Tracy Morgan's leg was horribly broken -- but it will not be amputated ... TMZ has learned.

There have been a bunch of reports claiming Tracy's leg would have to be removed -- but his rep tells TMZ, "Rumors about his leg are completely fabricated."

We're told the comedian remains in critical condition with his fiancée by his side ... and she wanted to quell the amputation buzz.

TMZ has obtained video of the Tracy Morgan crash scene ... shot moments after the fatal accident and before EMTs arrived on scene.

The video shows clear panic, as other motorists stop, get out of their cars and try to figure out how to help.

The driver of the 18 wheeler who slammed into Tracy Morgan's limo Friday night was reportedly a road hog and proud of it, tweeting "Trying to win more than lose! Driving trucks for a living. It's my road. Move or get hit! #Walmart."

Kevin Roper turned himself in after being charged with death by auto. He was released a short time later. James McNair was killed in the crash. Tracy remains in critical condition and he'll be in the hospital for a while.

The New York Daily News spotted what they say is Roper's tweet. A short time later Roper's twitter account became private.

A friend of Roper's told the Daily News the account was the real deal, although Walmart disputes it.

Tracy Morgan is still in critical condition with several broken bones ... and doctors expect him to remain hospitalized for several weeks.

Tracy's rep tells TMZ the comedian has been more responsive today ... but sustained a number of injuries including a broken femur, a broken nose and several broken ribs.

We're told he's currently recovering after having surgery earlier today on the broken leg.

The guy who crashed an 18 wheeler into Tracy Morgan's limo-bus turned himself in Saturday night after being charged with death by auto ... and he's already back out on the street.

35-year old Kevin Roper bonded out hours after being booked.

As we previously reported, Morgan was riding in a limo bus on the NJ Turnpike on his way home from a gig last night ... when it was rear-ended by an 18-wheeler and overturned.

One person died in the crash -- Jimmy Mack McNair, a comic who was a passenger in Tracy's limo.

Morgan is in critical condition but according to one unconfirmed report he's conscious.

A rep for Walmart says Kevin has been suspended pending the police investigation's outcome.

Roper's bail has been set at $50k ... and prosecutors expect him to surrender.

As we previously reported, Morgan was riding in a limo bus on the NJ Turnpike on his way home from a gig last night ... when it was rear-ended by an 18-wheeler and overturned.

Tracy and another passenger were airlifted to a nearby hospital where they remain in critical condition. Another passenger, James McNair, was pronounced dead at the scene.

According to reports ... Morgan's opening act Ardie Fuqua -- who posted a photo of Tracy roughly 30 minutes before the accident -- is also in critical condition.

Prosecutors say the cause of the 6-vehicle wreck is still under investigation.

Walmart is stepping up ... saying it will pay expenses for the victims in the crash that left Tracy Morgan in critical condition Saturday morning if its driver is found at fault ... this according to their CEO.

Walmart President/CEO Bill Simon says they're working with investigators to figure out what led to the crash ... adding, "this is a tragedy and we are profoundly sorry that one of our trucks was involved."

Simon says, "We can't change what happened, but we will do what's right for the family of the victim and the survivors in the days and weeks ahead."

Tracy Morgan was in a horrific 6-vehicle accident early Saturday morning in New Jersey and is now fighting for his life.

Morgan was riding in a limo bus on the NJ Turnpike after a concert ... when it was rear-ended by a tractor-trailer -- at least that's the way it now appears. Tracy's limo overturned in the wreck.

One person in the limo was killed, and three others are in critical condition, including the former star of "SNL" and "30 Rock."

Police say 2 tractor-trailers, 2 cars, an SUV and the limo bus were involved in the chain collision -- and, at this point, they do not believe alcohol was a factor in the crash.

Tracy had a standup gig Friday night in Delaware and was on his way home when the accident happened.

Another comedian was riding with Tracy last night -- Ardie Fuqua was the opening act in Delaware. Ardie tweeted pics of Tracy on stage and of himself standing next to the bus. In a Facebook post he wrote, "We traveled back to NYC in style in a luxury Mercedes Sprinter. Road life is a good life!"

That was posted roughly 30 minutes before the accident. According to reports, Fuqua is also in critical condition.

The single fatality was a 63-year-old named James McNair.

Comedian Mike Epps allegedly took part in beating down a comic in Atlanta who reportedly cracked a few jokes mocking the Kevin Hart/Epps "feud" ... TMZ has learned.

Atlanta Police is investigating an alleged fight that went down Saturday night at the Uptown Comedy Corner. The alleged victim, Lavar Walker, told police someone told him that Epps was waiting outside the club to speak to him.

When Walker got outside, he told police he was struck in the face by Epps ... and then attacked by Epps and two other men. Walker was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment (see his injuries below).

A rep for the Atlanta PD tells TMZ ... thus far, no arrest warrants have been issued.

We reached out to a rep for Epps for comment ... so far, no word back.

