The Grammy Awards always bring out celebs in the most interesting fashion ... and, 2025 didn't disappoint -- with huge stars wearing wild outfits.

Chappell Roan led the way in her bright yellow gown, white makeup caking her face. Sabrina Carpenter channeled Old Hollywood in a silver gown with fluffy fringe, and Taylor Swift channeled Chiefs energy in a bright red gown.

Bianca Censori shocked everyone when she arrived with Kanye West ... dropping a robe and exposing the entirety of her naked body to photogs.

Jaden Smith may have just won the award for craziest accessory at the Grammys ... pulling up early to the ceremony with a huge castle hat.

The rapper hit the event with his sister Willow -- who wore just underwear beneath a black coat ... and, he donned a large black castle atop his head, with his face appearing in the structure's door.

Kanye West has Taylor Swift on his mind heading into music's biggest night ... which could be an ominous sign for Sunday night's Grammys, or it's just a masterful troll.

As of Saturday night, Ye's Instagram account had unfollowed everyone -- including his wife Bianca Censori -- with the exception of Taylor. Of course, if you're Taylor, that move coming on the eve of the Grammys could make you pretty uneasy ... considering Tay and Ye's infamous history at award shows.

In video obtained by TMZ ... J Lo is seen dancing at her seat. Clive gave a special shout out to his longtime friend, J Lo who stood up and waved to the audience who gave her a round of applause.

Post Malone, Shaboozey, Benson Boone, Chad Smith, Teddy Swims and Yolanda Adams in addition to Barry Manilow all performed at the party.
