"Mob Wives" star Natalie Guercio just learned one of the major rules of a strip club ... never, EVER mess with the bouncers.

Guercio was at Delilah's Gentleman's Club in Philly last Thursday to judge the Entertainer of the Year event ... when witnesses say she got into a fight with one of the club's security goons. Guercio's camp claims the bouncer hauled off and PUNCHED her in the face.

We don't know what set it off, but club sources tell us Guercio called the guy every name in the book.

Cops were called and took a report ... but Guercio decided not to press charges. She was taken to a hospital for a bruised face.

"Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta" star Benzino was shot Saturday afternoon while driving in his mother's funeral procession and police already arrested a suspect ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

We're told Benzino -- former owner of The Source magazine -- was shot after an argument erupted between family members in the funeral procession.

Benzino was hit and he was rushed to the hospital.

Remarkably ... the rest of the family went on with the funeral and the preacher says when they arrived both the limo and the hearse were blood stained -- according to reports.

Benzino is currently in the hospital.

5:20 PM PST -- The district attorney says Benzino was shot by his nephew Gai Scott, adding, "There has been growing family tension" between the two.

The D.A. says Benzino and Gai were in different cars ... but when the two were side-by-side at some point, his nephew allegedly fired shots.

Gai was charged with assault with intent to murder.

Benzino is currently in stable condition and his co-star Stevie J posted a pic on Instagram of the reality star in the hospital to prove it. B's biceps are bandaged ... so it appears that's where he was shot.

The man accused of beating the star of "Beverly Hills Nannies" now claims she's a liar and he can prove it ... with the help of her ex-husband.

Patrick Henry -- CEO of Entropic -- just filed legal docs obtained by TMZ, in which he now says he has proof Ari Bellamar is a liar and a fraud.

Henry -- who has been charged with assault, interrupting a 911 call and destruction of property -- submitted

, who gives multiple examples of deceit.

Barry Pettitt claims in his legal doc during their marriage Bellamar told everyone they knew she had cancer but it came to light she never even got tested ... she just made it up.

Pettitt says she's a bigamist two times over.

Pettitt also says she fleeced him for 6 figures when they separated by raiding the joint bank account.

He gives other examples, but the one that could really help Henry is this ... Pettitt says 2 days after the alleged beating, he hooked up with his ex-wife in an L.A. hotel and she had no signs of bruising or any other injury. But there's this ... he says during their sexual encounter she asked him to do certain things that may have left bruising on her head -- sadly, he was not specific.

The estranged wife of Raphael Brown -- one of the members of the 90s R&B group Next -- claims he viciously kicked her while she was pregnant and brutalized their daughter.

Juliette Gil-Brown got a restraining order against Raphael -- obtained by TMZ -- in which she claims on multiple occasions he hit and shoved her, grabbed her by the neck, punched her in the mouth and kicked her in the stomach ... and some of the violence occurred when she was pregnant.

Juliette also claims last month Brown became enraged at their 4-year-old daughter after she refused to kiss him on the mouth. She says he yelled at the kid and shoved her into the car seat. She says he then started yelling about not having herpes, even though no one brought up herpes.

And Juliette says Raphael looked at porn on the computer when their kids were in the room.

We've made attempts to call Raphael ... so far no luck.

Avicii's gall bladder surgery was a total success ... and now the mega-popular DJ is on the road to recovery.

Avicii went into surgery this morning and sources close to the DJ tell us the procedure went smoothly.

We're told Avicii is currently holed up in his hospital room ... where he'll spend the next few days recovering.

As we previously reported, Avicii bailed on his gig Thursday at the Ultra Music Festival in Miami after he was rushed to the hospital due to severe abdominal pains, nausea and a fever.

A crapload of EDM fans got up close and personal with Avicii during the Ultra Music Festival Saturday night in Miami ... but no backstage ... in the hospital.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... 51 people were treated at Ultra for medical emergencies last night -- including possible overdoses and "dancing injuries."

