Natina Reed Dead R&B Singer Killed After Being Hit By a Car
Natina Reed, a member of the 90s R&B group Blaque, was killed in Georgia last night after being struck by car. She was 32.
According to the Gwinnett Police Department, the driver of the vehicle that hit Reed called 911 at 10:30 PM last night. She was pronounced dead at Gwinnett Medical Center 29 minutes later.
A press release said that Reed "was in the roadway on Lawrenceville Highway near Hamilton Road when struck."
Police say the investigation is ongoing, but say the driver "was determined to be not at fault and there are no charges pending."
In addition to her singing career, Reed appeared in the 2000 film, "Bring It On." She was a protegé of the late Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes.
Reed is survived by her 10-year-old son, Tren Brown, whose father is rapper Kurupt.
Tony Scott Death Report Sleeping Med and Anti-Depressant
"Top Gun" director Tony Scott had multiple prescription drugs in his system when he lept off an L.A. bridge to his death ... including a sleeping aid and an anti-depressant.
According to the L.A. County coroner's office ... the toxicology tests showed Scott had therapeutic levels of Lunesta and the anti-depressant Mirtazapine in his system at the time of his death.
We broke the story ... Scott -- who directed a slew of Hollywood classics -- died on August 19 after jumping off the Vincent Thomas Bridge in San Pedro.

Eagles Coach Andy Reid Heroin Overdose Killed His Son
Eagles head coach Andy Reid's son died from a self-injected heroin overdose ... according to the Coroner's investigation of Garrett Reid's death.
Garrett was found dead on August 5 in his room at Lehigh University ... where the Eagles were holding training camp.
The Northampton County Coroner and D.A.'s Office announced the results of their investigations -- and revealed they had found 47 syringes, 65 needles, and a number of spoons in Garrett's gym bag.
29-year-old Garrett had battled drug addiction for years.
The D.A. said they are still looking into where Garrett got the heroin and the paraphernalia.

Gary Collins Dead at 74
Gary Collins, a legendary TV actor and host, died early this morning in Biloxi, MS at the age of 74.
Harrison County Deputy Coroner Brian Switzer tells TMZ he passed of natural causes just before 1:00 AM at Biloxi Regional Medical Center.
Collins' resumé is a mile long ... having appeared on episodes of such hit shows as "Fantasy Island," "Charlie's Angels," "Alice," "The Love Boat," "Police Story" ... the list goes on.
Collins was also known for hosting the talk show "Hour Magazine" and from 1980-1988 and hosted the Miss America Pageant from 1985-1989.
He married former Miss America Mary Ann Mobley in 1967 and the couple had one child together. They separated last year.
Collins also had two children from a previous marriage.
Over the last few years, Collins had several run-ins with the law, including a DUI arrest where his blood alcohol level was a whopping .29.

"The Last Dragon" Bruce Leroy's Bro Dies in NYC
Leo O'Brien, one of the stars of "The Last Dragon" ... has died in NYC, TMZ has learned.
Leo played Bruce Leroy's little brother Richie Green in the 1985 cult classic film.
Details surrounding O'Brien's death are unclear ... but law enforcement sources tell us the actor passed away Wednesday morning, and an autopsy is scheduled for today.
Leo's "Dragon" co-star Taimak (Bruce Leroy) says family members believe O'Brien had been in failing health recently.
As TMZ first reported ... O'Brien survived two gunshot wounds just over a year ago in Harlem. Police arrested a suspect who was charged with attempted murder.
O'Brien was 41 years old.

NFL great Alex Karras -- who also played Mongo in "Blazing Saddles" -- died this morning after suffering kidney failure ... this according to a family spokesperson.
Karras had been battling a myriad of illnesses over the past 2 years, including kidney disease, heart disease, stomach cancer and dementia.
Karras was a punishing defensive superstar on the Detroit Lions from 1958 to 1970 ... before breaking out in Hollywood.

We're told Johnny initially used a 2x4 to attack the men ... and then used his bare hands.
Law enforcement sources say the men he fought with say Johnny showed "super-human strength" and was "phenomenally strong."
We're told Johnny tried to break into the house of one of the men ... and it took 3 people to hold him back.
One source tells TMZ ... Johnny had gone to a neighbor's home to introduce himself earlier in the day.
Neighbors tell us Johnny had lived in that house before, moved away, and then came back.
Neighbors who knew Johnny say he was a "nice guy."
Johnny Lewis -- who had big roles on "Sons of Anarchy," and "The O.C." and once dated Katy Perry -- was found dead yesterday ... and his body was discovered at the same L.A. property as an 81-year-old woman he's suspected of murdering ... TMZ has learned.
According to our law enforcement sources, 28-year-old Lewis was found in a driveway Wednesday morning in the Los Feliz neighborhood -- and the elderly woman who owned the home was found dead inside ... the victim of a homicide. Investigators say they believe Lewis beat the woman to death.
According to multiple reports, neighbors heard the 81-year-old woman screaming ... and then saw a young man outside her home attack 2 other people with a piece of wood ... before he climbed onto the roof and fell to his death.
Lewis was renting a room from the 81-year-old victim.
Law enforcement sources tell us Lewis is the sole suspect in the woman's murder, and they are not looking for other possible suspects.
Lewis dated Perry back in 2006 -- and attended numerous Hollywood events together.
Lewis played Kip 'Half-Sack' Epps on "Sons of Anarchy" for 2 seasons, and also had one-off roles on "Criminal Minds" ... "Bones" ... and "CSI."

