Mariah Carey It Takes a Village Bank To Pretty Her Up

Published | Updated

Mariah Carey is one expensive chick to hire ... and we're not talking her day rate -- she charges nearly $85,000 just to look presentable.

It all came out in a shocking lawsuit, in which a photographer is suing Mariah's record label, claiming he prepped a photo shoot for the singer's album cover and it was cancelled for no reason.

In the legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- the photog lays out exactly what it takes to get Mariah camera ready:

Stylist -- $65,391
Hair stylist -- $9,600
Makeup artist -- $7,200
Manicurist -- $2,400

The photog is suing for his fee -- which totaled $150,000

High maintenance, for sure.

But the record label claims they never fully agreed on the terms of the contract ... so there's no breach and the label's not on the hook for the fee.

Halle to Gabriel How Can You Not Get Modeling Jobs I Pay Your Gym Bills!

Published | Updated

Gabriel Aubry is fighting Halle Berry's attempt to slash his child support by more than 75% ... because her husband beat the crap out of him so bad he can't get work, but the photos tell a different story.

TMZ has obtained documents filed in their never-ending custody and support war. We broke the story ... Halle is trying to reduce Gabriel's child support for 6-year-old Nahla from $16K a month to around $3,800 a month.

Gabriel refers to the Thanksgiving day fight in Halle's driveway back in 2012, in which he accuses Olivier Martinez of a sneak attack that pulverized his face. He says it took him 6 months to heal before he could possibly work again, and since then he's only gotten 3 gigs.

But we checked out photos of Gabriel, and just 6 weeks after the fight there's barely a sign of injury.

Halle attacks Gabriel as a deadbeat who is using child support to avoid having to work. She says, "There is no case, no law, no logic that says a healthy, active man gets to simply live off child support that the wealthier mother earns."

And in Halle's docs, her lawyer, Steve Kolodny, says Gabriel uses monthly child support for his own needs, including:

$740 a month for Gabriel's "Fitness"
$940 a month in clothing (Gabriel lists Nahla's clothing expenses separately -- $675 a month)
$700 a month for Gabriel's health insurance
$1,975 a month in car expenses
$1,100 a month in furniture and electronics

Halle splits custody with Gabriel 50/50. She wants to convince a judge ... during her 50% custody, Gabriel should get off his ass and get a job.

Terrence Howard Between IRS and My Wife I Choose Taxes

Published | Updated

Terrence Howard has a strange bedfellow ... the IRS, who he'd rather be in bed with than his ex-wife.

Howard is using his massive tax debt to torpedo his wife's bid to squeeze money out of him.

He owes the feds $1.2 million ... and the State of California $156K. So the nerve, he says in new court docs, of ex-wife Michelle Ghent to demand nearly a half a million bucks in back spousal support and legal costs.

Howard says in the docs he paid her $2,000 this month ... which is all he can afford.

We'll see if the blood/turnip argument works.

Mama June She Won't Get Paid in Full But Kids Will

Published | Updated

Mama June is not going to get her full salary from TLC for the un-aired season, because TLC squarely put the blame on her for the show's cancellation.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... TLC's biggest concern is the welfare of Honey Boo Boo and the other kids and show execs are deeply concerned and upset that June has put them at risk by dating convicted child molester Mark McDaniel.

The network does not believe June deserves full payment, so they have deducted a significant amount from what she would have gotten if the show aired.

As for the kids ... we're told they will ALL be paid in full.

Ditto Sugar Bear, who will also get his due. And Uncle Poodle has already received his loot.

Our sources say TLC is hanging its hat on a morals clause in her contract -- and cavorting with the guy who molested one of her daughters ... well, it seems to qualify.

Cam'ron My Ebola Masks May Not Help ... But They're Making Me $$$

Published | Updated

Cam'ron knows full well his Ebola masks won't really protect you from the disease ... but hey, they're selling like hot cakes!

The rapper was leaving Hooray Henry's Halloween night when he told our photog he's already sold 5,000 masks emblazoned with his punim. He also revealed where he got 'em -- same place you buy other preventative stuff, like condoms.

Everyone knows it's a scam, since Ebola is not an airborne virus, but it's a fun scam nonetheless ... and Cam'ron's now making a killing.

Wrong choice of words?

Casey Kasem Lawsuit Over Who Gets HUGE Life Insurance Check

Published | Updated

The dogfight over Casey Kasem's estate is now going to court -- his kids are waging war with his widow over a $2 million life insurance policy.

MetLife actually filed the lawsuit ... telling the judge it's stumped. Both Jean Kasem and Casey's 3 kids have laid claim to the loot and the insurance company doesn't want to make the wrong decision and then have to pay out twice. So MetLife wants a judge to decide who gets the money.

Casey's kids hired a lawyer who fired off a letter to MetLife saying Jean essentially killed Casey by neglecting his care, which resulted in fatal bedsores and dehydration. The kids say someone who causes someone else's death can't inherit their money.

Casey's kids said when he was alive that the feud was not about money. It's always about money, right?

We have video of the fight -- it's not clear who started it and we don't see the bottle smash ... but Thomas is pretty confident she's in the clear.

Apparently authorities disagree ... Thomas was arrested after the fight and she's been charged with assault and criminal possession of a weapon.

According to the docs filed on October 16th ... Ricki cites irreconcilable differences, and says they legally separated on Oct. 9.

In the docs, she checked the box requesting to pay Evans spousal support ... which we don't see too often in Hollywood divorces -- then again, he's a jewelry designer. Translation: she's the breadwinner.

This is Ricki's second divorce. She split from Rob Sussman in 2004.

Amanda Bynes Parents Get Conservatorship She Bought Cartier for Strangers

Published | Updated

Amanda Bynes' parents quietly went to court and got a conservatorship ... after telling the judge their daughter has spent "alarming amounts" of money by purchasing jewelry for strangers.

Amanda's folks filed legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- in which they say Amanda is a "substantial risk" to herself and others. They cite her erratic behavior, including her DUI arrest last month, her shoplifting and her bizarre and sometimes violent conduct in NYC.

The documents also reveal Amanda is blowing through a shocking amount of her savings. Her parents say her net worth is currently $5,747,703.36. Of that, $2.8 mil is real property -- homes. Her parents say Amanda's only income is from her rental property -- $144,768 last year.

Amanda's parents say the gift purchases have been "extensive." It sounds like she's going into stores, buying stuff and just handing it out on the street.

The conservatorship takes a back seat to Amanda's involuntary commitment. TMZ broke the story ... her doctors just got a 30-day extension which allows them to hold her in a Pasadena psychiatric facility.

Toby Keith Offered Sweet Vegas Deal But Not Quite JLo $$$

Published | Updated

Toby Keith doesn't have an ass like JLo's ... or a winning personality like Kanye's ... which may explain why he doesn't command quite the fee offered to others ... but he's not doin' bad himself.

TMZ got ahold of a contract offer ... in which the "Beer for My Horses" crooner could wrangle $325K for performing one show at The Axis at Planet Hollywood.

As part of the deal ... he'd also have to agree to do a meet and greet ... and then mosey on down to his bar, "Toby Keith's I Love This Bar & Grill," inside Harrah's for a personal appearance.

True enough ... $325K for a single show isn't chump change for sure ... but it falls a little short of the $350K/show offered to JLo ... or the $500K per show that Kanye just turned down.

Still, who are we kidding ... it's an amazing offer.

Our Vegas source says Toby was interested ... but his rep tells us he's NOT doing the show.
