Mila Kunis Targeted By Anti-Semitic Ukrainian Politician

Published | Updated

Jewish organizations around the world are furious with the Ukrainian government ... after a Ukrainian politician used an Anti-Semitic slur in a Facebook rant about Mila Kunis.

The man who set off the controversy is lawmaker Igor Miroshnichenko -- who had written that Mila (a Jew who was born in the Ukraine) is not a true Ukrainian because she's a "zhydovka" ... a word that has been used as a slur against Jewish people since the Holocaust.

After protests by Ukrainian Jews, the Ukrainian government announced the word was OK to use because it appears in the Ukrainian dictionary as a term for a Jew that isn't necessarily a slur.

Now, the famous Simon Wiesenthal Center in L.A. is getting involved -- firing off a letter to the Prime Minister of the Ukraine to "express our outrage and indignation against the slanders of the Svoboda Party directed against the Jewish community in the Ukraine."

In the letter, Rabbi Marvin Hier explains ... the term "zhydovka" translates to "dirty Jewess" ... and was used as an "insidious slur invoked by the Nazis and their collaborators as they rounded up the Jews to murder them at Babi Yar and in the death camps."

The org. has called on the Prime Minister to "publically condemn this attack and to take measures to defeat the xenophobic forces that threaten your democracy."

We reached out to Kunis for comment -- so far, no word back.

Winklevoss Twins We Still Believe In Facebook

Published | Updated

The Winklevoss twins may have sued Mark Zuckerberg, claiming he was a fraud and a thief ... but they believe in him enough to hold on to almost all the stock they have in the company, even though they're now legally entitled to unload it.

The twins own close to 6 million shares of FB stock -- now worth around $125 mil -- and they were free to trade their stock starting today. But we've learned ... they will only unload $1 million worth of stock, which they will use as seed money to fund their new venture -- an e-commerce website called Hukkster.com. The website tracks your favorite products and alerts you when they go on sale.

FB stock is now trading at an anemic $22.15 -- a far cry from the $38 IPO price.

Nonetheless, you could say the twins still believe in Mark Zuckerberg.

We reached out to the Twins for comment -- so far, no word back ... from either of 'em.

Dr. Paul Nassif I Did NOT Do This to Adrienne

Published | Updated

Dr. Paul Nassif's lawyer tells TMZ, his client absolutely, positively did NOT inflict the bruises and marks depicted in disturbing photos released by Adrienne Maloof's personal chef.

Adrienne's chef Bernie Guzman -- who has appeared on several episodes of "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" -- just posted the eight photos on his Facebook page, strongly insinuating Paul is responsible for the injuries.

Bernie wrote several messages on his wall as he posted the photos, saying, "ADRIENNE MALOOF WAS PUSHED TO THE GROUND. PUNCHED & BEATEN ... HE IS A BEAST."

Bernie goes on: "THIS IS ABOUT SAVING THE LIFE. OF A MOTHER AND HER CHILDREN ... EVERYONE NEEDS TO SEE THESE PICTURES ... NOW!"

Dr. Nassif's lawyer, Marty Singer, tells TMZ, "Any suggestion that the photos show my client struck Adrienne Maloof is a complete fabrication." Singer goes on, "No physical assault ever occurred."

As for how Adrienne suffered the injuries, Singer said, "I can't speculate how these marks occurred. I know the woman does martial arts."

Brittany Kerr Shuts Down Twitter Page 'Whore, Skank, Tramp'

Published | Updated

Former "American Idol" contestant Brittany Kerr has shut down her Twitter page ... after a gang of angry Jason Aldean fans BLASTED the singer online -- calling her everything from a "skank" to a "homewrecking whore."

The cyber-hate came flooding in after TMZ posted the pics of Aldean -- a huge country singer who happens to be MARRIED -- putting the moves on Kerr at a crowded bar on the Sunset Strip.

Sources connected to Kerr tell us ... she had NO IDEA Aldean was married ... and if she would have known, she would have shut the whole thing down from the start.

Even though Kerr didn't go home with Aldean, people attacked her online ... writing terrible things on her Facebook page including:

"Disgusting homewrecking tramp!"

"what is wrong with you taking advantage of a married man while he was drinking."

"everyone thinks ur a slut!"

For the record, people have ripped Aldean on his Facebook page too. He has since apologized, chalking the whole thing up to a bad drunken decision.

We reached out to Kerr -- so far, no comment.

