Nobody calls popcorn "pop" ... is the basis of a lawsuit the Michael Jackson estate has filed against a website using MJ's name to hawk popcorn.

MJ's estate has set its sights on KingOfPop.com ... a website that popped up in 2012 after buying the domain name of a former Michael Jackson fan website.

The estate claims the site tried to defend its use of the popular MJ moniker by saying the word "pop" is a "nickname for popcorn products." The estate says that's BS because "pop" is only a nickname for soda ... in certain parts of the country.

Team MJ is suing to get the site shut down, plus damages. Shoulda gone for a couple tins of Chocolate Dreams Popcorn too. Yummm ...

Blac Chyna went ham on Kris Jenner and her family for daring to help stock Rob Kardashian's new kitchen with healthy food.

Check out the video ... Chyna scoffs at the food choices, including fat free sorbet, I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, wheat tortillas, oatmeal and quinoa. BTW ... there's also pizza crust mix, although it's wheat.

TMZ broke the story ... Kris helped Rob buy a house in the Calabasas community where his sisters live. It seems Chyna's none too happy his family is back in the picture.

Our Kardashian sources tell us they think it's despicable Chyna's making fun of Rob's family for trying to help him beat his diabetes and weight issues.

To Chyna's credit, Rob has lost around 40 lbs on her watch.

Motorhead frontman Lemmy is one huge step closer to returning to his favorite watering hole again -- his life-sized bronze monument is now fully funded.

TMZ spoke to artist Travis Moore who says he's already started work on the tribute that's going up at the Rainbow Bar & Grill in West Hollywood. Travis, a die hard Lemmy fan, agreed to waive his artist fee -- but a crowdfunding page was started to pay for materials.

As of Wednesday, they've got $20k!

On Wednesday, Travis started assembling an 18-inch clay miniature which will be used to model the final 6 foot tall sculpture.

And here's a bonus for all crowdfunding donors -- the owner of the Rainbow tells us their names will be plastered in the club, right behind bronzed Lemmy. They're aiming for a May unveiling.

Snoop Dogg can make even the most mundane tasks awesome ... so Burger King knew he was the perfect pitchman to explain their hot dogs in a new employee training video.

We got our hands on the internal video being shown to all BK employees introducing them to "Grilled Dogs," which are set to debut later this month.

We're told BK has their employees watch videos on all menu items ... and execs wanted to add a fun twist to pump everyone up.

Unfortunately for BK employees, Snoop's title of "Grilled Dogs Training Ambassador" is only ceremonial ... so don't get too excited for smoke breaks.

See's Candies has screwed with Jewish tradition by advertising its Valentine's Day boxes as kosher, when they're strictly for the goyim.

Avi Weiss, a Jewish man who keeps kosher, claims in a new lawsuit he wandered into a See's shop last month looking for some kosher sweets. He says the box was specifically advertised as "kosher certified." Check out the lower left corner of the display above the stacks of boxes.

Now here's where it's a little weird. Avi never explains how he knew the candies weren't kosher. He doesn't say if he ate them nor does he say what gave the unholiness away.

Avi DOES say kosher certified products "command a premium in the marketplace," and because the boxes aren't kosher he overpaid.

Lisa Vanderpump's restaurant PUMP had some surprise patrons Friday morning -- LA County firefighters who rushed in to put down a kitchen fire ... TMZ has learned.

Fire department sources tell us they arrived around 11 AM and quickly put down a small smoldering electrical fire that was contained within a wall. It caused no injuries or major damage.

'RHOBH' and "Vanderpump Rules" fans know PUMP well, and as a result ... it's also become a big tourist stop. We're told they'll be open for biz tonight ... if you can get a reservation.

10:30 AM PT -- We checked and the Pizza Hut Abby called does not offer the $5 flavor menu -- it's a national deal, but individual stores don't have to honor it.

Abby Lee Miller treated a Pizza Hut manager like a pre-teen girl in a tutu -- unleashing her social media soldiers on the guy after an argument over her order.

The "Dance Moms" instructor went ballistic Thursday night when she called a PH in Santa Monica to place an order. Our well placed pizza sources tell us Abby was put on hold, like anyone else might be.

When a PH employee got on the line, we're told she inquired about the "$5 pizza deal" ... but when the employee didn't know what that was, Abby got pissed and asked for a manager.

We're told the convo got heated. Abby claims PH hung up on her, and then she hit the nuclear button -- posting the store's phone # to her 2 million Instagram followers, asking them to call "the idiot who keeps hanging up on paying customers."

Our sources say the store was flooded with calls until closing, and it was so bad they had to stop answering the phones. We're told PH has been reaching out to Abby, asking her to take down the post as they're concerned it will continue to screw up business, but she hasn't responded.

BTW, seems Abby was asking about the $5 flavor menu. The lady knows her pizza!
