8:20 AM PST -- A rep for Dina Lohan tells us Dina has denied selling any of Lindsay's stuff.

Lindsay Lohan's mother is unloading her daughter's prized possessions with an online flea market -- which Lindsay's threatening to shut down with a little help from cops ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Lindsay tell us she recently got wind of Dina Lohan's scheme -- selling off Lindsay's clothing, furniture, artwork, etc ... on the Internet and directly to friends ... all without LiLo's permission. We're told she's hawking items from the massive stockpile of stuff Lindsay moved into Dina's house during the Oprah docuseries.

It may seem like a bunch of junk, but Lindsay says it's worth millions. As for Dina's motivation -- we're told she thinks anything left behind in HER garage ... is hers to sell. Linds thinks Dina's just desperate to pay bills.

We broke the story -- Lindsay's already pissed at Dina for negotiating a deal to be on "Celebrity Big Brother UK" ... and our sources say this fire sale might be the last straw.

Lindsay is urgently trying to get friends to go scoop up her loot before it's all gone -- but if that doesn't work ... we're told she'll get police involved.

Tina Knowles is getting hitched for the second time, this time on a fancy yacht ... with Beyonce and Jay Z on board!

Beyonce's 61-year-old mom is marrying 67-year-old actor Richard Lawson on Sunday evening -- and the yacht is cruising around the harbor in Newport Beach, CA.

Everyone is dressed in white, including Blue Ivy. Solange was also there along with other relatives. The boat holds 300, and we're guessing they could fill it to capacity if they want.

Tina and Beyonce showed up around noon to check out the boat. They left together in an SUV before returning for the ceremony.

Bobby Brown was an enormous hit at the Soul Food Festival Saturday night ... and he moved the crowd to tears as he opened up about the hard time he's going through.

Bobby said there was never any question about him fulfilling his obligation to appear at the festival. As you know, his daughter, Bobbi Kristina, lay in an Atlanta hospital, clinging to life. It's been 2 1/2 months since Bobbi Kristina was rushed to a hospital after she was found submerged in a bathtub.

Lindsay Lohan believes there's only room for one Lohan in England, and that's why she's waging war against her mother's plan to move there for UK TV fame and fortune.

We've learned Dina is in the final stages of negotiations to appear on "Celebrity Big Brother" in the UK. It's a big show there ... Gary Busey won last season.

Dina was so excited, she called Lindsay Thursday to say how great it was going to be that they could spend time together.

We're told Lindsay flipped out and began screaming at her mom, saying she had no right to come to England, where Lindsay went to escape. They fought on the phone and then fired angry texts back and forth.

Lindsay doesn't want Dina in England, partly because she feels her mom is a bad influence and partly because she's just bad luck. Lindsay says she's doing well and doesn't want it screwed up.

As for Dina, she feels Lindsay has no right to exile her from England.

Bobby Brown is finally getting back to normal life -- in fact, so normal that hours after flying from Atlanta to L.A. ... he got on stage for karaoke night at a pizzeria in the Valley.

Bobby was at Paoli's Pizzeria and Piano Bar in Woodland Hills, CA on Friday night. Sources in the bar tell us it looked like he was having a guys' night out -- with about 7 or 8 friends -- from 9 PM until about midnight.

We're told one patron attempted to talk to him about Bobbi Kristina's condition -- but Brown politely replied, "I don't wanna talk about that."

TMZ broke the story ... Brown left his daughter's bedside Friday for the first time since she was hospitalized. We knew he was performing at the Soul Food Festival in L.A. on Saturday night, but a karaoke event ... we did NOT see coming.

Justin Timberlake is a dad, which mean Jessica Biel is a mom.

Jessica just gave birth to Silas Randall Timberlake ... it appears the birth was early Saturday.

The baby and Jessica are doing well, so says the rep to People.

As for the name ... Justin's middle name is Randall, and his dad's first name is Randall.

As for Silas ... no clue.

Bobby Brown is leaving Bobbi Kristina for the first time in more than 2 months -- boarding a jet for Los Angeles to fulfill a contractual obligation to soul food ... TMZ has learned.

According to our sources, Brown is flying Friday afternoon to appear at the Soul Food Festival near downtown L.A. It may sound crass for Bobby to leave his daughter's bedside for the festival -- but it was out of his hands.

We're told the deal to perform at the event -- along with Salt-N-Pepa, El DeBarge and Stephanie Mills -- was signed long before Bobbi Kristina was hospitalized. As we first told you, Bobby has the same situation with an upcoming mini-tour in Australia ... where the promoter is demanding he perform.

Bobby's not just singing and dancing, by the way -- he's also cooking with his own line of BBQ sauce. No joke.

David Miscavige and his Church of Scientology are on a mission -- to "dig up dirt" on people who talk crap on them -- so claims the private investigator who says he was hired to keep David's dad in line. The audio is pretty amazing.

TMZ obtained police audio in which P.I. Daniel Powell told Wisconsin detectives he and his dad were paid $10k a week from the Church to shadow Ronald Miscavige ... to follow him, see who he's talking to, monitor his emails and most of all make sure he's not bad-mouthing David.

Daniel says Ronald used to be the Musical Director of the Church, until David decided his stuff was outdated and put him out to pasture. Daniel says Ronald started going after David, and that's when they were hired to unrelentingly control the elder Miscavige.

Daniel says David paid Ronald off on numerous occasions to keep him quiet.

