Future and Ciara are no longer at war over custody of their 2-year-old baby Future ... we've learned the case is officially settled.

Sources close to the exes tell TMZ ... they've agreed to joint custody, however, baby Future will be with Ciara most of the time.

Future is frequently on the road, but when he's back in the ATL he'll have reasonable access to his son.

Our sources say both Future and Ciara want to close this chapter and move on with their lives.

The custody case has been dismissed.

Boom. And that's just the beginning.

The golfer opened up about his personal life to the Irish Independent ... when he started gushing about his new fiancee, Erica Stoll ... and in the process fired some thinly-veiled shots at his ex.

"We met when she was working for the PGA of America, and renting a condo in Palm Beach, and I found it refreshing being with someone who was living a normal life rather than, 'Oh! My jet is 30 minutes late!'"

He continued to reference his relationship with Wozkiacki -- particularly how he thought the fact they were both crushing their sports at the time would bring them closer together. He was wrong.

"I thought at the time that being with someone that was in a similar position to you was the obvious answer. But it isn't, because you can never get away from it. You can never detach yourself and try to come back to the real world."

"And that's why I feel in such a good place now. I don't feel Erica wants to change me in any way. I can be myself around her; there's no bullsh*t, no acting, no show."

Justin Bieber can spot an opportunist from a mile away ... at least now he can, and the opportunist is Selena Gomez.

Our Bieber sources tell us ... the singer says he's been there, and believes Selena's using The Weeknd for promotion. Bieber's intel -- and ours -- is that Selena and The Weeknd are working on music together.

We're told Justin feels this is all cookie-cutter stuff ... she did it with him, Nick Jonas, Zedd and now with good ol' Abel. When Selena wants to push new music, it seems she dates stars with whom she wants to collab.

Long story short ... we're told Justin's rolling his eyes at the Selena/Weeknd love story. Can you tell?

Future claims he didn't go to the Falcons-Seahawks game this weekend to spite Russell Wilson ... he's just a huge Falcons fan ... plain and simple.

Obviously, with the history between Future and Russ (and Ciara) -- it was verrrry interesting to see the rapper on the sidelines opposite the Seahawks QB at the NFL playoff game in ATL on Saturday.

But a source close to Future says the rapper is adamant his appearance was not meant to be a shot at his ex's husband.

We're told he's tight with a bunch of Falcons players -- especially stud receiver Julio Jones -- so that's why he was invited to the game ... and he'll probably go this coming Sunday too.

Our sources say Future and Ciara are cordially co-parenting their kid these days ... and Future isn't trying to rock the boat.

Selena Gomez found a new way to tell paps to talk to the hand ... but along the way, she pulled a Bieber and almost went off course.

Paps got Selena Sunday night leaving Terroni in L.A., and she really wasn't having it with their questions about backstabbing Bella Hadid by swooping in on The Weeknd.

She also looked a lot like her own ex trying to navigate to the car ... thank God for those handlers.

Ciara tried hitting Future where it hurts after he showed up at her hubby's football game.

She posted a pic of her and baby Future after the Seahawks lost to the Falcons 36-20. As we reported, Future showed up at the game, close to the field, as he cheered on Atlanta ... clearly hoping Seattle's QB Russell Wilson would notice.

Ciara captioned the pic, "No greater blessing than having family. We're proud of you @dangerusswilson."

Bella Hadid just presented a united front against Selena Gomez ... with the help of mom and sis.

Bella was out Saturday night at Nobu in NYC with her older sister, Gigi Hadid, and their mom, Yolanda, ... and you're naive to think this has nothing to do with squadder Gomez dating The Weeknd.

It's like they say -- there's power in numbers ... and in Hadids (technically one is Foster, but you get the point).

UPDATE: Depp's lawyer, disso-queen Laura Wasser, tells us, "We are all pleased to put this unpleasant chapter in Mr. Depp and his family's lives behind them. Having his request for entry of dissolution judgment granted today made it a particularly lucky Friday the 13th."

Johnny Depp gave Amber Heard more than $7 million in their divorce settlement ... she also gets doggies Pistol and Boo, Arrow the horse and a Mustang (Ford, that is).

Don't feel too sorry for Johnny. He keeps all of his properties, scattered all over the globe ... L.A., Colorado, Kentucky, the Bahamas and France. He also gets to keep his 42 vehicles, including cars, motorcycles, boats and golf carts.

As for the $7 mil, Johnny has already paid $200k. He owes $1 million more 3 days from Friday. He'll owe another mil next month, another mil in May, and still another mil in August. And then there's $500k in August and finally $2.3 mil in February 2018.

Robin Thicke brought the cops to Paula Patton's home Friday morning because she allegedly violated their custody order by not allowing him to take their son ... but the video dramatically shows Robin walked away empty-handed.

TMZ broke the story ... Robin won a victory in court Thursday when a judge refused to limit his custody to daytime monitored visits ... this after the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services launched an investigation into allegations Robin was using excessive corporal punishment on 6-year-old Julian.

We're told Robin called Paula after the hearing to take Julian for the night -- which the custody order allows him to do -- but she went radio silent.

On Friday morning Robin went to Paula's Malibu home with L.A. County Sheriff's deputies and the court order. We're told the deputies went inside the house and spoke with Julian and he said he was scared of his dad and didn't want to go with him.

You see Paula in the video -- obtained by TMZ. Robin is out of frame. The deputies explain they will not take the child against his will.

One source connected with Robin says the couple is now close to reaching some middle ground on how to deal with the custody issues.

If Bella Hadid's pissed about The Weeknd hooking up with Selena Gomez ... she's doing her best not to show it.

