One day after a mildly eventful Thanksgiving at home, Halle Berry took her daughter Nahla to see Yo Gabba Gabba at the Nokia Theater in Downtown L.A.

As TMZ first reported, Gabriel Aubry (Halle's baby daddy) was arrested Thanksgiving morning after a melee at Halle's house, which sent both Gabriel and Halle's fiance, Olivier Martinez, to the hospital.

3 years ago she was mistress #1 in Tiger Woods scandal ... which exploded the day after Thanksgiving when an angry Elin clubbed Tiger’s SUV, causing it to slam into a tree.

Fast forward to Turkey Night 2012 -- Rachel Uchitel, the once wild nightclub manager, is now fully-domesticated just having spent her first Thanksgiving with husband Matt Hahn -- a Penn State football star and now San Francisco finance guy -- and 6-month-old daughter Wyatt Lilly.

It’s unclear how Tiger and ex-wife Elin spent their Thanksgiving, but we’re guessing it wasn’t together.

By the way – No tigers were harmed in the making of these photos.

It's official ... Octomom has completed 30 days of rehab -- and she celebrated the achievement yesterday by reuniting with her 14 children at the Thanksgiving dinner table ... and TMZ has the pics.

A rep for Octomom -- real name Nadya Suleman -- tells TMZ, she completed her 30-day program at Chapman Rehab yesterday and immediately went home to help prepare a Thanksgiving meal for her kids.

We're told the meal consisted of a whole ham, apple sauce, stuffing, and your usual Turkey Day fixins ... minus the turkey. (Seriously, they didn't eat any turkey.)

As we reported, Nadya entered treatment for a Xanax dependency and anxiety issues -- and her rep tells us, she's so committed to conquering her demons ... she has voluntarily agreed to attend additional treatment sessions while she lives at home.

Octo's nannies have been keeping the children on strict schedules for sleeping, eating, bathing, and homework while mommy was away -- and Octo plans to follow the same program now that she's back.

The rep says Octo's extremely proud of her rehab achievements, but knows there's still lots of work to be done.

This year Rihanna is thankful for Chris Brown -- at least that's the way it looked last night on Thanksgiving ... when the two were photographed partying it up at the same German nightclub.

While the rest of America was stuffing its gullet with turkey and cranberry sauce, Brown and Rihanna hit up Berlin's Adagio nightclub after Brown's "Up Close and Personal" show.

6:33 PM PT -- Gabriel has been released from custody.

5:55 PM PT -- Gabriel has been booked for misdemeanor battery. According to his booking sheet, he's listed as 6'2" and 180 pounds. He's still in custody and his bail has been set at $20,000.

5:30 PM PT -- Sources tell TMZ ... when Gabriel and Olivier started going at it, Halle rushed Nahla inside the house so she missed the brutality.

3:35 PM PT -- Gabriel has been released from the hospital and is currently at an L.A. jail where he is being booked. Olivier has also left the hospital and has returned to Halle's home.

Gabriel Aubry was arrested Thanksgiving morning after a melee at Halle Berry's house, which sent both Gabriel and Halle's fiance Olivier Martinez to the hospital ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Gabriel showed up to Halle's house with Nahla for a custodial hand-off. We're told Gabriel was still in the motor court (a rich person's word for a giant driveway) when Olivier walked up to him and said, "We have to move on."

According to witnesses, Gabriel then pushed Olivier and threw a punch at his face, but Olivier blocked it and the punch struck him in the shoulder instead. We're told Gabriel then pushed Olivier to the ground, and Olivier cold-cocked him in the face, and a struggle ensued, ending with Olivier pinning Gabriel to the ground.

In the struggle, Gabriel suffered a broken rib, contusions on his face, and possibly a more serious head injury. Olivier may have broken his hand and suffered neck injuries as well. There are conflicting accounts as to whether Gabriel was rendered unconscious in the fight.