We're told 15 required hospitalization.

No word on whether they actually got to meet Avicii -- who's also in the hospital and penciled in today for gall bladder surgery.

A bomb squad rushed to Bob Barker's house Friday afternoon after a suspicious package was reported at the TV icon's home, TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Bob's housekeeper noticed the package inside the front gate of his Hollywood Hills home around 1:00PM and informed Bob's biz manager. We're told the biz manager then reported the package to police.

According to sources, LAPD responded to the scene with a bomb squad and inspected the package.

After a quick investigation, we're told the squad determined the package just contained medication -- no explosives or other dangerous substances. The bandage on Bob's head in the photo is unrelated.

3:45 PM PT -- A rep for Ultra tells TMZ, Deadmau5 will replacing Avicii on Saturday.

Avicii has officially canceled his huge performance at Ultra this weekend -- and it's all his gallbladder's fault ... TMZ has learned.

DJ people tell us Avicii is still in the Miami hospital where he was rushed Thursday night for severe abdominal pains, nausea, and fever. We're told he has a blocked gallbladder and needs it removed.

As a result, Avicii has been forced to cancel all his commitments this week -- including his highly anticipated Ultra performance.

Avicii's bummed he's missing his big show -- but obviously ... the guy has no choice.

Zac Efron was out and about Friday ... 5 days after his bizarre downtown L.A. fight that left him bloodied.

Zac was leaving a grocery store parking lot in the Los Feliz part of L.A. -- looking good. He was smoking a vaporizer and sitting shotgun as a buddy drove.

TMZ broke the story ... Zac and a man who claims to be his "bodyguard" allegedly ran out of gas on a freeway in downtown L.A. at around 12:30 AM Sunday. The "bodyguard" -- a convicted drug dealer -- says they were attacked by transients.

Cops tell us when they arrived on scene, Zac was bloodied.

Miami's big EDM festival week is CUUUUUUURSED -- now we find out Afrojack is the latest superstar DJ to make an emergency visit to the hospital.

Afrojack joins an elite group at Ultra with major medical issues.

As we reported, Avicii was forced to cancel his performance Thursday night after he was hospitalized
for a mysterious health issue. He's expected to perform this weekend at Ultra, but who knows.

We're told Laidback Luke was forced to pull out of this week's festivities because his wife went into labor. And Stefan from Dada Life had to fly to Sweden for emergency abdominal surgery.

As for Afrojack .... his rep tells TMZ, the DJ was hospitalized Thursday night for exhaustion, but he WILL perform this weekend as scheduled. Sources tell us, Afrojack received a B12 shot at the hospital and was released.

Zac Efron's friends are "worried sick" about the actor ... and none of them believe Zac drove to downtown L.A. in the middle of the night to get sushi -- they say there's no doubt he's fallen off the wagon again.

TMZ broke the story ... Zac ended up in an area of downtown L.A. that turns dangerous late at night, with transients and drug dealers out in force. Zac told cops his car ran out of gas, his "bodyguard" got attacked and when he went to help he got socked in the face.

Cops are skeptical, and it's echoed by Zac's friends. As one friend put it, "Zac's a loner. He goes out rarely and the idea of him driving for miles to go to some sushi restaurant in downtown L.A. after midnight is preposterous."

Several of Zac's friends tell us the so-called bodyguard is not a bodyguard at all. We've confirmed he's a convicted drug dealer who has been spending a lot of time with Zac recently ... despite warnings from friends.

There were a number of reports Zac went to rehab twice last year to kick his cocaine habit. But sources now tell us ... Zac NEVER went to rehab. Both times he went to a friend's house outside California and received private therapy --- but that's it.

Zac has lost friends in the last few months because they became frustrated that he was slipping off the rails again.

Afrojack dropped a sick banger Wednesday in Miami ... and by that, we mean he fell off stage and banged his head on concrete.

