NFL

Ochocinco Island??? More like 3 Mile Island.

Chad Johnson called out ATL Falcons star Mohamed Sanu in a 1-on-1 coverage drill ... bragging that he could lock up the wide receiver like he was Patrick Peterson.

Problem is ... when they took it to the field, SANU LIT HIM UP LIKE A XMAS TREE!!!

By the way, props to Chad who looked damn good for a retired 39-year-old wide out who just gorged on McDonald's before the workout.

There were other NFL guys out there too, including Melvin Ingram and D.J. Swearinger ... and even they were impressed with the old guy.

It's good to be a professional athlete ... at least judging by the beach pics of their reality star wives and girlfriends!!

A bunch of the women from the "WAGS" show flew to Hawaii for Nicole Williams' bachelorette party -- as she gears up for her wedding to ex-NFL linebacker Larry English.

Nicole was joined by supermodel Shanina Shaik -- along with her "WAGS" co-stars Natalie Halcro and Olivia Pierson. Models Sharina Gutierrez, Tamie Tran and Angelica Lee were also on hand.

They tanned, they drank ... they took butt selfies.

Maybe K.J. Wright knows something we don't ... but the Seahawks Pro Bowl linebacker is adamant Richard Sherman is NOT leaving Seattle.

On Wednesday, Pete Carroll said other teams have called and expressed interest in the leader of the Legion of Boom ... and Carroll said the team has talked about it ... but so far, no official moves.

Enter Wright ... who told us straight up, "Sherman's not going anywhere. He's gonna be here."

Marshawn Lynch is making moves ... signing a smokin' hot Victoria's Secret model to be the face of the new women's workout line for his Beast Mode fashion brand.

Lynch announced Gracie Carvalho has joined the B.M. team as his first "brand collaborator" -- on a workout collection called "Gracie x Beast Mode."

The company says Lynch handpicked Gracie after meeting her in 2016 and "comparing notes about their respective workout routines."

Gracie's no joke ... she's been Muay Thai fighting for years and flies out to Thailand to train with the best in the world.

Congrats!

John Elway says he does NOT believe Colin Kaepernick is being blackballed by the NFL over his national anthem protests ... but says he's not really sure if the QB can still compete in the league.

John and his smokin' hot wife Paige (a former Oakland Raiders cheerleader!) were in D.C. when we asked why he thought the ex-49ers quarterback is still unemployed.

Elway is the GM and executive vice president of football operations for the Denver Broncos -- a team that could use a QB right now -- but when it comes to Kaep, Elway says he hasn't been studying up.

When we asked if Kaep could still play, John replied -- "I don't know. I haven't been close enough to him to be able to tell."

Big day for Le'Veon Bell ... whose brand new rap album "Post Interview" cracked the iTunes Top 10 Hip-Hop charts today -- and the NFL star tells us he thinks his rhyme skills are on par with the best in the game.

The Steelers running back joined the guys on the "TMZ Sports" TV show (airs tonight on FS1) and says he's HONORED to be on the same list as guys like Drake, Rick Ross and Future.

In fact, Bell says he strongly believes he's just as talented as them ... adding, "my music is just as good as those guys."

No question Bell's poppin' right now ... his single "Shrimp Bayless" has almost 1 million plays on his SoundCloud page.

And get this ... he's also getting ready to drop a new single featuring Snoop -- and says it's straight fire.

Stay tuned for that one.

NFL star T.J. McDonald just got hit with an 8 game suspension from an arrest last year when the stud safety allegedly hit a parked car.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... McDonald was arrested for DUI in May after getting into a car accident in L.A.

Prosecutors dropped the DUI charge ... but McDonald pled no contest to reckless driving and was sentenced to 36 months probation, 200 hours of community service, and 3 months in an alcohol program.

Here's Hall of Fame QB Kurt Warner proving he's not an NFL GM ... 'cause he says he hopes Colin Kaepernick finds a job as an NFL quarterback next season.

Colin has yet to find a new team, and many believe a major reason is his off-field activism, which some believe is a huge turn off to even the most quarterback needy squads.

We got Warner out at LAX and asked if he thought Colin would get another shot and Warner made it clear ... he hopes it happens, and he thinks Kaep's past success means he deserves the shot.

Here's another clue Adrian Peterson could be in Tampa Bay next season ... he's training with Jameis Winston and hanging out with some of the biggest stars on the team.

Peterson was out in Houston this week training with Tim Grover -- the fitness guru who's worked with guys like Michael Jordan, Kobe and Dwyane Wade.

He worked out with Jameis and praised the young QB's work ethic -- "I really enjoyed being in the backfield and marveling at [Winston] and the confidence & leadership he displayed around so many veteran guys. Really impressive!"

After the session. AP hit the nightlife scene with Jameis ... as well as Bucs receivers Mike Evans and DeSean Jackson.

Also noteworthy ... James Harden, Trent Williams and Lou Williams kicked it with the star-studded group.

