Shauna Sand claims she was choked, punched and thrown across a room in front of her children -- and the bastard behind the alleged beatings is her very own husband.

The former Playmate received a temporary restraining order against Romain Chavent yesterday, after she filed documents in L.A. County Superior Court alleging that this weekend, her French hubby "hit me in the breasts, which i just had reconstructive surgery." It's the latest in a string of alleged violent abuse.

Among the claims, Shauna says Romain once "threatened to sell nude photos of my children that he took of them when he was babysitting." How could she say with this guy?

In the documents, Shauna also claims in March 2008, Chavent punched her in the stomach and threw her into a wall. And in 2007, Romain allegedly strangled, punched and threw Sand across the room. Shauna says she was granted a restraining order for the 2007 incident, but had it dismissed "because he promised to change."

But Romain has made accusations of his own -- once filing for a restraining order against Shauna in April because he claimed she threatened to ruin his life. Romain's claim was later dismissed.

Now, with the most recent accusations of abuse, Shauna has been granted another TRO that will remain in effect until the next hearing on December 22.

Our sources say it all went down when the remaining professionals and celebs were rehearsing for the group dance that aired last night. Warren Sapp showed up several hours late for rehearsal. Although charges were never filed, Kanye figures the damage to his image is already done since news of his arrest overshadowed the facts in the incident.

Kanye West will not be charged with assaulting a photographer -- in an alleged incident that went down just hours ago in the UK.

West was arrested at a hotel in Gateshead, England early this morning after allegedly getting into a tussle with a photog on his way out of the Tup Tup nightclub in Newcastle.

After a short investigation, West was released from police custody without charges.

FYI -- The person alleging the assault made the same claim against a famous British soccer player around a month ago -- but the charges were ruled to be unfounded in that case as well.

UPDATE: TMZ just spoke with the photog -- who claims Kanye did, in fact, smash his face in around 2AM London time.

As we first reported, Garrett was leaving Dan Tana's restaurant in West Hollywood when photogs descended. After a few minutes, a clearly irritated Garrett smacked a camera and challenged the photogs to a fight. One cameraman called Garrett a "tall faggot."

We're told someone came to the cop shop and filed a police report, listing Garrett as the "suspect." Cops are investigating a possible criminal battery.

It happened outside Dan Tana's restaurant in West Hollywood. Garrett left the restaurant and was greeted by around a dozen cameras, as photogs screamed what a big star he was. This went on for a few minutes and it appeared it was over as Brad walked to the valet.

But as several cameras continued to tail him, Brad clearly had enough. He took a swipe at a camera, and then lunged at the photog, telling him to "get a real job."

Obama supporter Bill Murray is all about peace, love, and change -- unless you bump into him and don't apologize, according to the NYPost.

The SNL alum was amidst the masses in Times Square when a "smaller guy walked through the line and bumped into him" says a witness.

E from "Entourage" was on hand when a post-wedding melee broke out last Sunday. According to a heavily-redacted police report, cops responded to the scene and found several people bloodied, broken bottles throughout the area, tables flipped over and "the staff was in dire need of assistance."

We're told the 50-person fight was triggered when a female guest was hit on by a dude. The woman's husband got pissed and fists began to fly. According to the police report, "each subject interviewed was heavily intoxicated, making obtaining a written sworn statement difficult."

We're told Connolly, who's a high school friend of the groom, stepped in and broke up several of the fights.
