Mr. Lobo -- the guy who hosted the film festival -- says despite Jericho's claim that "everyone on stage was having a blast," he was deeply offended by the insensitive remarks and calls Jericho's statement a "complete fabrication."

Lobo claims Jericho never apologized to him and added, "I don't think [Chris] has the capacity to give an honest apology. I don't think it's in his character."

As TMZ first reported, Jericho went on a drunken slur-filled rant and called Lobo the homophobic f-word and another slur used to demean Middle Easterners.

For the record, Chris didn't even get his insult right -- Lobo says he's mostly Portuguese.

Carrie was all set to speak at an event called "Defenders of the Family" ... but after word got out that she sinned with herself in a solo sex tape, Carrie has since been removed from the schedule.

A spokesman for the New Jersey Family Policy Council wouldn't say if they canceled or if Carrie did... but Prejean was still a go just yesterday.

Attempts to reach Carrie's reps were unsuccessful.

We got Courtney Ames at Obsession Tattoo -- where she said she was "very worried" about being charged "with something I'm not a part of."

As we previously reported, Ames has been charged with felony first degree residential burglary of Paris Hilton.

As for that picture of her wearing a necklace that suspiciously looks like one stolen from Lindsay Lohan -- Ames still has it and says she got it at a local store ... without a five finger discount.

TMZ spoke with BB9 3rd place winner Sheila Kennedy, who tells us when she found out that Adam had been arrested, "I was bawling my eyes out ... I was crying .. It made me sick to my stomach he got involved in this."

Sheila, who along with six other people voted to award Adam the $500,000 prize during the "jury house" portion of the show, tells us she feels betrayed by Adam, because he had promised to give $100,000 to an autism foundation.

Instead, cops say he used the cash to fund a prescription drug ring. He was arrested last month in Massachusetts after allegedly trying to deal 2,000 pills of Oxycodone to a government informant.

And Sheila isn't the only former cast member who's lashing out at Jasinski -- Allison Nichols tells us she hopes the judge throws the book at him, saying, "I hope Adam gets the maximum time he deserves because this is terrible."

If convicted, Adam faces 20 years behind bars and up to a million dollars in fines.

TMZ obtained photos of Chidi Uzomah's car -- which he left behind at the E! building last week after he got arrested. The car was safe, though, because it was left under the watchful eye of the greatest anti-theft device ever conceived: The Club.

Also inside the car: A Thomas Guide opened up to a map of West Hollywood, clothes, a towel and a backpack full of books.

The Accused: Verne Troyer

The Debt: $10,869.36

The Story: According to the State of California, Mini-Me fell behind on his taxes both in 2005 and 2008 ... putting him a total of $10,869.36 in the hole.

Earlier this year, Troyer mentioned that Mike Myers was getting started on an Austin Powers 4 -- that paycheck could sure come in handy...

NBC had no official comment, but an insider at "The Tonight Show" tells us they'll be addressing the issue on the air tonight -- and Shatner twittered he will be back for another appearance. Coincidence? We think not.

Yesterday, Shatner read what was represented as posts from Levi's Twitter account, making him look like a racially insensitive pothead -- but as we first reported, Levi's reps say the famous Palin-impaler doesn't even have a Twitter account ... or a Facebook, or a Myspace.

Levi's attorney tells us he's already dealing with Twitter over the fake account.

Rex Butler -- Levi's lawyer -- tells TMZ the Alaskan is demanding a retraction from NBC. What really pisses Butler off ... before Shatner's dramatic reading of Levi's putative Twitter page, Conan said: "All real ... we did not make these up."

Butler says the Twitter page is NOT Levi's and that, "We are in the process of dealing with Twitter first. I think they have an obligation once something like this happens to make some kind of corrective measure."

Among the Tweets that were read poetry-style by Shatner ... "Anybody know where I can get some good weed" and "Whats the deal with the taxi drivers not speaking English, is there a law against it?"

So far, not a tweet from NBC.

Dr. Arnold Klein has shown up at the TMZ offices to appear on TMZ live at 1:30 PM PT, 4:30 PM ET today.

Dr. Klein -- who bailed before his scheduled appearance on Tuesday -- promises to tell all about his most famous patient, Michael Jackson.

Dr. Klein will talk with Harvey Levin -- no restrictions.

We have more info on Carrie Prejean's abrupt about-face during the settlement negotiations with Miss California USA lawyers -- when they showed her the X-Rated version of Home Alone ... starring Carrie herself.

When the video started playing, Carrie's first reaction was "that's disgusting" ... and Carrie denied it was her.

Then, the camera angle changed ... and panned up to her face. She was caught red-handed ... so to speak.

Carrie was rendered speechless and immediately began talking with her lawyer. We're told it took about 15 seconds for Carrie to drop her $1 million dollar demand.

Law enforcement sources tell us, during their interview with Chidi Uzomah, he told cops, "I felt like I was meant to see someone."

One law enforcement source says Uzomah shows signs of early schizophrenia, which often emerges in people around Uzomah's age -- 25.

Uzomah -- who showed up with a knife at the E! building where Ryan was doing his radio show -- is currently being held on $150,000 bail on felony stalking and other charges.

This may be the saddest thing you'll see all day.

Jericho was at the Sacramento Horror Film Festival two weeks ago ... for a screening of a movie in which he appears. During a Q&A session, Jericho referred to the moderator several times as "Hadji" -- a term sometimes used as a racial slur against Middle Easterners.

After the first wave of slurs -- and a random shot at Paris Hilton -- the host jokingly takes Jericho's drink to sniff it for booze, when Chris chimes back, "it's apple juice ... fag."

Jericho tells TMZ, "After seeing the video I realize some inappropriate comments were made and I apologize if I offended anybody." Jericho continues, "Just know that everyone on stage was having a blast and we all shared a drink and a laugh after! The good news is I got my wish of being posted on TMZ."
