Fights

Sofia Vergara's strapless gown lost a New Year's Eve fight -- but every guy in the party won when one of her glorious boobs popped out of the dress in the middle of the scuffle.

Sofia and her fiance Nick Loeb were partying inside the Miami nightclub Story when the pushing and shoving started -- reportedly with some people at a table next to theirs.

Sofia jumped in to try to break up the fight, got bumped to the ground ... and that's when her gown -- which was already holding on for dear life (below) -- released its precious cargo.

The "Modern Family" star wasn't hurt in the brief melee ... but Nick reportedly suffered a few bruises while struggling with security.

No one in Michael Jackson's family will be prosecuted over the fight last July at Katherine's home ... TMZ has learned.

As you recall, Paris and Prince got into it with Janet ... the video shows Janet confronting Paris and then apparently trying to get at her cell phone.

Paris then charged past Janet, who is then restrained by Randy. There was subsequently a physical confrontation ... we're told between Randy and Jermaine on one side, and Trent on the other.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the case is now closed because no one from the Jackson family would speak to cops. In fact, we're told none of them even returned various calls from detectives.

Now the guy who was being filmed has filed a lawsuit against Rocky, claiming he saw the rapper get high in the clothing store (using unspecified illegal drugs) ... and Rocky unleashed a ferocious beatdown.

The alleged victim -- Shenick Alcine -- claims Rocky noticed the two photogs filming him and then quickly re-directed his fury at them.

As we first reported, Rocky has already struck a plea deal in the photog-beating case -- pleading guilty to attempted grand larceny for trying to take their cameras. The assault and robbery charges were dropped.

Katt Williams started the brawl outside a club in Hollywood on Friday ... so says a witness to the whole thing, who claims he got punched by Suge Knight for trying to record the fight on his phone.

As TMZ first reported, Knight and Williams were involved in a huge fracas outside Eden nightclub ... and Suge nearly ran a few people over in his SUV as he sped out away.

We caught up with a guy named Joe last night ... who told us he was the guy Suge punched (you can watch it below in slow-mo). He claims Suge didn't like that he was recording the fight ... which didn't even matter, because Joe said his video was terrible anyway.

As for how it all began, Joe says that Katt called some guy "a Mexican" and when the guy confronted him on it, Katt decked him. Joe says Katt then tried to back away and apologize to defuse the situation ... but clearly that didn't work.

Joe also says he was the reason Suge sped off ... because Joe says he was punching Suge's window right before he peeled out.

Joe ended our conversation by calling Suge "a bitch" ... so it was nice knowing you, Joe.

*** WARNING: VIDEO CONTAINS LOTS AND LOTS OF PROFANITY

Freshly freed Katt Williams had a front row seat last night as good friend Suge Knight got into a CRAZY brawl outside a Hollywood club ... that ended with Suge nearly mowing down some people in his SUV ... just hours after Katt was released from jail.

It all went down outside the Eden club. When the video (which is understandably shaky) starts, the massive brawl is already in full swing and you can see Suge trying to go after someone while Katt gets away from the action, walking behind a dumpster.

As the camera pans back, you can see Suge on the left side of the frame in a tan long-sleeved shirt. Suge can be seen connecting with some sort of punch, but the actual blow is blocked from view.

The next time we see Katt, he's making his way to a black SUV while being chased by someone. Katt appears to get in the car before the guy is able to catch up to him.

Suge then gets into a white SUV and guns it, nearly hitting several people on his way out of the parking lot.

Manny Pacquiao ain't retiring ... and he WILL fight Juan Manuel Marquez for a 5th time -- at least according to boxing promoter supreme Bob Arum.

Arum was outside Madeo last night when he dropped the bombshell boxing fans have been waiting to hear ever since Marquez KO'd Manny's face into the canvas on December 8.

Arum said Manny is vacationing in Israel, but when he gets back ... "We're gonna, I think, do another fight with Juan Manuel Marquez. That was a great fight."

And even though a lot of critics think Manny should hang up the gloves -- Bob thinks he'll have a decent shot in a rematch, saying ... "He ran into a really good right hand, and we'll see what happens next time."

