Anna Nicole Smith Story The Roles of a Lifetime
Anna Nicole Smith's life was surrounded by a huge cast of characters ... and now Lifetime is actually trying to cast those characters for an upcoming movie ... and TMZ has obtained the casting call sheet.
First off, Anna is described as "a pretty, but plain girl growing up in small town Texas" who "transformed herself though sheer willpower" into the famous Playmate she became.
They call Howard K. Stern a "lawyer-guy-friend-weirdo" ... "whose middling law firm is on the way out, so he devotes his entire business career to representing Anna Nicole."
Anna's late son Danny is described as a "wry, very cute and intelligent teenager" ... who "dislikes Howard K. Stern, whom he considers a slow-acting poison." They add, "Danny seems to have picked up his mother's pill popping habit" and "cuts his young life short."
J. Howard Marshall -- Anna's 80-something, billionaire husband -- is listed as "skin going gray, head gone bald and liver spots everywhere" ... a "pointlessness" dulls "the glint that used to be in his eyes." Um, yeah.
They paint Marshall's son E. Pierce as Anna's greatest nemesis ... he "makes it his decision to DESTROY Anna" and "he viciously vows to dedicate all thirteen of his attorneys to making sure Anna never receives a dime."
Finally, Anna's mother Virgie is said to be "a plain-looking deputy living in a hardscrabble Texas town" but according to them, "Virgie claims that men ruined her life" so she is determined they won't do the same to Anna.
For whatever reason, there was no listing for everyone's favorite baby daddy, Larry Birkhead.
No word on when this masterpiece in the making will air.

Martin Scorsese Sued PAY UP for Bailing on Our Movie for 20 Years
Legendary director Martin Scorsese has been blowing off a movie he agreed to make 22-years ago, according to a new lawsuit -- and now it could end up costing him several million dollars.
The lawsuit was filed by Cecchi Gori Pictures -- big time producers of movies like "Seven" and "A Bronx Tale" -- and claims Scorsese entered into an agreement to direct a film called "Silence" ... way back in 1990.
However, Cecchi Gori claims the project was eventually put on the back burner so Martin could direct 3 other little films -- "The Departed" ... "Shutter Island" ... and "Hugo" -- but only for a price.
According to the suit, Scorsese paid for the right to do each of those films before "Silence" -- but never forked over the hefty fee for "Hugo."
The suit alleges Scorsese owes Cecchi a flat fee of $1.5 million, plus the value of his producer title on "Hugo" ... PLUS 20% of his back-end on "Hugo" -- which you gotta figure is considerable since it was nominated for 11 Oscars and won 5.
According to the docs, Scorsese previously reached an agreement in 2004 to make "Silence" his next movie. Obviously, that hasn't happened ... and now Cecchi Gori says Martin is pushing off their movie again to make "Wolf of Wall Street."
Cecchi Gori is suing for the unpaid fees on "Hugo," and any other movie Scorsese ends up making before "Silence" -- so, basically ... a truck-load of cash.
We've reached out to Scorsese for comment ... but so far no response.

Kristen Stewart PISSED She's the Fall Guy
Kristen Stewart has publicly shown remorse over her affair with her "Snow White and the Huntsman" director, but privately she is FURIOUS she's taking all the heat ... sources directly connected with Kristen tell TMZ.
Our sources tell us ... Kristen can't believe the public isn't painting Rupert Sanders as the bad guy. She's grousing that he's 19 years her senior and was "in a position of power over her" ... being a director of a movie she had just shot and presumably someone she was going to work with again.
Kristen is also incensed that she's being called the big cheater. Although she knows she shouldn't have done it because she was in a committed relationship with Robert Pattinson, she feels Rupert is in a totally different and far more culpable situation, being married with 2 kids.
We're told Kristen fears her career may be irreparably damaged -- something she believes she doesn't deserve as a 22-year-old single woman who made a stupid mistake.

26-year-old Shia spoke with The Hollywood Reporter recently, swearing off studio flicks for the rest of his life ... in favor of a career in indie films -- saying, "I'm done ... There's no room for being a visionary in the studio system. It literally cannot exist."

