"Destiny's Child" superstar Kelly Rowland says her double nip slip this weekend was NOT INTENTIONAL -- in fact, she claims to be super-embarrassed by the whole thing.

On the surface it's the unkindest cut of all ... Arnold Schwarzenegger out bike riding Sunday in Santa Monica, wearing a shirt that says, "I survived Maria" -- the woman whom he betrayed so badly.

But there's more to this story. We found out ... Arnold got the shirt last November, during a farewell party for the Governator's staff. The shirts were actually designed by Maria's staff, as a joke. The shirt they presented to Arnold had 2007 crossed out and 1977 scribbled above -- that's the year Arnold and Maria started dating.

And, we're told, Arnold and Maria are not at war. They're well along in the process of settling their divorce, and they speak frequently.

But all of this begs the question. Given the events of the last few months, should Arnold have worn the shirt in public?

With Beyonce and Michelle Williams nowhere in sight, former Destiny's Child member Kelly Rowland showed off her other two girls while performing in New Jersey this weekend.

One-upping Nicki Minaj on "GMA," the 30-year-old exposed both of her nipples -- but Kelly's revealing moment was NOT for a TV show.

Chad Ochocinco is whole again -- because Aaron Hernandez relinquished his number 85 ... FOR FREE.

Ocho (seen above at practice yesterday) was willing to fork over some bucks for the number, but Hernandez did him a solid as a "welcome to the team" gesture. Hernandez told reporters, "Chad Ochocinco came to the team and he’s a great player and I had a chance to get my college number back and he obviously wanted 85, and it wasn’t a problem."

He's been traded to a new team ... but Chad Ochocinco DOES NOT want a new jersey number -- and sources close to the NFL star tell TMZ .. he's willing to do WHATEVER IT TAKES to sport #85 for the New England Patriots this season.

Problem is .... the number currently belongs to Patriots STUD tight end Aaron Hernandez -- who rocked #85 in 2010 ... when he DOMINATED all season long.

We're told Ochocinco -- who CHANGED HIS LAST NAME to match his jersey number a few years ago -- wants to PAY Hernandez to give up the digits ... and sources say Chad feels "no number is too high."
