TMZ has learned Billy Joel's 23-year-old daughter, Alexa Ray Joel, is in stable condition right now after being transported to a New York hospital just a few hours ago.

According to sources close to the situation, authorities arrived to Alexa's Manhattan apartment around 12:24 PM after receiving a 911 call warning that Alexa was having trouble breathing.

Alexa is Joel's daughter from his marriage to supermodel Christie Brinkley.

Keanu Reeves can breathe a little easier ... turns out he's not the father of a Canadian woman's children.

DNA tests conclusively disprove claims by Karen Sala that Keanu fathered at least one of her four adult children, the actor's attorney tells TMZ.

Sala, 46, was seeking $150,000 per month in child support, retroactive from 1988 -- and $3 million a month in spousal support retroactive from 2006.

Rowe will get visitation of the two children she had with Michael.

But here's what's interesting -- Rowe wants and will get a psychologist who will visit the children and help them adjust to her being in their lives on a meaningful basis.

Rowe will maintain her parental rights. We're told the agreement does not specify the amount of visitation.

Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick's surrogate just took one for the team -- or two, actually -- by just giving birth to twins.

The babies were born this morning at the East Ohio Regional Hospital in Martins Ferry, according to WTRF.

The station is reporting Matthew and Sarah are currently at the hospital with the surrogate, and will make an announcement about the newborns later this afternoon.

When the Jonas Bros. appeared on the show back in March, Nick had to get his dad's signature on a parental consent form. Since Joe and Kevin are over 18, they were alright without it.

It's almost like that thing never really happened ...