And Daniel says David has reason to fear Ronald ... because dad has the goods and David is "a terrible person."

Chilling audio ... the father of Scientology leader David Miscavige appeared to be having a heart attack, and his son ordered his people to stand clear and just let him die ... so claims the P.I. who was tailing David's dad.

P.I. Daniel Powell recounted during a police interview in 2013 how he and his dad were following Ronald Miscavige, who left the church, when Ronald suddenly slumped over and appeared to be having a coronary.

Powell says his dad, Dwayne, called the people who hired him on behalf of Scientology and informed them of the situation. He says a short time later David called Dwayne and instructed him not to render aid ... if he died, he died.

We're told it ended up just being a case of the cramps.

David Miscavige's lawyer denies his client hired the P.I.s or even knew them.

Duke superstar Jahlil Okafor is the greatest player to EVER come out of Chicago ... better than D-Wade, D-Rose, Kevin Garnett and Isiah Thomas ... so says J.O.'s father, Chukwudi Okafor.

Taylor Swift's mother is fighting cancer ... but she's only sharing the news with her millions of fans because her mother asked her to do it.

Taylor tweeted an emotional letter to her nearly 56 million followers on Thursday morning -- announcing, "I’m saddened to tell you that my mom has been diagnosed with cancer. I’d like to keep the details of her condition and treatment plans private, but she wanted you to know."

She goes on to say her mom, Andrea Finlay, was diagnosed after Taylor begged her to get a checkup. Taylor says, "She wanted you to know because your parents may be too busy juggling everything they’ve got going on to go to the doctor, and maybe you reminding them to go get checked for cancer could possibly lead to an early diagnosis and an easier battle."

She doesn't specify what kind of cancer it is ... or what the prognosis is for her mother, who is 57.

Swifties obviously feel close to Taylor's family -- she says her mom also wanted fans to know because she knew they'd wonder why she wasn't at as many concerts.

Taylor added, "She's got an important battle to fight."

A private investigator was arrested with an arsenal of weapons ... he says while he and his son were mercilessly harassing Scientology leader David Miscavige's father, and at one point when it appeared David's dad was having a heart attack the P.I.s say David told them to just "let him die."

The claims are absolutely shocking. P.I. Dwayne Powell and his son Daniel were on a job in West Allis, Wisconsin in 2013, where Ronald Miscavige lived with his wife. Dwayne says he was surveilling Ronald Miscavige for a year and a half on orders of the Church. Dwayne says the Church was worried Ronald -- who left Scientology -- would "divulge details about the church's activities."

Dwayne says he and his son were paid $10,000 a week to tail Ronald, and harass him. They would search his garbage, sit next to Ronald when he went to restaurants, stand behind him when Ron went to the library to check his emails so they could view the screen, and on and on.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, Dwayne said on one occasion "Ron was loading his purchases into his car and slumped over while grasping his chest." Dwayne and his son thought Ron was having a heart attack so they called their Church contact. Dwayne says 2 minutes later he got a call from a man who identified himself as David Miscavige. The police report says Dwayne recounted that David told him, "If it was Ron's time to die, to let him die and not intervene in any way."

Dwayne was arrested in July 2013, after witnesses reported he was acting suspiciously. When cops searched his car, they found an arsenal of loaded weapons, including a silencer and hundreds of rounds of ammo.

Most recently, in September 2014 ... Ronald went to cops again and said he was still being followed and someone had gone through his trash. He told police David was afraid he would "speak with the media about the negative inner workings of the church and David's abuse of the members of the church."

David Miscavige's lawyer told the L.A. Times, which broke the story, that David did not know Dwayne Powell, hasn't heard of him, hasn't spoken with him and never hired him.

Bobby Brown is leaving his daughter Bobbi Kristina's bedside to go back on the road overseas, but if he had things his way ... he'd be cancelling the whole trip.

According to our sources, Brown is scheduled to play three shows in Australia with Treach and Kay Gee of Naughty By Nature at the end of May -- and, for obvious reasons, he is in no mood to go.

We're told the dates are make-ups for shows he cancelled back in March ... and even though Bobby wanted to postpone again -- so far, the promoters are holding him to his contractual obligation.

Musical taste trumps DNA for Frances Bean Cobain, because it turns out she doesn't like Nirvana -- and her feelings about her father aren't much better.

Cobain told Rolling Stone she's just not much of a fan of Kurt Cobain's old band, instead preferring the likes of Mercury Rev, Oasis, and Brian Jonestown Massacre.

Frances Bean (who only referred to her father by his first name) did single out the song "Dumb" ... describing it as "a stripped-down version of Kurt's perception of himself -- of himself on drugs, off drugs, feeling inadequate to be titled the voice of a generation." She says she cries every time she hears it.

Cobain, now 22, also sounds like she's still angry about her father's suicide ... saying she understands his music inspired a generation, but adds ... without that he'd "just be another guy who abandoned his family in the most awful way possible."

The axle doesn't fall far from the tree ... especially when the tree is a skateboard legend -- so says Tony Hawk who tells us his son Riley is a BETTER skater than he is.

It's hard to believe ... considering Tony is the greatest to ever hop on a board -- but the 46-year-old icon says his 22-year-old son is already a STUD on wheels ... and he's getting better.

"My son is already better than me in a lot of ways," Hawk says ... "He's more of a street skater. He's way more technical. He hits the handrails, the ledges and stuff."

Question is ... could Riley hit a 900 like his daddy??
