1:02 PM PT -- Ty's agent, Happy Walters, tells us Ty asked for and received permission from the team to miss the flight.

Sacramento Kings star Ty Lawson was partying his face off with teammates at a Vegas club Thursday night before missing a team flight on Friday morning ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Lawson hit up Drai's nightclub along with Ben McLemore and Willie Cauley-Stein and boxer Adrien Broner ... and you can see in the video, they seemed to be having a great time.

Problem is ... Lawson missed the team flight to Kentucky for an exhibition game the next day and Kings' honchos are reportedly demanding an explanation.

For the record, Ben and Willie made the trip and had decent games.

The Kings had said Lawson missed the game due to "personal reasons" -- unclear if the clubbing counts.

According to ESPN's Marc Stein, Lawson also missed a team shootaround in Vegas earlier in the week.

Kylie Jenner is in the running for StepAlmostMom of the Year after she and Tyga threw a baller Ferrari birthday bash for his son -- but it happened to be a carbon copy of the one Blac Chyna threw.

King really made out for his 4th birthday -- the Sunday party with Kylie and his dad was epic. Ferrari balloons, Ferrari cake, Ferrari plates, horse rides with Ferrari saddles, and a freakin' Ferris wheel!

But King got all the same stuff one day earlier at his mom's house. Seriously, Chyna had almost the exact same Ferrari themed party on Saturday.

Kylie and Chyna really should talk more often.

Lindsay Lohan keeps calling him just a business partner/dear friend, but photos say otherwise.

LiLo was swapping spit over the weekend with Greek restaurateur Dennis Papageorgiou at Bouzoukia nightclub in Athens. He's the money behind LOHAN ... the new club he and Lindsay opened in Athens Saturday night.

Lindsay Lohan's finding out having your name above the door of a nightclub, doesn't mean everyone inside will show you respect ... no matter how much you ssshhh 'em and cuss at 'em.

LiLo jumped into the DJ booth during Saturday night's opening of LOHAN in Athens ... and it did NOT go as she planned. Check out the vid ... Linds sounds like an impatient teacher dealing with a rowdy classroom.

You can tell though ... she's taking this club biz seriously. Sources at LOHAN tell us she pulled an all-nighter -- arriving at 10 PM to make sure everything was ready to go, and stayed until 5 AM.

We're told she was hobnobbing with Greek business owners in VIP, and security stopped fans from snapping pics. If only she could've gotten someone to muzzle the crowd of 2,500 for her announcements.

Lindsay Lohan wants to eclipse the Kardashians by opening a slew of nightclubs worldwide, and then conquer the spa world.

We've already told you Lindsay struck a deal with rich friend Dennis Papageorgiou to open LOHAN Nightclub in Athens, but that's just the beginning ... next stops are Istanbul, Hong Kong, London and NYC.

But nightclubs are just the beginning. She and restaurateur Papageorgiou also have eyes on opening spas. They also are looking to help refugees by creating and distributing organic health drinks.

Dennis has got the cash, and he's banking on LiLo's celeb contacts to help fuel interest in the ventures. Based on pics from the LOHAN opening, they're moving in the right direction.

It took almost 6 months, but Prince's final tribute was a monster of a show with huge performances ... despite some big name dropouts.

Stevie Wonder, Chaka Khan, Tori Kelly, and Jessie J ... were just a few of the names that put on the marathon show -- it went for more than 4 1/2 hours inside Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul.

The sold-out show overcame last minute cancellations from John Mayer, Anita Baker and Christina Aguilera.

The show ended with "Purple Rain" ... and an ominous recording of Prince's voice saying, "I love you."

It's safe to say there wasn't a dry spot in the Dodgers' locker room Thursday night ... as L.A. celebrated its NLDS-clinching win with a TON of beer, champagne and Josh Reddick in an American flag Speedo!!

The Dodgers scored 4 runs in the 7th inning of Game 5 of the NLDS to beat the Washington Nationals 4-3 ... and the boys went all out with their post game party.

Lindsay Lohan is officially in a biz where she's got a ton of experience ... she's a part-owner of a nightclub, and her name's above the door.

LOHAN, the nightclub, is opening this weekend in Athens ... and we're told it's all thanks to LiLo's pal, Dennis Papageorgiou. The Greek restaurateur is the owner, but we're told Lindsay's getting a big chunk of the profits, aka ... back end.

A LOHAN spokesperson tells us Dennis came up with the idea in July -- the same month Lindsay and ex-fiance Egor split -- and Lindsay was down with it, naturally.

We're told the decor is "abandoned factory" chic with baroque detailing, whatever that means. Best of all ... there's a standard VIP area, and also a completely secluded VVIP area. That's not a joke. Think Lindsay meets 'Night at the Roxbury.'

We're told she'll make appearances 2 or 3 times a month. Opa!

Kim Kardashian is continuing to keep a low profile since the Paris robbery because she was noticeably absent from the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" season 12 wrap party.

Khloe, Kylie, Kourtney, and Kourt's ex, Scott Disick, were all snapped in the photo booth Tuesday night at Kris Jenner's home. Doesn't look like Kendall made it out either.

Filming for season 12 reportedly stopped following the jewelry heist.

Kim has said she's taking a month off and hasn't been posting on social media, but she has beefed up her security.

We told you it was coming ... and now it's official -- Johnny Manziel has been formally sued for not paying rent on a $25,000 per month party pad in the Hollywood Hills.

However, Manziel says he's being unfairly targeted and has done NOTHING wrong.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... the guy who owns the legendary Weidlake mansion (used in tons of TV shows) served Manziel and his friends with an eviction notice last week -- claiming the QB missed a rent payment and had badly damaged the property.

Manziel had claimed he never rented the home and the allegations were bogus -- but in his suit, the owner included a copy of the original lease which includes Manziel's name listed as a person who would be residing in the home.

In his suit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Fitzgerald claims Manziel and his two friends are all on the hook for more than $25k for rent and other fees.

We reached out to Fitzgerald who says he's planning to file a separate lawsuit for the damages -- which could go into the 6 figure range.

We reached back out to Manziel who says he did occasionally stay at the home -- but NEVER signed any agreement that would put him on the hook for the rent.