Instagram Founder Quick, Take a Pic ... I'm a DJ Now!

Published | Updated

Kevin Systrom -- who co-founded Instagram and then sold it to Facebook for $1 billion -- isn't just a tech-genius, he also moonlights as a DJ ... and we have pics to prove it.

Systrom was in Las Vegas last night, partying his face off with about 30 of his new FBook buddies -- when he started DJ'ing a set at Rain Nightclub in the Palms Hotel.

This isn't Systrom's first go at spinning records -- he reportedly moonlit as a DJ back in his Stanford days.

FUN FACT: "Entourage" star Adrian Grenier was there too ... which answers the question, "What's that guy been up to?"

Mark Zuckerberg Alleged Stalker Claims FB CEO Attacked Him

Published | Updated

Mark Zuckerberg's alleged stalker -- who had to leave the U.S. last year -- is now trying to turn the tables with a defamation lawsuit which claims Zuck tried to have him killed.

As TMZ first reported, Zuckerberg obtained a restraining order against Pradeep Manukonda back in February 2011, after Manukonda allegedly sent Zuck threatening messages, and showed up at his home. Manukonda eventually agreed to return to his native India.

Now Manukonda has filed suit in an Indian court against Zuckerberg and a local politician -- claiming they're responsible for multiple attacks against him ... including one where he was "stabbed from the back side."

In the suit, Manukonda also accuses Zuckerberg of making a fake Facebook page (see below) that says he's a member of al-Qaeda.

Shockingly, a judge issued a court order back in February barring Zuckerberg from doing anything that damages Manukonda's reputation.

The whole case sounds far-fetched, but Pradeep says a hearing is scheduled next week in India.

Facebook declined to comment.

Winklevoss Twins Drop $18 Mil of Facebook Cash on Sick L.A. Mansion

Published | Updated

The Winklevoss Twins are making another move on Mark Zuckerberg's territory ... by moving to California, and dropping $18 MILLION on a crazy spectacular home in the Hollywood Hills.

Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss -- who snagged $65 million by settling their beef with Zuckerberg, are getting one of the best homes in the Hollywood Hills. The house that had been on the lot was bulldozed, and a new, 8,000 square foot crib was just completed with a jetliner view of L.A.

Sources tell TMZ ... the Winklevii have their eye on SoCal as the new Silicon Valley (which is home to Facebook and Apple) thanks to L.A.'s booming tech scene. Tyler will be living in the home as they launch the West Wing of their start-up company, Winklevoss Capital, which is currently in NYC. Cameron will stay in The Big Apple.

Watch out Mark.

'Children of the Corn' Actor Slapped With Restraining Order

Published | Updated

Courtney Gains -- who starred as psychotic teenage killer Malachai in "Children of the Corn" -- is allegedly wreaking havoc in his real life too ... his ex-girlfriend obtained a restraining order against the guy claiming he's threatening her life.

Kelley Marie Pospisil -- who says she dated Gains for 2 years --filed court documents begging the judge to keep the 46-year-old actor at least 100 yards away from her at all times.

In the docs ... Kelley says Gains has been sending her threatening text messages since they broke up ... writing things like "Don't think I won't go find your ass. Just keep it up b**ch."

K.M.P. says Gains is using Facebook to track her down through her friends ... and fears "his escalating behavior is going to get worse." She also claims Gains confessed to her that he was abusive towards past girlfriends.

Kelley states, "I am scared that [Gains] may be following me or stalking me ... [his] behavior is terrifying and making me fearful of my life."

We reached out to Gains for comment -- but no luck.

A hearing is set for August 21.

Jesse Eisenberg Confused for Mark Zuckerberg on National TV

Published | Updated

It's been almost two years since "The Social Network" came out, but Jesse Eisenberg is somehow still being mistaken for Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg ... even at the Olympics!

During the telecast of the men's basketball gold medal game, the camera cut to Eisenberg in the crowd. The announcer, Bob Fitzgerald, tried to make a joke of it, saying, "I know I'm gonna put that picture on Facebook. We've got every executive of note, it seems worldwide, attending these Games."

Someone get this guy a Netlfix subscription.

Mark Zuckerberg Topless Pic Privacy Malfunction?

Published | Updated

A photo of a topless Mark Zuckerberg is burning up the Internet right now ... immediately fueling suspicions of a major Facebook privacy screw-up.