Shia then gushed about the people behind his new movie "Lawless" -- saying, "These dudes are a miracle ... Jean-Claude Van Damme I Had an Affair With Kylie Minogue ... in 1994
The movie "Street Fighter" will now be known for more that just being one of the worst movies of all-time -- it will be known as the movie that led to Jean-Claude Van Damme having an affair with Kylie Minogue.
JCVD made the startling and completely unnecessary revelation to The Guardian while promoting his new movie, "Expendables 2." When asked about the fling, Van Damme stammered his way through one of the greatest answers ever ... saying:
"I tell you what, you should ask her. She'll have a better memory. I'm 51 years old, do you know how much I was punched in the face on The Expendables? No, no. No. And let's just say it happened, so what? Who wants to know? ... Sometimes you let go of stuff ... I don't know, maybe. Yes. OK. Yes, yes, yes. It happened. I was in Thailand, we had an affair."
He then goes on to give a little more detail than anyone wanted to hear, explaining:
"Sweet kiss, beautiful lovemaking. It would be abnormal not to have had an affair, she's so beautiful and she was there in front of me every day with a beautiful smile, simpatico, so charming, she wasn't acting like a big star. I knew Thailand very well, so I showed her my Thailand. She's a great lady."
"Street Fighter" was released in 1994, but it's unclear when exactly it was shot. Van Damme was married to wife #3 until 1992 (though he re-married her in 1999) and married wife #4 in February 1994 ... so it's unclear whether or not JCVD was cheating on either of them at the time.
The more you know.

Police in Ohio have arrested a man who allegedly tried to smuggle guns, ammunition and knives into a late-night showing of "Dark Knight Rises."
Authorities say ... the manager of the Cleveland-area movie theater became suspicious of the man, who allegedly tried to bring a satchel into a 10pm Saturday showing of the Batman movie.

Cops later performed a search of Smith's home. It's unclear if investigators discovered anything during the sweep.

'Total Recall' Remake Full, Naked Triple Breasts DESPITE PG-13 Rating
Millions of 13-year-old boys' dreams are about to come true -- TMZ has learned, the 3-boob'd lady in the new "Total Recall" movie WILL be showing FULL NIPPLES ... despite the film's PG-13 rating.
People have been speculating ever since news broke Sony was rebooting the classic R-rated 1990 flick, starring Arnold Schwarzenegger -- which features a 3-boob'd prostitute who proudly shows off three naked nipples.
Now, a rep for Sony tells us, the new movie won't disappoint when it premieres at midnight -- because the revamped 3-boob'd lady will ALSO be going fully topless ... sans the nipple strip she flaunted at Comic Con this year.
It's surprising ... considering the new movie's rated PG-13 -- and this kind of nudity is rare in PG-13 movies.
But it's not unheard of -- here's a list of other famous PG-13 movies with bare boobies ... "Titanic," "The Fifth Element," "Something's Gotta Give," "Forrest Gump," and "Splash."
As for the actress who played the original triple threat -- Lycia Naff -- she's pleased by the news, telling TMZ, it's pointless to go through hours of makeup and prosthetic attachment just to leave out the "best part" ... "those little chocolatey nuggets."
Um, what she said.
'Modern Family' Kid I Moonlight in Movies for $3k Per Week
Ariel Winter -- the girl who plays brainy Alex Dunphy on "Modern Family" -- is a tiny money-making MACHINE ... 'cause besides her steady sitcom paycheck, she made an extra $3k per week to star in a TV movie last year ... and she's only 14-YEARS-OLD!!!!
TMZ has obtained legal docs which show Ariel took a gig back in 2011 appearing in the Nickelodeon TV movie, "Fred 2: Night of the Living Fred" ... during her downtime from "Modern Fam."
According to the docs, Winter raked in $2,808 per week to play the role of "Talia" ... the new girl in school. It's unclear how many weeks she spent on the project.
Meanwhile, Ariel is reportedly making between $10k and $15k per episode on "Modern Family" ... and is expected to renegotiate for A LOT MORE.
And if that wasn't enough ... in 2011 -- when she was only 13 -- she also did some voice work on a couple of Disney cartoons AND a "Final Fantasy" video game.
Did you even have ONE job when you were 13???
