Charlie Sheen SUPPORTS the decision to remove his twin boys from the custody of their mother Brooke Mueller ... Sheen's rep tells TMZ.

"Charlie supports the actions of the Department of Children and Family Services," his rep tells TMZ. "He knows Max and Bob are safe and in a stable, loving environment with Denise and the boys' sisters."

As we previously reported, Sheen's 4-year-old twins -- Bob and Max -- were taken Thursday night after the L.A. County D.C.F.S. decided Mueller's home was an "unsafe environment" due to her suspected drug use.

Charlie Sheen's twin boys were REMOVED from the home of their mother Brooke Mueller last night -- after officials decided her house was an "unsafe environment" for children.

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ ... officials from the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services arrived to Brooke's home Thursday with a warrant -- and took 4-year-old Bob and Max out of the house.

We're told the children are now in the care of Denise Richards -- the mother of Sheen's 2 young daughters.

Sources tell us ... officials determined Brooke's home was unsafe because they suspected she was using drugs again -- something she's been struggling with for years -- and they believed the children were in danger.

We're told a court hearing has been set for next week -- in the hopes of finding a more permanent solution regarding where the children should live.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are bona fide HEROES ... this according to a Chicago Children's Hospital which says the money raised by the couple will be used to treat sick babies.

TMZ broke the story ... Kim and Kanye are urging friends and family members to abstain from sending baby gifts -- instead, they're asking well-wishers to send donations to the Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago.

Now, reps for the hospital are hailing the couple for the generous move -- saying, "Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago would like to extend its sincerest gratitude to Kim Kardashian and Kanye West for their thoughtfulness and support of the hospital."

We're not Kendall Jenner's self-proclaimed creepy older sister Kim Kardashian ... but if we were ... we would LOVE these incredible bikini photos the 17-year-old just posted on the Internet.

Of course, Kim perved out over her younger sister's physique in a video she made earlier this month, gushing over Kendall's underage bod ... so just imagine what she'd say about these new pics:

Jennifer Arnold and Bill Klein -- stars of TLC's hit "The Little Couple" -- just adopted the cutest little boy from China ... and like any sized parents, they have quickly learned ... TODDLERS POOP A LOT.

Our photog spoke to Jen and Bill on the streets of NYC as they walked hand in hand with the newest addition to their family, 3-year-old William, who was also born with a form of dwarfism.

It's clear from the video the new parents -- who struggled for years to have a kid -- are excited to learn the tricks of the trade.

15-year-old "Modern Family" star Ariel Winter is moving on up ... into a big new house with her big sister ... and TMZ has learned, Ariel didn't pay a cent for it.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ, the San Fernando Valley house was paid for entirely by Ariel's sister Shanelle Gray and Shanelle's hubby David Barry Gray, a wealthy heir to the Pepsi fortune. The couple has plenty of dough -- they're both working actors and have a successful business on the side.

Michael Jackson is rolling in his grave -- because brother Jermaine Jackson is now encouraging MJ's daughter to spend time with her birth mom.

MJ famously never wanted his kids Prince and Paris to have a relationship with their biological mother Debbie Rowe -- cutting off all contact between Debbie and the children after their divorce in 1999. Debbie gave away all custody rights in 2001.

But Jermaine has reversed Michael's policy -- telling TMZ, it's great that Paris is getting to know her mom.

Michael Jackson's 16-year-old son Prince Jackson is clearly into girls ... but NOT the grown woman who goes by "Mom" -- aka Debbie Rowe.

Sources with direct knowledge of the situation tell TMZ ... although Prince's sister has developed what we're told is "an intense bond" with the woman who gave birth to her ... Prince has no curiosity or desire to develop a relationship with Rowe ... at least for now.

We're told it's not that he has beef with Rowe ... it's that establishing a relationship with her is not on his radar. His 15-year-old sister Paris, on the other hand, now has a passion for nurturing a relationship with Rowe, and the 2 have spent a good deal of time together in the last few months.

Our sources say there's no conflict between Paris and Prince ... they just have different priorities.

Prince Jackson stepped up his royal pimp game -- taking his Kuwaiti princess girlfriend out for a fancy Hollywood dinner ... and all signs point to the princess being impressed.

Michael Jackson's 16-year-old son and Remi Alfalah had dinner Friday night at Madeo -- some of the best Italian grub in L.A. -- and judging by the grin on her face ... she gave the date 2 royal thumbs up.

Darrell Strickland -- the promoter who organized "Tito Jackson's 'THIS IS IT!' Talent Search" -- tells TMZ he paid Tito $3,500 to judge the competition. The event was set for last weekend but Tito was a no-show ... no explanation, no nothing.

Strickland tells us, “Over 200 kids were there expecting to see Tito and were all upset about him not being there. We really promoted this event ... And now that he didn’t show up, I want my money back.”

We tried contacting Tito's people multiple times, but we've heard nothing back.

A deadly serious deputy made an urgent radio call to his dispatcher, sounding the alarm that 20 shots were fired near an elementary school ... and TMZ has the audio.

The incident went down in Wilmington, N.C. last week, when a TV production crew -- working on a Stephen King show, "Under the Dome" -- staged a shootout scene in a park near the school. The shots were fake, but no one clued in police or school officials ... and they treated it like the real deal.

Kareem Abdul-Jabbar's kids charity is a sham ... a front to swindle cash ... this according to a new lawsuit.

Julien's Auctions claims it struck a deal to sell Abdul-Jabbar's marquis memorabilia -- championship rings, jerseys, the works.

Deborah Morales, Kareem's manager and longtime personal friend, negotiated with Julien's and -- as part of the deal -- she allegedly got them to donate $300K to the famed bballer's Skyhook Foundation charity.

Julien's says after it forked over the cash, it discovered Skyhook was not in the charity business at all. It was a front to pad the pockets of Skyhook's mucky mucks ... according to the lawsuit.

Julien's wants Morales to return its $300k and punitive damages to boot.

BTW ... Kareem is NOT named as a defendant.