It's unclear when or where the pic was taken ... showing the kid billionaire sans shirt with a couple of male friends. Mark's in pretty good shape for a computer nerd.

Now for the conspiracy theory ...

The image surfaced on the image-sharing site imgur ... along with a photo caption that appears to explain how the anonymous poster got a hold of the shot in the first place.

The poster claims the pic was "accidentally posted" by Facebook Director of Engineering Andrew Bosworth ... who also appears in the pic on the far right.

The poster claims Bosworth deleted the pic "seconds later" ... but it was too late, someone captured the image and splashed it to the web.

If so, it would be another black eye for the social network ... which is still trying to recover from its epically poor performance on the stock market.

Selena Gomez BANNED from Facebook

Published | Updated

Selena Gomez has been banned from Facebook until further notice -- but here's the thing ... it's not the famous Selena Gomez ... it's a girl in New Mexico with the same name ... and she's PISSED.

18-year-old Selena MIRANDA Gomez tells TMZ, she tried to sign in to her Facebook account on Wednesday ... but was denied, receiving a message instead that her account had been disabled for being "inauthentic."

According to the error message, the account was disabled for violating Facebook's terms -- which state, "Impersonating anyone or anything is not allowed."

But clearly, the non-famous Selena isn't impersonating anyone -- and now she's really upset that she's been unfairly banned from her social networking profile, telling TMZ, "I AM NOT AN IMPOSTOR ... My name is not hers on my page. In fact, I even put my middle name on my FB to clear up any confusion."

She says, "I did not have one single famous friend. I did not refer to myself as [the famous Selena], and I did not have any pictures of her on my page!"

Selena says she's reached out to FB to reactivate her account -- but so far, no luck.

A rep for FB had no comment.

Mark Zuckerberg Sued Sold a Billion $$$ Before FB Disaster

Published | Updated

A new lawsuit claims Mark Zuckerberg pulled a billion dollar fast one on Facebook investors.

The class action lawsuit -- filed by disgruntled Facebook shareholders -- claims the 28-year-old CEO had inside info that the stock was grossly overvalued, and he protected his own financial hide by quickly unloading a ton of Facebook stock.

This is the second time in two weeks a group of FB shareholders have joined together to accuse the mogul of withholding information.

The lawsuit claims Zuckerberg and his cronies hid the fact that there was a foundational flaw in the Facebook business model -- that there was not nearly enough advertising revenue to support a stock valued at $38 a share.

The lawsuit claims Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan, and Goldman Sachs -- all sounded the alarm before the IPO that Facebook was seriously overvalued, but that information was "selectively disclosed" to the largest investors.

Then again, hasn't Mark suffered enough. He's only worth around $15 billion.

Mark Zuckerberg, Priscilla Pasta La Vista, Rome

Published | Updated

Mark Zuckerberg ditched his hoodie for a more grown up, married look ... as he and Priscilla Chan strolled on a cobblestone road on the Amalfi Coast in Italy.

It's the second leg of their honeymoon -- they just left Rome.

Good to see Mark smiling, in spite of the fact that his fortune sank from $20 billion to around $17 billion.

For Zuck, the glass is always half full.

Mark Zuckerberg, Priscilla Rome During Honeymoon

Published | Updated

Mark Zuckerberg and Priscilla Chan blended with the crowd during their honeymoon in Rome -- as best as a gazillionaire can blend.

It looks like they didn't attract much attention -- in fact, they seem to go unnoticed by most people in the crowded restaurant in the middle of the famed city.

Italy is fitting, because Mark said "arrivederci" to around 3 billion bucks this week after his Facebook stock took a nosedive.

Zsa Zsa Gabor & Prince Foreclosure Stopped Because of Facebook

Published | Updated

In a roundabout way ... Mark Zuckerberg saved Zsa Zsa Gabor and hubby Prince Frederic von Anhalt from foreclosure.

Zsa Zsa and von A-hole were slated to lose their mansion at month's end because of a $700,000 mortgage that was in default.

Von A-hole tells us ... in a last-ditch effort to save the homestead, he jumped on Facebook and begged his fans for help. Shockingly, his prayers were answered. Even more shocking, he has fans.

Someone stepped up and helped von A-hole secure a $1.5 million personal loan -- which he used to pay off the mortgage.

But there's a catch -- Von A-hole has ONE YEAR to pay back the loan ... a loan which we understand is secured by the house.

Tick, tock.
