Sylvester Stallone shared a clip of them practicing a jab sequence -- exactly like Sly does when he's shooting a movie. He gave Demi a handful of cues and choreography for their boxing skit.
Maybe our suggestion Demi could be a good fit for the "Creed" sequel wasn't that far off. Chick's fight game is focused, for sure.

As we first reported ... Regal denies any wrongdoing or racism -- but Armie's not totally convinced, and says he would've flipped out way more than this guy did.

Ron Howard I Do NOT Have a Beautiful Mind For Classic Movie Lines
Making movies is Ron Howard's thing but waiting in line for 'em -- or remembering much about 'em -- is definitely NOT.
We caught up with the awesome director in NYC, and considering he's made about 100 flicks ... he must remember all the lines to at least one classic movie, right?
Watch this, Ron's memory is nowhere as good as his movies -- and you probably shouldn't get him started on assigned seats in theaters. But we did.

'Birth of a Nation' Theater Accused of Lying to Kill Ticket Sales ... But Denies Racism
-
EXCLUSIVE
- 8.3K shares
Regal Cinemas says it's not on a mission to tank Nate Parker's "The Birth of a Nation" ... despite a viral video purportedly catching one theater lying about tickets being sold-out.
Moviegoer Devon Walls claims staff at a Regal Cinemas in Delaware steered him away from buying tickets by telling him the theater was sold-out, and instead encouraging him to see "The Accountant." In a video he posted, Walls strongly suggests the move was racially motivated because he found out the 'Birth' theater was almost empty.
A rep for Regal denies it was racism, and told us the theater was "adjusting films and auditoriums to meet consumer demand." It's unclear what that means exactly, but the theater manager did tell Walls they'd added a showing of 'Birth' at the last minute to handle demand -- and that's the theater he saw nearly empty.
Mind you, Walls says he was never told about that added screening.
Regal brass insists the race of the filmmaker, actors and the film's subject matter had "absolutely no bearing on the decision."

'Braveheart' Producer Files for Divorce From Bill Cosby Accuser
Oscar-winning producer and entertainment exec Alan Ladd Jr., who’s backed films like “Braveheart” and “Chariots of Fire,” is ending his nearly 30-year marriage.
If the name Cindra Ladd sounds familiar, it’s because she’s one of many women who have come forward and accused Bill Cosby of sexual assault. Cindra had been working for film producer Ray Stark in NY when she met Cosby in '69 and claims he drugged and raped her.
Here's what's interesting ... Cindra and Alan married in 1985 and the date of separation on the legal docs is listed as March 14, 2015 ... two months after Cindra went public with her Bill Cosby story.
They have no minor children together. Alan was already a big-time producer when they got hitched, and had already served as Prez of Twentieth Century Fox.
He wants to block the court from awarding Cindra spousal support.