Michael Irvin is being investigated for allegedly sexually assaulting a woman at a Ft. Lauderdale hotel ... something he vigorously denies.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Sports, a 27-year-old Florida woman filed a police report, claiming she and the NFL Hall of Famer were out at a bar in the early hours of March 21 when they went back to the W hotel, where Michael was staying.

The woman says they were in Michael's room when she began to feel sick. She says the last thing she remembers is fighting him off. She says when she woke up he was about to check out, leaving her behind. She took an Uber home and called 911 at 7:30 AM.

She told cops she feared she was drugged and raped. She was advised to go to a medical lab for a swab and a blood test, which she did.

She says she also texted Michael, asking him if they had sex. She says he responded that he wouldn't do anything to hurt her.

Our sources say Michael, now an analyst at NFL Network, tells a very different story. He says he was out at a bar with a group of people, including the woman, until around 4:30 AM March 21, when he returned to his hotel and she followed. Michael says he had an early flight, was in the room for only 15 minutes and had no sexual contact with the woman. He also says another male was present.

He says the woman -- a cosmetologist -- texted him a day later saying, "Come for a facial when you get back to Ft. Lauderdale."

Irvin's lawyer, Larry Friedman, tells TMZ Sports, "Michael was in Ft. Lauderdale visiting his nieces and nephews at a track meet. He was also visiting his 90-year-old aunt and attending her birthday party. He was blindsided by news of these allegations."

Friedman adds, "The allegations are completely false. In the few hours since we've learned about them we've already discovered many red flags about this young woman's background and the allegations she made against Michael. Even the complaint that she made specifically says she does not recall the events that took place. She was very drunk that night. Nothing happened and there was no assault."

Brandon Marshall could hardly believe it when we told him Jay Cutler posed for a nude pic on the beach in Mexico ... but when we SHOWED him, the NFL star lost his mind!

It's hilarious ... especially since Brandon has known Jay since they were drafted to the Broncos together back in 2006 and clearly didn't expect the QB to do anything like this!

Marshall even calls his wife over to look at the pic while laughing uncontrollably and ends with a funny message to Cutler.

NFL Hall of Famer Tim Brown is completely confident the Raiders will be able to keep their players out of trouble ... despite the team's relocation to Las Vegas.

Brown -- who was initially worried about the move -- admits he's changed his mind and now thinks the team will control their personnel ... even if it means camping outside their homes!!

As for the 180 -- Brown says he realized the guys have the money to get in trouble wherever they are ... and Vegas is no different.

Las Vegas Raiders owner Mark Davis says he's already had talks with team officials about the dangers of Sin City and plans to work with players to keep them out of trouble in their new home.

Moments after the Raiders got team owner approval to move from Oakland to Vegas, Mark spoke with reporters, including FOX 11's Liz Habib ... and was asked about Brandon Marshall's concerns with an NFL team in Vegas.

The NY Giants WR previously told TMZ Sports the idea of young guys with lots of money in Vegas sounds like a bad idea.

Davis says he's talked about it with other Raiders honchos and said, "There are things that we'll be doing" to help protect his guys.

Davis was also asked if his legendary father, Al Davis, liked Las Vegas and why -- his answer is pretty funny.

Things just went from bad to worse for Trevone Boykin ... his latest arrest may have triggered a probation violation that could land him behind bars for up to a year.

The Seahawks QB is still on probation from his San Antonio bar fight arrest from 2015 -- the terms of which required him to stay out of trouble.

But now that he's been arrested for public intoxication and drug possession in Dallas, prosecutors tell TMZ Sports they're looking into whether Boykin violated his probation.

If prosecutors move forward to revoke his probation, officials say he faces up to 1 year in Bexar County Jail and up to a $4,000 fine.

Pacman Jones is digging in ... pleading not guilty in his crazy incident at a Cincinnati hotel -- the same incident when he was caught on tape wishing death on a police officer.

The Bengals star was arrested on January 3 for allegedly roughing up a security guard. He was later charged with obstructing official business, disorderly conduct, assault and harassment with a bodily substance for allegedly spitting on a nurse who was trying to take his blood.

The spit charge was dismissed last week -- and now we've learned Jones has pled not guilty to the remaining charges.

It's a big deal for Jones -- if he's convicted on all counts, he faces up to 8 months in jail. He's due back in court next month.

Of course, Jones could not have been more rude to police during the arrest -- telling one of the officer to "suck my d*ck."

Josh Gordon wants the whole world -- mainly NFL GMs -- to know he's still a freak athlete, and he's proving it using a sport he doesn't even play.

Gordon is still waiting to be reinstated by the NFL, but is obviously staying in shape, and showed it off with a dazzling array of aerial rim rockers that he posted to social media.

There are reports the Browns will either trade or release Gordon, meaning he'll have to prove to some other team he's still got the tools to dominate.
