. is also strikingly similar -- in both cases the thieves entered through unlocked doors.

The Audrina break-in occurred on February 22 -- the Lindsay break-in occurred on Sunday morning.

One law enforcement source tells TMZ Lindsay was shown a picture of the man who broke into her place and said he "looked familiar."

UPDATE: Yesterday, Lindsay Twittered the following about the break-in, "that's how i know it was not a ROBBERY. electronics weren't taken... just things that a certain old friend knew meant a lot to me"