Police were called and Olivier made a citizen's arrest for battery against Gabriel. Gabriel was escorted to the ER and, ironically, Olivier went to the same ER an hour later. The two were just down the hall from each other.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... a judge has issued an emergency protective order, which requires Gabriel to stay 100 yards away from Halle, Olivier, and Nahla.

And finally, there's this ... specifics about the argument between Gabriel and Olivier are sketchy because they were trash talking each other in French.

It's pretty shocking -- considering Gabriel was out with Nahla just last night for a movie date at the Grove.

Both Gabriel and Olivier went to the hospital after the fight -- we're told Gabriel suffered a broken rib, contusions on his face, and possibly a more serious head injury.

Meanwhile, Olivier roughed up his hand ... but appears to have emerged victorious in the melee.

Elmo is alive and well on Thanksgiving -- singing his heart out during the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade today in NYC ... and the song may or may not be a musical response to the child abuse scandal.

Elmo -- along with the rest of the "Sesame Street" cast -- sang "What I Am," a song with lyrics that take on new meaning in the wake of the scandal involving Kevin Clash, Elmo's former voice actor who's been accused of sexually abusing 2 underage boys.

Among the lyrics -- "I'm gonna keep my head up high / keep on reaching high / Never gonna quit / Just keep getting stronger."

And if that weren't appropriate enough, Elmo chimes in with his solo -- "Nothing's gonna bring us down."

It's a Thanksgiving conspiracy -- one of the turkeys pardoned by President Barack Obama last year was euthanized this week ... just days before Turkey Day ... and so far, no one's saying why.

A rep for the Mt. Vernon Estate -- where the pardoned turkeys are SUPPOSED to live out the remainder of their days in pastured leisure -- said the turkey (named Peace) was euthanized Monday following an illness over the weekend.

But the rep didn't know what kind of illness it was, how it was subsequently killed, or what the plans were for the turkey's delicious remains.

The rep says the decision to exterminate the fowl was made by a local veterinarian.

Coincidentally, the Mt. Vernon Estate DOES serve turkey on Thanksgiving.

What better way to spend the night before Thanksgiving ... than planting a big wet kiss on your man in front of an army of leering photogs -- and that's exactly what Kim Kardashian did last night with BF Kanye West.

Kim and Kanye joined Kim's sisters Kendall, Kylie, and Khloe for dinner at the Crustacean in Beverly Hills -- and on their way out, Kim showed off some shameless PDA in her sheer top and upholstered red skirt.

Elmo is alive and well in toy stores across the US of A ... and allegations of underage sex involving Kevin Clash, the voice of the famous puppet, has had no impact on sales.

TMZ contacted more than 20 toy stores across the country, and none of them have pulled Elmo from the shelves. Indeed, most of the managers in the stores were unaware Clash had resigned after a second man came forward claiming he had underage sex with Clash.

Most of the stores we called were Toys"R"Us. A few examples --

-- Toys"R"Us on Broadway in NYC ... Elmo is still on the shelves. There was no change in placement of the puppet in the store or returns. The puppet is still selling.

-- North Lakeland, FL ... No change in sales. Employee was unaware of scandal.

-- Brandon, FL ... Sold out of Laugh Out Loud Elmo. Will restock soon.

-- Austin, TX ... We haven't been notified of the Elmo issue. We still have Elmo dolls on the shelves.

-- Greenville, SC .... We do not have the LOL Elmo dolls in stock. We're sold out and waiting on our next shipment.

Elmo won't be denied his right to ride through the streets of Manhattan on Thanksgiving Day .. TMZ has learned the embattled muppet is still scheduled to FLOAT in the Macy's parade.

Despite the fact that Kevin Clash -- the man who provided Elmo's voice for decades -- has resigned ... a rep for Macy's tells us ... "Elmo will be joining his Muppet friends on the Sesame Street float with an alternate puppeteer bringing him to life."