Afro got a little too turnt up while spraying people with champagne at the Dim Mak Beach Party alongside Steve Aoki ... and fell into the crowd face first.

Bad month to be a DJ -- first Tiesto's hospitalized after hitting his head on a giant LED ... now Afrojack is falling off the stage.

Afrojack tells TMZ, "You know what you do. When you fall off the horse, you get back on!!'

6:25 PM PT -- Sources close to the situation in Miami tell us Avicii has been discharged from the hospital. We're told he got out "a little while ago."

We're also told he is no longer a guest at the SLS. Something weird's going on down there.

Avicii won't be hitting the stage tonight in Miami -- the superstar DJ has been hospitalized ... TMZ has learned.

Avicii was supposed to do a show at Hyde Beach at the SLS Hotel in Miami Beach ... but less than an hour ago DJ Cassette told the crowd he was in a hospital.

It's unclear right now what's wrong with Avicii.

Our sources in Miami say just a couple of hours ago Avicii was fully expected to perform -- so it appears the problem was sudden.

Avicii's SLS gig -- a warm up for this weekend's Ultra Music Festival -- was so highly anticipated, the hotel was re-branded with his name.

Zac Efron was a hero who risked his own life to save the life of his "bodyguard" -- so claims the bodyguard.

We spoke to the "bodyguard" who says he and Zac were "cruising" around downtown L.A. Sunday at 12:30 AM, when they suddenly ran out of gas and rolled to a stop at the bottom of a downtown L.A. off-ramp.

Later in our conversation, the man -- we agreed not to use his name -- said it wasn't so much "cruising" as it was going to a restaurant in Little Tokyo in the downtown area.

TMZ broke the story ... Zac told cops they had run out of gas and for some reason threw a bottle out of the car which shattered and angered some nearby transients. Zac claimed the transients attacked the man and as Zac went to help him a transient viciously struck Zac in the face.

He tells us ... the transients actually went after him with "a spear" -- like a shank -- and stabbed him in the face, stomach and chest. He says Zac then got out of the car and swung a vodka bottle at the transients to fend off the attack. He says Zac actually thwarted the attack and saved his life.

So the man says the bottle Zac claimed to have thrown out the window wasn't really thrown at all. He says Zac used it as a weapon during the attack.

Zac Efron mysteriously ended up in a bad area of downtown L.A. just after midnight Sunday ... and ended up getting violently socked in the mouth by a sketchy transient ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

We're told cops were on patrol under the Harbor Freeway when they saw Zac and a man he identified as his bodyguard. Cops saw Zac and the other guy in a full-blown melee with at least 3 other people.

After breaking up the fight, cops questioned Zac. He told them they had run out of gas and were sitting in the car. Zac said while waiting for a tow truck they threw a bottle out the window -- he never said what was in the bottle -- and it smashed on the pavement near a group of transients.

Zac said the transients confronted him and the bodyguard because they believed the pair hurled the bottle at them. Zac says 2 of the transients attacked the bodyguard and when Zac got out of the car to help, he got cold cocked in the mouth. Zac said, "It was the hardest I've ever been hit in my life."

You'll recall ... Zac mysteriously broke his jaw in November, saying he slipped on a pool of water in his home. Zac was in rehab twice last year for cocaine abuse.

The area where this occurred is rough. Cops are on high alert for drug deals and gangs. One source says Zac was "obviously intoxicated."

Law enforcement tells TMZ ... no one was arrested because they viewed it as "mutual combat."

We contacted Zac's rep ... so far no comment.

"Basketball Wives" star Tami Roman is on the rebound after Wednesday's diabetic emergency that put her in the hospital -- she tells TMZ, she has just been released ... and is currently resting at home.

Tami says she was rushed to the hospital after going into diabetic shock and fainting in her Houston house. Her daughter found her passed out and called 911.

Tami says she was also suffering from dehydration.
