Robert Downey Jr.'s son Indio won't have his day in court just yet ... TMZ has learned his arraignment scheduled for Thursday was pushed back because the 20-year-old is still getting treatment in rehab.

As TMZ first reported, Indio was arrested in West Hollywood back on June 29 after cops observed him smoking something out of a pipe while riding in the passenger seat of a car.

Indio is facing charges of felony possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Thursday in court, his attorney, Blair Berk, told the judge Indio is doing well in his live-in treatment facility.

He's due back in court next month.

Mariah Carey still won't talk about her impending divorce from hubby Nick Cannon, but she put her kids on full display on Twitter ... to show she's still a loving mother.

Carey posted a trio of photos on her seldom-used Twitter page, writing, "It's a small small world!"

Congratulations, Corey Feldman -- you're the winner of the smallest celebrity divorce settlement we've seen this year.

According to court docs, Corey and his ex, Susannah -- who've been legally separated since 2009 -- just finalized their divorce ... and he'll be paying her $750 a month in child support for their 10-year-old son.

By comparison ... Charlie Sheen pays more than $100K a month to Denise Richards and Brooke Mueller -- and Eddie Murphy reportedly shells out $60K per month.

Also by comparison ... Corey Feldman hasn't had the success of Charlie or Eddie.

Susannah also gets the couple's 2002 Hyundai ... while he gets their 2001 Mercedes.

In the docs, Susannah agrees to give back the Feldman name, and return to her maiden name ... Sprague. We're guessing she agreed to that pretty quickly.

Neil Young is bailing on his wife after over 35 years of marriage, but he's not turning his back on their son ... an adult with special needs.

The Rock and Roll Hall of Famer filed to divorce singer-songwriter Pegi Young, citing irreconcilable differences. They got hitched back in 1978, and separated this past April.

In his divorce docs, Young makes no mention of paying Pegi alimony ... but says they've agreed that both will continue to support their adult son, Ben, who has cerebral palsy. (Neil actually has two adult kids with CP ... the other is from a previous relationship.)

4:30 PM PT -- TMZ has obtained arrest docs in Hayden's case ... and Hayden's daughter is now backing up the allegations. She told investigators Hayden took her virginity in March, 2013 when she was 11-years-old. She said she was orally and vaginally raped almost daily, but did not report it because he threatened her physically.

According to the docs, the victim says Hayden told her, "Don't tell them nothing, because I'm all you got."

Will Hayden has been arrested again -- this time cops are adding a charge of child rape in the molestation case he's already facing ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ broke the story ... the "Sons of Guns" cast member was busted 2 weeks ago in Louisiana for allegedly molesting his 12-year-old daughter. Hayden was released after posting bail -- but we've learned he was picked up again today.

Law enforcement sources tell us the investigation led the East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Department to tack on a charge of aggravated rape of a child. An arrest warrant was issued today ... and cops, aided by U.S. Marshals, nabbed Hayden in Livingston, LA.

Hayden told us after the initial arrest that his ex-girlfriend -- and mother of the child -- was making false allegations to get back at him for ending their relationship.

Karrueche Tran is blaming BET for the fact she ripped Beyonce and Jay Z's little girl with a harsh joke about her hair while hosting "106 & Park."

The joke took a shot at Blue Ivy's hairdo and no one ever combing it -- but it quickly blew up in Karreuche's face when incensed Bey and Jay fans unleashed a vicious social media attack on her.

A source close to Chris Brown's GF tells TMZ ... she read the joke cold off a teleprompter -- it was in a script that had been changed by producers at the last-minute -- and she never saw it beforehand.

We're told ... it was a live show and KT had no choice but to read what was on the prompter. Afterward, she and her manager went nuclear because they also thought the joke -- about a 2-year-old -- was mean-spirited and in poor taste.

Karrueche tells TMZ she actually admires Blue's 'do, saying ... "I love that Blue is able to wear her natural hair." She added she would never disrespect Beyonce and Blue Ivy.

Floyd Mayweather came to the rescue this weekend -- consoling a 6-year-old boxing phenom after the kid suffered a devastating defeat in a game of musical chairs ... and we've got the footage.

Floyd was sitting courtside at the 4th annual Ball Up Streetball Championship in Vegas on Saturday where a couple of kids participated in some musical chairs in between quarters.

The kid lost -- Floyd jumped out of his seat and gave the kid a hug. It was a very nice moment.

But get this ... the kid is a serious boxing prodigy!!! His name is Famous J and he trains with Floyd's uncle Roger Mayweather ... and he's QUICK!!!

Suri Cruise's new Chihuahua, Honey -- which she's only had for a couple of weeks -- has disappeared ... and TMZ has learned there's a $1,000 reward for the pup's return.

Sources close to the situation tell us ... Suri and her mom, Katie Holmes, took Honey to a friend's house in Beverly Hills Sunday ... where the pooch slipped out the front gate. We're told she wasn't wearing a collar because they removed it to take her swimming.

50 reward posters have been plastered around the area. They even issued a pet Amber alert -- to notify houses in the area about the disappearance. We're told Honey also answers to Maple -- her name before she went to live with Suri.

Time is of the essence in the search -- the area where Honey/Maple bolted is heavily wooded and a known coyote hotspot.

Katie and Suri adopted the 1-year-old Chihuahua mix from a Studio City rescue ... shortly before moving into their new digs in Calabasas a couple of weeks ago.

Nick Cannon is the one who decided to bail on his marriage -- not Mariah -- sources connected with the couple tell TMZ.

Nick has made it clear to all involved ... he's deeply concerned about Mariah's emotional state and is ending the marriage for the well being of their kids. He believes the environment around Mariah is toxic and fears for his kids.

We're told Nick believes his kids have already shown signs of emotional upset living with Mariah.

Our sources say Nick's MO is simple ... he wants to create an environment separate from Mariah that gives the kids a safe haven from the "chaos" at her home.

Nick is also telling his people he's deeply concerned about Mariah's mental health and believes her people don't care about anything but her ability to make money and pay their salaries.

Katie Holmes has left NYC and moved to Black Beverly ... aka Calabasas, CA.

Our real estate sources tell us ... Katie just plunked down $3,795,000 on a 6,000 square foot home in The Oaks ... the fancy area where Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian live. Other residents include Katherine Jackson and her brood, Toni Braxton, Romeo, Mitch Richmond. Tyga recently moved out.

It was a super secret deal ... with a confidentiality agreement that socked anyone who violated it with a $1 million penalty.

Katie and Suri are already in the home. We're told Katie made the move for 2 reasons -- she wants back in Hollywood for her career, and she thinks Calabasas is a better place than NYC to raise Suri.

The cul-de-sac where she lives is populated by lots of kids around her 8-year-old daughter's age.

Weeks before escrow closed, Suri and her bodyguard went to a San Fernando Valley rescue shelter and picked out a chihuahua she named Maple, but they didn't pick it up because they were going to be gone until last week, when they moved in. We don't know if they picked up the pooch.

Robin Williams' son Cody put on a brave face ... mingling with friends Tuesday in San Francisco to celebrate his dad's life.

Cody was dressed casually as he arrived at an invitation-only event at Marsha Garces' home ... she's Cody's mom and Robin's second wife. The outside of the house was strewn with candles and bouquets from well-wishers.

The 22-year-old Cody is not seen in the pic with his sister, Zelda, or half-brother, Zac.