Casey Kasem's wife chucked a raw piece of meat at his daughter Sunday ... all because Kerri Kasem attempted to take the radio legend to a hospital.

The back-and-forth drama between Jean Kasem and some of Kasem's kids has been bitter ... but Kerri was finally allowed to see her dad Friday ... per a judge's order.

The judge also allowed Kerri to have Casey hospitalized if necessary ... which is why she showed up Sunday with an ambulance at the home he's staying at in Washington ... but Jean wasn't having it.

In the video, you can see both sides of the family GOING OFF ... and for some reason it looks like there's both cops and a biker crew facilitating things.

Jean told NBC she was following a bible verse from King James when she threw the meat.

Ambulance workers were eventually allowed inside and they took Casey to a nearby hospital.

V. Stiviano was attacked on the streets of NYC by a pack of men who yelled racial slurs ... at least, that's what her lawyer is telling people.

According to her attorney, V. was leaving dinner with her sister and friends by the Gansevoort Hotel on Sunday night when two men followed her and attacked.

Stiviano's lawyer claims she was punched several times while the men screamed racial slurs.

Officials tell TMZ Sports ... no police were called and a police report was never filed.

Her lawyer claims she will file a report early today.

Donald Sterling has Alzheimer's and that's why doctors declared he is incompetent to have a voice in the sale of the L.A. Clippers ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Sources connected with the Sterling family tell TMZ ... the trust agreement that governs the family's ownership of the team provides if 2 qualified doctors determine either Donald or Shelly shows "an inability to conduct business affairs in a reasonable and normal manner" ... they will then be stripped of control over the team.

We're told earlier this month Donald agreed to an examination by 2 prominent neurologists. He underwent extensive tests, including a CT and PET scan. We're told both doctors diagnosed Donald with Alzheimer's and concluded he may have had the disease for as long as 5 years. The doctors both concluded he did not have the ability to conduct the business of the team.

Under the trust agreement ... the doctors' conclusions were enough to strip Donald of control.

Our sources say Donald can appeal the doctors' conclusions to the California Probate Court.

One interesting thing ... TMZ Sports broke the story ... on May 22 Donald signed a letter written to NBA Commissioner Adam Silver relinquishing control of the team to his wife Shelly. It's unclear if Donald's lawyer will now argue the letter is invalid because of Donald's mental incapacity.

Luke was performing "Can't Hold Us" by Macklemore and Ryan Lewis at the PNC Music Pavilion Thursday night in Charlotte when the embarrassing fall went down.

The 37-year old singer takes a nasty spill but quickly recovers and tells the crowd this is his second time falling off the stage in N.C. -- adding, "What is it about North Carolina that makes me bust my ass?"

Luke had to get a few stitches in his leg ... but it won't affect his tour.

Bret Michaels had to cut short a concert last night after just three songs when he suffered a medical emergency related to his diabetes.

Michaels was performing in Manchester, New Hampshire, on Thursday night when he rushed off stage. Michaels was suffering from low blood sugar -- he was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes as a child.

The Manchester Fire Department tells TMZ that a 911 call was placed around 9:45 PM about a diabetic problem on a tour bus. EMS was dispatched to the scene to treat Michaels.

Michaels' guitarist posted to Michaels' Facebook page after the show, "[Michaels] basically had to be dragged off the stage in his sickest of conditions. When I rushed to the bus he could barley speak, but begged me to apologize to the fans and seemed only concerned for them."

The guy who attacked Brad Pitt on the red carpet last night violated a cardinal rule of fighting -- never hit a guy with glasses ... especially when he's surrounded by a team of security goons.

TMZ broke the story ... Ukrainian troublemaker Vitalii Sediuk lunged at Pitt at the "Maleficent" premiere ... hitting him in the face and breaking the designer sunglasses he was wearing. Sediuk was immediately subdued ... and hauled off to jail.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... Brad wasn't hurt in the attack -- just stunned -- but a temporary emergency restraining order is now in place ... ordering Sediuk to stay at least 500 feet way from Pitt for the next 5 days.

We're told the case has been sent to the L.A. City Attorney for possible prosecution.

Brad Pitt was the target of a crazed man who jumped a barrier and made contact with the actor while he walked a red carpet..

Pitt was at the El Capitan theater in Hollywood for the premiere of wife Angelina Jolie's new Disney flick "Maleficent" ... when a man suddenly jumped the fence and ran up to the actor while he was walking down the red carpet.

We're told the man actually made contact with Pitt's face before being nabbed by cops. It's unclear what the man's intentions were.

Law enforcement sources tell us the man was arrested by LAPD and booked for misdemeanor battery.

9:45 PM PT -- The whacked out fan turned out to be the moron Ukranian reporter, Vitalii Sediuk, who also got slapped for trying to kiss Will Smith, was arrested after he crashed the Grammys, and once got a face full of Leonardo DiCaprio's crotch.