A fan who suffered a nasty onstage beatdown at the hands of rap group Odd Future continues to be viciously attacked ... only now, it's by bitter fans on the Internet -- and the 17-year-old tells us, he's scared for his life.

TMZ broke the story ... Chassan Rasagi got his ass whooped by the group after jumping on stage at an OF show in San Antonio earlier this month -- and claims he suffered serious injuries as a result ... including lacerations, scratches and burns all over his body.

Rasagi filed a police report immediately after the incident -- and has since lawyered up to sue the group -- but now, he tells us he can't even go online without facing relentless torment, anti-Semitism, and violent threats from OF fans. Among the threats:

-"Needs to get his prepubescent face smashed again..."
-"Is a f**king #f***got ass bitch made honky #OFWGKTA should of shoved a mic up your white ass"
- "Learn to take a beating you f**king Jew ass"
- "You a straight P***y dude"

The cyber terrorism's gotten so frightening ... Rasagi says he's started to keep track of the messages ... because he fears he might get jumped, or worse.

We reached out to Odd Future -- so far, no word back.

"Terminator 2" actor Edward Furlong has been charged with beating up his girlfriend ... the second time he's been accused of a domestic violence attack in less than a month ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, the alleged domestic dispute took place on November 21st ... the day before Thanksgiving. Furlong is accused of inflicting corporal injury resulting in a traumatic condition.

The details surrounding the accuser's injuries are unclear. So far, no arrest has been made.

Several members of the rap group Odd Future unleashed an unholy beatdown on a fan who dared to jump on stage during a show -- a fight captured on video -- and now, the fan is gearing up to sue.

17-year-old Chassan Rasagi filed a police report with the San Antonio PD, claiming they beat the ever-lovin' hell out of him.

Sources tell us ... OF rapper Hodgy Beats pushed Rasagi back into the crowd ...and he then became a human ping pong ball when the crowd pushed Rasagi back on stage. At that point, we're told the group attacked Rasagi en masse.

Rasagi suffered lacerations on his head, scratches, and burns to his body during the melee. We're told he also suffered two seizures. We're told Rasagi now plans to sue the group. It's worth noting some people in the crowd claim Rasagi threw the first punch.

Good: Chicks from "Bad Girls Club" fighting.

Better: Chicks from "Bad Girls Club" fighting ... IN A STRIP CLUB!!

Camilla Poindexter (Season 8) squeezed into a tiny pair of booty shorts (and oversized boxing gloves) to beat the holy hell out of Natalie Nunn (Season 4) for a "celebrity" boxing match at the Sin City strip club in L.A..

After the fight, Camilla went to her Twitter page and bragged about making a couple grand for the fight.

Miley Cyrus' fiance Liam Hemsworth rocked another man HARD in the face during a ferocious street fight ... and TMZ has footage of the violent altercation.

It all went down early Sunday morning in Philly -- sources on the scene tell TMZ, Liam had just left a bar when he confronted a guy he thought had thrown a rock at him and his friend.

In the video, the punchee is on the ground clinging to Liam's leg ... until Liam plows a fist into his face, and pushes his head down toward the asphalt. Liam's friend helped hold the guy down.

Cops quickly arrived and dispersed the crowd, but made no arrests. Liam took off with his friend.

After the fight, the punchee tells a cameraman, "I don't think you woulda fared any better."

We couldn't track down the victim to ask if he plans to file a police report -- but Philly PD tells us nothing's been filed so far.

By the way, our source on the scene says no one saw a rock get thrown.

Gabriel Aubry was officially told today what we already reported ... he will NOT face criminal charges for the Thanksgiving Day fight with Halle Berry's fiance.

Instead, the L.A. City Attorney's Office has decided to hold an informal hearing with Gabriel to discuss his brawl with Olivier Martinez.

TMZ broke the story ... Halle, Olivier and Gabriel's attorneys all agreed to settle the matter and avoid a messy criminal trial.

As we told you, investigators believe Gabriel was actually the aggressor ... despite getting his face bruised and bloodied during the the fight.

Gabriel could end up getting anger management classes after the City Attorney hearing -- or simply told not to do this again.

