Lindsay Lohan's still paying for her past mistakes ... she just reached a settlement with the truck driver she slammed into on PCH 2 years ago ... and we're told there was a financial payoff.

TMZ broke the stories ... Lindsay crashed her Porsche 911S into a semi-truck ... then lied to cops saying her assistant had been driving. The truck driver sued her for mental and physical suffering.

But the case will never go to trial ... because the trucker's attorney, Carrington Snyder, from the Vititoe Law Group reached an out of court settlement this past week with Lohan's legal team.

Shaquille O'Neal's truck was booted ... for the second time.

And he reacted by choking the tow man ... for the second time.

Don't worry, Shaq didn't hurt the guy -- it was a playful choking -- and just like last time, the NBA great got off the hook without having to pay a cent.

It all went down in front the Instanblue Lounge in Georgia earlier this week where Shaq was hanging with friends ... and when he emerged, he noticed a guy putting a boot on his ride.

The booter is Spence Beck of ABS Booting -- who tells us just like last time, Shaq was super nice about the whole ordeal and explained that the whole thing was just a stupid mistake.

"The pay box is old-school, and Shaq didn't push his money through the slot all the way."

In the end, Spence says he pulled off the boot and let Shaq go ... and just like last time, the two made a video to remember the moment.

The Danish Navy is about to feel the wrath of Charlie Sheen ... because he tells TMZ they've illegally seized a boat he donated to Paul Watson and his boys over at "Whale Wars."

Sheen tells TMZ ... he purchased a 40-foot Zodiac, the BS Sheen, for Watson ... but it was seized late Saturday and perhaps even destroyed.

Sheen is understandably upset, but says he's proud a boat with his name has been out there doing good work. He vows, "This level of insidious and vicious corruption must be dealt with swiftly and harshly."

David Beckham didn't walk away clean from that motorcycle accident after all -- we just saw him at LAX with his hand in a cast.

Becks held up his damaged right mitt as he walked into the terminal with his kids, and photogs asked how he was feeling after laying down his bike on Sunset Boulevard yesterday.

We broke the story ... Beckham was leaving a tattoo parlor when he swerved to avoid paparazzi, according to our Becks sources -- which explains why he didn't feel like saying much to paps about his cast.

David Beckham is not perfect (SHOCKER!!!) ... he lost control of his motorcycle in the middle of Sunset Boulevard, but walked away unscathed.

Beckham was leaving the famous Shamrock Tattoo in West Hollywood Thursday when he lost control of his motorcycle -- a custom-built Super Vintage 93" Knuckle -- and tumbled off in the middle of the street.

We're told Beckham recruited a few friends from the tattoo parlor to help him roll it back to the store.

Sources close to Beckham tell TMZ the accident happened when he swerved to avoid the paparazzi.

Becks has a history with fender benders ... he crashed his Range Rover last year while pulling out of his Beverly Hills driveway.

... this according to IndyCar stud Helio Castroneves.

The good news: Nick Gordon walked away from a terrible car accident Thursday morning with no major injures. The bad news is ... he got arrested for DUI.

Law enforcement sources in Roswell, GA tell TMZ ... Gordon (who is married to Whitney Houston's daughter Bobbi Kristina) lost control of his BMW, hit a curb, took out a fire hydrant and flipped his car upside down. We're told it finally came to a rest after sliding around 200 feet.

When cops arrived on scene, we're told they discovered Nick was driving on a suspended license and cops felt Gordon's behavior gave them probable cause to arrest him for DUI.

We're told police did not conduct a breathalyzer test, but they are seeking a warrant for a blood test.

Justin Bieber just got rear-ended ... and it looks like a case of quien es mas macho.

Bieber was driving his red Ferrari in West Hollywood early Tuesday afternoon when he noticed a photog following him in a Prius.

We're told an annoyed Bieber slammed on his brakes and the photog crashed into him.

Bieber wasn't hurt, but he's pissed, tweeting, "We should have learned from the death of Princess Diana."

As for the cars ... the Ferrari was scratched ... nothing major. And let's face it ... who cares about the Prius.

Conrad Hilton, the younger brother of Paris Hilton, was involved in a major car crash over the weekend ... but TMZ has learned he emerged without any major injuries.

According to the California Highway Patrol, Hilton was driving in Palm Springs Saturday afternoon when he clipped the back of another car while trying to change lanes. CHP says his car then hit the rear of a tractor trailer before coming to a rest on the side of the road.

Police say paramedics had to use the ol' jaws of life to free Hilton from his car. As bad as that sounds, ours sources say Hilton suffered a fracture in his hand, a few cuts and bruises, but no major injuries.

According to the CHP, drugs and alcohol were not a factor, but Hilton was observed to be speeding before the crash. Police say before the crash, another driver called 911 to report Hilton's reckless driving and an officer tried to pull Hilton over, but lost sight of him.

This isn't Hilton's first major crash. Back in 2011, he smashed his car into a parked car while speeding down a residential street in Brentwood.

Justin Bieber took his Can-Am Spyder into Bev Hills Thursday ... and when traffic got too congested for his taste, he maneuvered it onto the sidewalk where he rode illegally ... almost hitting someone.

For the average driver, pulling out of a semi-tight parking spot is nothing exciting, but when it's Kylie Jenner (aka The World's Worst Driver) it makes for riveting video.

Jenner and a friend were leaving Urth Cafe in West Hollywood Tuesday, when she retrieved her infamous Range Rover from the valet ... which was left parked between two cars ... a Mercedes SUV and a Lamborghini.

Kylie Jenner is full of BS by claiming she was rear-ended by a reckless driver Thursday ... because the other driver says she not only caused the crash but copped an attitude.

As we first reported ... the 17-year-old was driving her brand new Range Rover when -- according to her -- a woman swerved into her lane and rear-ended her.

But the woman's lawyer says what REALLY happened is that Kylie made an illegal U-ey with no warning and crashed into oncoming traffic.

The accident was so bad ... the lawyer -- Gary Daglian -- says his client's passenger ended up in the hospital.

Kylie Jenner is now eligible to qualify for a demolition derby ... because she was just in yet another car crash ... TMZ has learned.

We're told the latest crash -- which occurred Thursday night as she was driving home from dinner -- resulted in thousands of dollars in damage to her brand new Range Rover.

Here's Kylie's story. She was driving home from Katsuya in Glendale when a woman in another car got cut off. She says the woman swerved into her lane and rear ended her.

The scenario is what Kylie told her parents ... so take it for what it's worth.

She has a rich, short driving history. The 17-year-old caused a multi-car crash a year ago ... 18 days after she got her license. She messed up her Mercedes SUV.

Kylie also got ticketed in January ... we're told it was for speeding.

Last month Kylie was pulled over and ticketed for tinted windows and driving with a teenager ... she's too young to have a minor alone in the car.

If you see Kylie on the road ... a sharp right onto a side street is advisable.

A judge just hammered the guy who stole a piece of Paul Walker's death car ... jailing him for 6 MONTHS.

Jameson Witty and another guy lifted a panel from the T-top roof of the Porsche as a tow truck was transporting the wreckage. TMZ actually got hold of the video ... which caused prosecutors to charge the 2 men with 3 crimes.

Witty and the other guy copped a plea ... and Thursday was judgment day for him. The other guy is expected to get the same sentence when he goes before the judge in October.
