In a lawsuit filed in Cleveland, 27-year-old DeCesare claims a local nightclub named "Sin" plastered her face all over a flier without her permission ... and more importantly, without paying her a dime.

Club owner Gordon Stojkowski tells us, "I have no idea about this lawsuit."

DeCesare -- who married former Cleveland Browns QB Jeff Garcia in 2007 -- wants at least $25,000 in damages.

TMZ has exclusively learned the mysterious object is a technological relic last seen in the '90s called a public pay telephone.

We're told the 24-year-old then checked her beeper before putting on her Walkman.

In an interview that aired this morning on Oprah, Jessica says she "felt betrayed" when her ex spilled the dirty details of their sex life to Playboy -- and though he said he's sorry via e-mail, she never wrote back.

She also dropped the dreaded D word -- saying she's "disappointed" in John for the entire ordeal.

Jayde Nicole is being touted around Las Vegas as a full service escort who will come straight to your hotel room if the price is right. Problem is, Jayde knows nothing about it.

TMZ has learned Jayde's image is being passed around Vegas on those escort-for-hire cards that those people flick at passersby on the streets.

On the flier, Jayde is identified as "Tanya" -- and the accompanying nudie pic is ripped straight from her Playboy spread.

But here's the best part: We called the escort service -- strictly for research purposes -- and they guaranteed the woman you saw on the card is the same exact woman who will show up to your sleazy motel room.

They also explained that "Tanya" doesn't cost $35 -- but if you turn in the card, you get a $35 discount from the regular price. Sorry ... they wouldn't tell us what price is regular.

But obviously, Jayde is not really a Sin City streetwalker -- and now a rep for the former Playmate of the Year tells us lawyers have already "dispatched a cease and desist letter" on behalf of both Jayde and Playboy.

When he wasn't droppin' the N-bomb or comparing his dangle to a KKK member, John Mayer also said one other interesting thing in that Playboy interview -- that his "dream" is to write pornography.

Now, his dream could become a reality -- because XXX giant Vivid Entertainment wants to put Mayer to work ... stat! Vivid penned a letter to the blues singer offering him a gig as a writer and director for one of its upcoming nakey films.

Vivid writes that Mayer's a great candidate for the porn biz because his talents "have touched so many" -- and apparently there's a lot more touching to be done.

Jessica was in L.A. last night -- and when we asked her how she felt about Mayer comparing her sex appeal to a "drug" and calling her "crazy" in the sack, Jessica turned red, smiled, laughed ... and gave an official "no comment."

John has since apologized for some other "racy" comments he made -- looks like Jessica has already forgiven him.

Mayer stopped his Nashville concert Wednesday night to address the interview where he dropped the n-word and compared his you-know-what to a white supremacist -- saying he was trying to be "clever" and "did that at the expense of people I love."

He then thanked his band for sticking with him, adding "I just wanna play my guitar."

John Mayer is apologizing for using the N-Word in that explosively controversial Playboy interview in which he compared his penis to a white supremacist.

During the interview, Mayer stated that "black people" love him -- and then he brought up the topic of a "hood pass."

While explaining the meaning of a hood pass, Mayer said, "It's sort of a contradiction in terms, because if you really had a hood pass, you could call it a n*gger pass."

But moments ago, Mayer issued an apology, via Twitter, saying "I am sorry that I used the word. And it's such a shame that I did because the point I was trying to make was in the exact opposite spirit of the word itself."

Good news ladies... Hugh Hefner is going to be a single man ... soon.

TMZ has obtained legal docs making his divorce from Kimberly Hefner official on March 11.

Sources tell us the couple has come to terms on a property settlement which is confidential.

The 83-year-old filed for divorce last September, although he separated from Kimberly in 1998.

Hugh didn't file for divorce earlier because he struck a deal and paid Kimberly a fixed sum and let her live in the house adjacent to the Playboy Mansion.

Kimberly filed a $5 million lawsuit against Hef last August after Hef sold the house and didn't give her profits. He claims he's paid her nearly $12 million since they separated.

Hugh Hefner has been sued for living the good life and refusing to give it up for the sake of his company.

We've obtained a class action lawsuit filed by a Playboy shareholder who claims the company is falling apart and Hugh has intentionally sabotaged two potential deals in the last 6 months to sell the company at a decent price.

In the lawsuit, an investment company that analyzed Playboy's business sent a note stating "we think the wildcard here is Hugh Hefner." The note continues, "If you were Hugh Hefner, 81, would you give up the parade of busty blonds, the fancy mansion and the reality TV show for a payout?"

The suit goes on ... "Hefner has continued to live the good life and make sure everyone knows it. Hefner remains in the limelight, showing up at media events and at the Playboy mansion ... with his girlfriends by his side."

The suit laments, "Today, the price of a Playboy magazine is far higher than the price of Playboy common stock." In 1999, the stock sold for $36 a share. Today Playboy closed at $3.14. The magazine sells for $5.99 ... because of the articles.

It's all part of a new lawsuit filed against Playboy ... by a guy who obviously never, ever plans to go back to Hef's place again in his lifetime.

According to the suit, a guy named Ryan Murphy claims he somehow scored an invite to a Super Bowl party at the Mansion in 2008 -- a party where guests were "permitted to consume an endless amount of alcohol without restriction." So far, so good -- right?

Jennifer Lewis, a former Guest Relations Coordinator for the Playboy Mansion, claims she was fired after she turned 47 and replaced by a 33-year-old woman. The suit claims Lewis, who is suing Hef as well as other Playboy big wigs, gave the defendants "over ten of the best years of her life."

Lewis claims beginning last year, she was singled out and subjected to a hostile work environment. Lewis claims it got so bad she was placed on anti-depressants.

In the lawsuit, filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, Lewis is asking for unspecified damages.

No immediate comment from Playboy.

Roderick -- who's currently renting the Los Angeles home out to tenants -- tells us firefighters responded quickly and extinguished the flames in 7 minutes.

We're told no one was injured in the blaze. Authorities are currently investigating the source of the fire.
