Of course, Katie has never really been unattractive, but there was a rough period ... right before she broke things off with Tom Cruise.

But after the two split in 2012, Katie began a Tiger Woods-style comeback ... in the hotness department ... going from a 9 back to a 10.

Here's Victoria's Secret supermodel Alessandra Ambrosio taking a bite out of an actual piece of edible pizza in L.A. yesterday ... and carefully contemplating whether or not to spit it out.

It's not the first time Alessandra cheated on her supermodel diet -- earlier this year, she was spotted chewing on a breadstick in an L.A. supermarket.

Also, in 2012, she was photographed taking a bite of chocolate cake ... and was spotted with an ice cream cone in 2009.

Glutton.

Britney Spears' dad/conservator and her manager deny pressuring her to sexualize her music videos.

Britney said in a radio interview she felt she was being pushed further than she wanted to go, although she didn't name names. She said she watched what she shot and cut out some of the raciest scenes.

Jamie Spears and manager Larry Rudolph tell TMZ, "Britney is never pressured into anything. She reviews all creative and for her 'Work Bitch' video she discussed toning down some parts in finding a balance of sexy and being a mom."

The reason this is so significant -- Britney is under a conservatorship, meaning she's fragile and not mentally stable enough to fend for herself. That's why Jamie was placed into the position of being her protector, and Larry is pretty much required to respect that as well.

So the question. If not Jamie and Larry, who was pressuring Britney, and why was anyone allowed to pressure her in the first place?

Britney Spears claims she's under a lot of pressure to make hyper-sexual music videos -- but now, Britney says ... she's over it.

31-year-old Britney called in to The TJ Show on AMP 103.3 in Boston this morning ... and when the conversation turned to her racy new video for "Work B**ch," Brit made it clear she's being pushed too far.

"A lot of sex goes into what I do. But sometimes I would like to bring it back to the old days when there was like one outfit through the whole video, and you’re dancing the whole video, and there’s like not that much sex stuff going on."

She continued, "It’s about the dance and it’s about being old school, it’s like keeping it real and just making it about the dance. I’d love to do a video like that.”

Britney also said the original cut for the music video was too risque ... and she had to put her foot down to protect her reputation:

"Oh my god, we showed way more skin and did way more stuff for the video than what is actually there. Like, I cut out half the video because I am a mother and because, you know, I have children, and it’s just hard to play sexy mom while you’re being a pop star as well."

"I just have to be true to myself and you know, feel it out when I do stuff.”

At one point, the DJ asks Britney, "Are they pushing you further than you wanna go and then you sit in the editing room and say, 'No that has to go' and that's pretty much how that's all lined up?"

Britney laughs nervously and then responds, "Yes."

What's interesting -- the video for "Work" is probably the least sexualized video she's done ... maybe ever.

Kim Kardashian can't stop showing off her giant new mom boobs all over Paris -- but is she using them to distract the world from something else?

Of course she is, and we should all rejoice ... because it's totally working!

Pam Anderson ain't exactly shy about public nudity ... so when the opportunity came up for the 46-year-old to go top down at a topless beach in France ... out came the gals.

Pam was with her BF Rick Salomon -- and the two were spotted romping around the beaches in Biarritz, France yesterday like two topless teenagers.

Fun Fact -- Biarritz is the birthplace of famed chemist Ernest Fourneau -- who played a key role in the development of chemotherapy as a way to combat cancer.

Kim Kardashian says she hasn't been in hiding since the birth of North West ... it's debatable.

Kim was leaving a Sherman Oaks restaurant when one of the photogs asked her how it feels to be out of hiding. Her response is interesting.

The Hollywood post-baby game is to dump a lot of weight before stepping out in public. It's been 3 months since the kid was born and we've hardly seen Kim. She's definitely trimmed down and is pretty much back to being herself.

No surprise ... she's mum on Lamar.

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian went back to Mecca last night -- Bev Hills -- for their first real night out on the town since North West jacked their lives!

They had dinner with Tyga and Blac Chyna at Hakkasan. Kim looks good and they seemed in a decent mood.

Here's what interesting .... the photogs -- including ours -- didn't ask one damn question. How 'bout, "How's the baby?" Something ... but we got nothing.

There's another way of looking at it, though. Maybe Kanye actually won, and he's intimidated the photogs into silence.

Ex-beauty queen Shanna Moakler knows all about quick weight loss ... because she just had 2.5 liters of fat slurped right out of her ... and TMZ has the photo to prove it.

Shanna stopped by Elite Body Sculpture in Beverly Hills on Tuesday for some quick body work -- a procedure called Airbrush Laser Liposculpture.

According to the EBS website, the doctor doesn't use a scalpel, but rather a circular-shaped device that leaves a scar that's smaller than a pencil top eraser.

We're told Shanna wanted some extra help tightening up her stomach ... because she's had a tough time getting back into pre-baby shape after birthing 3 kids.

After the procedure, the doc gave Shanna a jar of the removed lard -- which measured out to 2.5 liters of the fat stuff.

For all you metrically-challenged people -- 2.5 liters is equal to 84.5 ounces ... which is almost 3 Big Gulps.

The best part -- after Shanna lost the fat, she raced straight from the doc's office to Boa Steakhouse on the Sunset Strip and woofed down a big ol' juicy steak ... 'cause why the hell not?
