Lil Wayne Birdman Screwed Over Drake, Nicki and Tyga Too
Drake, Nicki Minaj and Tyga say they got screwed by Birdman just like Lil Wayne did ... at least that's what Lil Wayne claims in new legal docs.
Lil Wayne now claims in his bitter lawsuit against Birdman and Cash Money, he has letters from Drake and Tyga's people claiming they got stiffed out of a fortune. And Nicki's people say in a separate letter her producers also got shortchanged by Young Money, and Wayne says it's Cash Money's responsibility to pay producers.
As you know, Lil Wayne runs Young Money, whose stable of artists include Drake, Nicki and Tyga. Cash Money is the parent company of Young Money, and Birdman is the big boss.
The allegations of Cash Money's financial shenanigans are massive. Young Money claims it was supposed to get a big chunk of a $100 million advance from Universal -- an advance that went directly to Cash Money -- and they're still waiting.
But Cash Money says Wayne and company are full of it. They gave him a $20 million advance for Young Money in 2012, another $12 million for Wayne's solo album and another $70 million in advances, royalties, marketing and recording costs for various Young Money artists.
Cash Money claims in the docs if anyone is a slacker it's Wayne ... he was supposed to deliver 21 albums over 7 years for his artists and only anted up 13.

Shane Mosley I've Got Millions in the Bank ... But I'm No Mayweather
Boxing was very, VERY good to Shane Mosley -- 'cause the guy has roughly $10 MILLION in the bank, which is awesome ... but nowhere NEAR the kind of money Floyd Mayweather rakes in.
Mosley had to declare his income and expenses to the court as part of his divorce from Jin Mosley ... and in the court docs obtained by TMZ Sports, Shane states he's got $14.6 MILLION in total assets and $4.8 mil in debts.
Overall, he's in pretty good shape ... with a net worth of $9.7 million.
So, what does he spent his money on?
-- $4,899-per-month on clothes (gotta stay fly)
-- $11,600-per-month on entertainment, gifts and vacation (gotta do cool stuff)
-- $4,736 on restaurants (gotta eat)
But get this ... despite all the cash -- Mosley says he owns an economical and environmentally friendly Chevy Volt (though he also has a Bentley).
One last thing worth noting ... Shane describes himself as a "semi-retired professional boxer" -- so, it's possible Sugar Shane could still fight again!

"I'm concerned," Jackson says about the sentence ... "It's not good."
Jackson says he has a hard time accepting that his friend is now a convicted criminal ... but he's refusing to turn his back on Fryar.
"I'm still with him. I'm standing with him. It's hard for me to believe he did this... he was always a trustworthy, good person."

Really missed the mark on that one ...

Joe Montana Hails a Yellow Cab ... It's Just Not Fair.
Here's NFL legend Joe Montana leaving LAX Wednesday in a taxi (not a chauffeur-driven black car) ... which is fine ... but it reminds us how LITTLE he got paid compared to the guys who came after him.
We pulled some numbers ... back in 1990, Montana signed a contract that made him the highest paid player in the NFL -- a 4-year deal worth $13 million ... that's $3.25 mil per year.
It's peanuts compared to today's top QBs -- with Aaron Rodgers inking a 5-year deal worth $110 mil, Russell Wilson has a 4-year $87 million contract ... even Eli Manning's making $84 mil over 4 years.
Even with inflation, Montana's annual $3.25 mil salary from his '90 deal only amounts to about $6 mil per season today.
Don't get it twisted, Montana's definitely not poor ... but when was the last time you saw Aaron Rodgers hail a cab?
Mischa Barton Repo Man Coming For Her Audi Q3
Mischa Barton better put her brand new Audi Q3 in high gear if she doesn't want the repo man to take it back ... because she hasn't paid a dime on her lease in 4 months.
Mischa signed the car lease at the end of March. She put down $2,300 and agreed to $696.29 a month for 3 years ... but she's only made one payment.
According to legal docs, the leasing company got impatient and demanded she return the Audi, but she didn't. So now the leasing company is turning up the heat, demanding full payment -- $40k.
Barton's financial problems are well-documented ... she sued her mom Nuala back in April, claiming the momager pocketed a big chunk of her earnings and even forced her out of her own house.
President of Gabon Destitute Wife Files for Divorce ... In L.A.
The President of Gabon in West Africa has 2 wives with very different lives ... one who lives in the presidential palace and the other who's on welfare. Guess who's unhappy and wants a divorce?
President Ali Bongo Ondimba lived in L.A. when his dad was the president. He met a woman named Inge in 1991 and married her 3 years later. They had 3 kids and lived lavishly ... private jets, mansions, cooks, the works. In fact, in 2006, Inge was featured on a VH1 show -- 'Really Rich Real Estate' -- where she bid $25 mil on a Malibu mansion.
But then Ali's dad died and he became President of Gabon, which required him to move back to his homeland. Inge followed him but claims her life was a nightmare. She says witch doctors convinced her husband she was crazy and as a result she was beaten, mutilated and kidnapped.
Inge escaped and came back to L.A. Ali got married to another woman and Inge says he completely cut her off financially. Inge says she hasn't received a dime since 2008.
Fast forward to September 2015 ... Inge, who says she's living on welfare, filed for divorce. In the legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Inge says she and her 16-year-old son are living on $524 a month in public assistance.
She's asking for full custody and spousal support.
There's an obvious dilemma -- California courts are going to have a problem getting jurisdiction over the president of an African country.
But Ali may have a problem, too. He married a much younger woman, Sylvia Valentin, and it looks like polygamy may be an issue.

The Situation Jersey Score Settled ... $5k for Bouncy Paychecks
Mike 'The Situation' Sorrentino got a slap on the wrist from his home state for screwing up paychecks to employees at his failed tanning salon.
New Jersey's Division of Wage and Hour Compliance filed a lawsuit against Sitch earlier this year because -- as we reported -- he was accused of bouncing multiple checks last year to his workforce at Boca Tanning.
The state won the lawsuit, and on August 31, Mike got hit with the bill for $5,130. We've called his reps to see if he's settled up yet.
We're guessing NJ isn't accepting personal checks from Sitch these days.

Gary Busey Pisses Off Ex-Agent ... Hand Over That 'Big Bro' Money!
Sure, Gary Busey won season 14 of "Celebrity Big Brother," but he wouldn't even have made it into the house without a talent agent who threw a Hail Mary ... so she says.
Vie Marshall claims she was brought in to work as Gary's damage control after he missed a meeting with 'CBB' producers. Marshall says she smoothed things over with show execs, ultimately getting Busey on the British show last year -- but she never got a dime.
Marshall says Gary's manager agreed to pay for her services, and later told her Gary never signed off ... so there was no official agreement. Translation: Take a hike, lady.
She wants 10% of Gary's show earnings. It's unclear how much he made, but if Tila Tequila pulled $175k, ... safe to assume Gary made at least that much.
A rep for Gary tells TMZ, "This is an old meritless complaint that requires no further comment."