Andy Williams Dead at 84
Legendary singer and TV host Andy Williams has died.
According to his rep, Williams passed away last night at his home in Branson, MO after a year-long battle with bladder cancer. He was 84.
The "Moon River" singer -- who recorded 18 gold and 5 platinum certified albums -- is survived by his wife Debbie and his three children, Robert, Noelle, and Christian.
He hosted "The Andy Williams Show" from 1962-1971. He also hosted the Grammys from 1971-1977.

'The Lone Ranger' Gov. Org. Investigating Death On Set
An investigation has been launched into the shocking death of a crew member on the set of "The Lone Ranger" ... with a government agency vowing to leave no stone unturned until it discovers the truth.
TMZ broke the story ... a welder/water safety expert named Mike Bridger died on the L.A. movie set Friday while working inside a large water tank. Law enforcement sources tell us it appeared Bridger suffered a heart attack.
Now, we've learned Cal/Osha -- a workplace safety enforcement agency -- has launched an investigation to see if there was any negligence or wrongdoing on the part of Bridger's employer ... standard operating procedure following a death on a movie set.
In other words, Cal/Osha will look into how workers responded once they realized Bridger was unresponsive -- Did they follow proper emergency protocol? Was there a proper emergency protocol? etc.
A rep for Cal/Osha tells us the org. is also looking into the equipment and the tank ... and will also review the medical condition of the victim before his death. Cal/Osha will also conduct interviews with everyone who was on the set during the incident.
We're told there have been no official findings yet, and the final report could take up to 6 months to complete.
As we previously reported, Mike's friends and family also believe he died of a heart attack and do not blame the film for his death.

Lone Ranger Death Crew Member Had History With Jerry Bruckheimer
"The Lone Ranger" crew member who died on set last week worked alongside mega producer Jerry Bruckheimer and Johnny Depp for years, TMZ has learned.
Close friends tell TMZ the victim's name is Mike Bridger -- a welder and water safety guy who had 20 plus years in the biz ... and one of his biggest breaks was working with Bruckheimer on the set of the first "Pirates of the Caribbean" movie.
We're told Bruckheimer respected his work so much ... he hired him for every single "Pirates" sequel and then for "Lone Ranger." Our sources say he also became close with Depp while working on those films.
Close friends of Mike tell TMZ ... the family does not blame the production company for his death, and believes he died of a heart attack.
TMZ broke the story, Mike was working in a large tank on "The Lone Ranger" set when he passed away. Law enforcement also believe his death was due to a heart attack. He was 48.
His funeral is currently being planned by family and friends.

Tony Scott's Will Leaves Entire Fortune to Wife and Kids
Director Tony Scott, who jumped to his death off a Los Angeles bridge in August, willed all of his estate -- worth just over a million dollars -- to his wife and twin boys, TMZ has learned.
TMZ obtained a copy of Scott's will, which was filed in probate court in L.A. County earlier this week -- and according to the documents he left everything to the Tony Scott Family Trust ... established in 2004.
The beneficiaries of the trust are his wife Donna W. Scott and his 12-year old twins Max and Frank.
In the probate docs, the value of Tony's estate is listed as $1,250,000 worth of personal property -- however, considering his success, it's likely Tony was worth millions more ... and his assets had already been made part of the family trust.
Tony's famous brother Ridley Scott was originally named co-executor of the will -- drawn up in 2004 -- but in April 2011 he amended it to make attorney R. Dennis Luderer the sole executor ... and Ridley the first alternate executor.

'The Lone Ranger' Crew Member Dead Drowns on Movie Set
1:10PM PST Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the movie wasn't being shot today, and the person who died in the tank was prepping it -- possibly cleaning it -- when someone noticed no bubbles from the gear were surfacing. That's when they pulled the man out of the water.
A Walt Disney spokesperson just confirmed our story, saying, "We regretfully confirm that a Lone Ranger crew member has passed away after being taken to a local hospital," adding "our full support is behind the investigation into the circumstances of this terrible event."
2:28PM PST Law enforcement sources tell us, it appears he had a heart attack. Investigators are treating it as a "natural death." An autopsy will be completed over the weekend.
A crew member working on the new Johnny Depp movie "The Lone Ranger" died this morning after drowning on the set and going into full cardiac arrest ... TMZ has learned.
Law enforcement sources tell us ... the man was a diver who was working in a tank on the Los Angeles set ... when something went wrong.
We're told someone on the crew called 911 to report a medical emergency ... and when responders arrived to the scene the man was in full cardiac arrest.
He was helicoptered to a nearby hospital, but EMTs were unable to restart his heart on the flight. Law enforcement sources tell us he was pronounced dead at the hospital.

Amy Winehouse Singer Gets Second Billing ... On Her GRAVESTONE
Amy Winehouse's gravestone has been unveiled in London ... and even though she was a worldwide superstar, she didn't get top billing on her final marquee.
Amy is buried alongside her grandmother Cynthia Levy, who passed away 5 years before the 27-year-old singer ... and the two share a gravestone, with Cynthia's name on top.
The stone reads, "In loving memory of Cynthia Levy ... and her beloved granddaughter Amy Jade Winehouse."
The inscription continues, "Forever in the hearts of their devoted family."
Winehouse died on July 23, 2011 after a hardcore alcohol binge.

Junior Seau Chargers Retire No. 55 During Emotional Tribute
The San Diego Chargers honored the memory of Junior Seau today before their home opener against the Tennessee Titans and officially retired the NFL superstar's jersey -- No. 55.
Seau's parents and children were down on the field during the emotional tribute -- which was officiated by legendary Chargers QB Dan Fouts.
Fouts said, "There is only one Junior Seau and only one 55 ... and they belong together forever.”
Seau played 13 seasons with the Chargers and was selected for 12 Pro-bowl appearances.
Seau was found dead in his home on May 2 from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. He was 43.