Bella touched down Thursday at LaGuardia -- the first time she's been seen in public since she unfollowed Selena on Instagram. That move made everyone think she's got beef with Selena and/or her ex-bf.

Uma Thurman's relationship with her ex-fiance is so toxic they shouldn't be in the same room together with their daughter ... according to a court-ordered psychologist.

Uma and Arpad Busson were in court Friday for their custody war over 4-year-old Luna, and Dr. Sara Weiss testified about the exes, saying Luna genuinely enjoys her time with Arpad ... but definitely shouldn't go longer than 7 days away from Uma.

She said Luna shows signs of separation anxiety -- and Uma even had to come pick her up once, due to a particularly bad meltdown while she was with Arpad.

But the doc added family bonding shouldn't be part of the girl's routine. As she put it, "I don't think these two people should be in the same room with Luna."

Robin Thicke and ex-wife Paula Patton have been embroiled in a nasty custody fight over their 6-year-old son. It's escalated to a Child Services case over alleged physical abuse, and Robin just scored a legal victory.

Sources familiar with the case tell TMZ ... Julian told school officials at the beginning of the year his dad had spanked him ... more than once. The school reported the incident to the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services on January 3rd, and the Dept. opened an investigation.

Paula then began denying Robin access to their son, and filed an emergency order asking the family law judge to restrict Robin's contact with Julian to monitored daytime visits only.

According to legal docs Paula told Robin, "Julian is scared of you."

Paula says in her declaration, the day before Julian told the school, he told her that Robin spanked him "really hard." He demonstrated and hit Paula on the back so hard she said, "ow." Julian then said it was actually worse than that.

A school official also submitted a declaration saying Julian told her Robin frequently "punches" him very hard.

Robin says in legal docs, "On a very rare occasion and only as a last resort, I will use light spanking, but it is consistent with the law -- open hand on the butt. This is the type of discipline to which Paula and I agreed during our marriage."

There's also a declaration from a nanny who claims she has seen Robin smoke marijuana on several occasions in front of Julian. And there's this: Paula says at Julian's kindergarten graduation last June, Robin showed up drunk at 8:30 AM and was "hooting and hollering and making inappropriate jokes" in the Catholic church.

Robin claims this is all about his decision to block Paula from attending his dad Alan's funeral last month. He says in docs, "Paula did not have a positive relationship with my father and often made negative comments to me about my father. As such, she was not welcome at his funeral."

Sources connected to the case tell us there was a hearing Thursday morning and the judge denied Paula's request to limit Robin's joint custody and also a request for drug testing.

As for DCFS, we're told social workers have interviewed Julian twice and also interviewed Paula. Robin is being interviewed Thursday afternoon.

The DCFS case is ongoing.

Terrence Howard's ex-wife is calling off the dogs -- dropping the lawsuit accusing him of assaulting her during a vacation in Costa Rica ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, Michelle Ghent filed a request to dismiss the whole case. As we first reported, Michelle sued back in 2015 ... claiming he strangled her during an argument and threatened to kill her. Terrence claimed it was mutual combat.

A source connected to the case tells us this was no settlement though -- Terrence didn't pay her a dime. We're told lawyers' fees on both sides just got astronomical, and Michelle decided to walk away from the legal fight.

Ghent's attorney tells us it wasn't about money, but more that she didn't want his children -- who were on the vacation -- dragged into the case as witnesses.

Randy Moss' baby mama is calling BS on the ex-NFL receiver after he claimed she blew $4 MILLION on drugs ... telling TMZ Sports, "I've been clean for years."

Moss called out his ex on Twitter last month ... claiming the mother of his 5 children refused to get treatment for a drug addiction in order to see her kids.

We spoke to Libby Offutt ... who says Moss' allegations are completely untrue and an attempt to keep her from seeing her children.

"I went to rehab TEN years ago and have been clean ever since," Offutt says. "He’s just saying that to keep the kids. I’d be dead if I spent $4 million on drugs. Where’s his proof?”

Offutt -- who provided us with documentation of recently passed drug tests -- says she believes Moss unleashed the Twitter rant because he was upset she tried to connect with the kids around Xmas.

“I drove 4 hours on the 26th to take my kids their Christmas presents and his wife wouldn’t let me see the kids or even leave their presents for them."

"He was mad and acted very immature, saying false things that the children are gonna read eventually, subjecting them to more unnecessary emotional stress. And why bash the woman that brought 5 of your children into this world?!"

Taylor Swift has a major rift in her girl squad -- and the only way to patch it up is to work things out ... or just work out.

Paps got Taylor leaving fitness studio Body By Simone in WeHo Wednesday, looking pensive amid the Selena Gomez and Bella Hadid drama that's brewing.

If you need a refresher ... Selena was seen making out with Bella's recent ex, The Weeknd, and then got unfollowed by Bella on Instagram ... yikes.

Gilbert Arenas is gunning for his ex-wife in court for repeating an STD claim about him that already cost her $110k ... TMZ has learned.

The ex-NBA star filed a defamation lawsuit against Laura Govan, as well as her attorney, Maya Shulman, over a December blog post about the longstanding war between the exes. In the post, Shulman said Laura was "stating a fact" when she accused Gilbert of giving her an STD.

As we reported, Gilbert won a hefty defamation judgement against Laura over that very allegation. In the new suit, he says Laura and her attorney clearly didn't learn their lesson -- and the December comment constitutes another instance of smearing his good name.

He says Shulman dug her own grave when she issued a retraction -- in the comments section of the blog -- admitting she doesn't "know any 'fact' that supports" Laura's STD claims. Gilbert says it proves she knowingly made a false statement.

He adds the retraction didn't come until 2 weeks later, and was NOT prominent on the site. He's suing both women for damages.