RULE #1 of attending a Florence + the Machine concert: NO FIGHTING ALLOWED ... 'cause lead singer Florence Welch will scold your ass in front of the entire audience ... with her adorable English accent.

The footage was shot in Aberdeen, Scotland Sunday night ... Florence and her band were halfway through a song at the AECC arena when a fight broke out near the stage (starts at 1:20 in the video).

Rather than sing through the ruckus ... Florence stopped the show entirely to give the troublemakers a lesson in manners, saying, "No fighting allowed ... It doesn't matter whose fault it is ... seriously all of you, STOP IT."

The culprits apparently dropped their gloves ... and Florence -- who noticed a female fan had started crying during the melee -- jumped into the crowd to give her a hug.

Motley Crue singer Vince Neil nearly paid a dear price for attempting to punch a fan in the front row at a concert last weekend ... because after the fan got booted, the man came back to settle the score ... with an entourage of goons.

A rep for Inn of the Mountain Gods casino in New Mexico -- where the concert took place -- tells TMZ, "During the post-performance party at the property, the intoxicated fan and his group of friends, who were also visibly inebriated, returned and continually attempted to get close to Vince."

The rep says the group followed Vince to the private section where he was chilling with the band.

Thankfully, we're told the group -- hell-bent on revenge -- was intercepted by security ... and the fan was subsequently escorted from the property.

The verdict is in as far as cops are concerned ... Gabriel Aubry was clearly the instigator of the Thanksgiving Day brawl at Halle Berry's house

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... detectives are now clear on what they believe happened -- Gabriel committed two batteries on Olivier Martinez before Olivier lifted a finger to defend himself.

As TMZ first reported, as Gabriel deposited Nahla at Halle's house Olivier walked out and said, "We have to talk."

Based on interviewing the principles and witnesses, detectives have concluded Gabriel then pushed Olivier (battery #1) and swung at his face, making contact with his shoulder (battery #2).

Cops say at that point, Olivier responded in self defense with 3 quick punches to the face.

What's more, law enforcement sources tell us they are "concerned" about what they believe are "Gabriel's ongoing anger issues."

As one law enforcement source put it, "It seems he's still having a hard time getting over his break up with Halle."

But here's the good news for Gabriel -- we've learned Halle and Olivier have both told detectives and prosecutors they do not want Gabriel charged with a crime because they do not believe it would be in Nahla's best interests.

Nick Lachey isn't just a heckler ... he CHOKED a San Diego Chargers fan at Qualcomm Stadium on Sunday and called the guy's wife a "f**king b*tch" ... this according to multiple people involved in the incident ... but Nick says it's all BS.

TMZ has obtained new video ... which shows Lachey getting aggressive with a Chargers fan who was wearing an Igor Olshansky #99 jersey (Igor played for SD from 2004 to 2008).

We spoke to the guy in the jersey ... who tells us Lachey and his buddies -- all die-hard Bengals fans -- had been talking trash to him about the jersey for most of the 2nd half of the game.

The Chargers fan says Lachey made one particularly offensive comment about Olshansky that crossed the line ... and that's when the fan's wife shot back to Nick, "Well, he lasted longer than your boy band."

We're told Lachey flipped out and called the wife a "f**king b*tch" ... along with "a host of other profanities."

Tensions exploded ... and the Chargers fan says Nick lunged towards him ... grabbed him by the throat and shoved him to the ground. The fight can be seen in the footage obtained by TMZ.

As we previously reported, stadium security quickly responded and ejected Nick and his buddies. The Chargers fans were NOT asked to leave.

After the incident, Nick went to Twitter and BRAGGED about the situation -- saying, "Just got kicked out of the chargers stadium and couldn't be prouder! Go Cincy Bengals."

He later acknowledged the altercation ... tweeting, "i simply don't appreciate someone turning around and putting their finger in my face. call me crazy, but that deserved a reaction."

We're told the Chargers fan plans to file a police report against Lachey.

Nick's rep tells TMZ, “This was a verbal exchange between sports fans of opposing teams that went too far. While Nick isn't proud of what happened, he did not choke anyone or use defamatory language to any women at the stadium -- which the video tape clearly supports."
