Legendary actress Brigitte Bardot died after being diagnosed with cancer, according to a new report.

Paris Match interviewed Bardot's husband of 33 years, Bernard d'Ormale, who told the magazine Bardot underwent 2 cancer surgeries while experiencing serious back pain.  D'Ormale did not reveal the type of cancer Bardot had, or when she was first diagnosed with the disease.

Bardot passed away at her home in Saint-Tropez on December 28, 2025 -- and her funeral is being held Wednesday in the French Riviera coastal town.

In the interview, d'Ormale described the last final moments of Bardot's life, saying he never left her side and watched over her every day with the help of nurses. He said he served her favorite breakfast each morning, as well as her afternoon snack -- tea with milk and a croissant.

Selena Quintanilla's family gathered privately over the weekend in Texas to honor her father with a celebration of life ... TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... the invite-only event for Abraham Isaac Quintanilla Jr. was limited to close family and friends, with no phones allowed. We're told Abraham's casket was not present.

About 400 people attended the service, which featured performances by Spanish-language singers, a video tribute highlighting Abraham's life, and remarks and prayers from a preacher.

The children of a murdered dentist and his wife remain "unaware" of their parents' deaths ... according to one of their relatives.

FYI ... Dr. Spencer Tepe and his wife, Monique, were shot and killed at their home in the Weinland Park neighborhood of Columbus, Ohio, in the early hours of December 30. Police said there weren't any signs of forced entry or weapons found at the scene.

Their children, ages 4 and 1, weren't harmed in the shooting, and they were placed in the care of Spencer's brother-in-law, Rob Misleh, before they were taken in by other relatives.

Misleh told NewsNation the murdered couple's children were "in loving hands" and had been "taken care of" in the days since the violent incident occurred. He believes the children likely didn't see anything at the crime scene and were "just as happy" as ever.

Misleh said he didn't have any ideas about anyone who would have had anything against the Tepes, and said they were respected members of their community.

Misleh did, however, comment about recently released video of a person of interest in the case walking near the Tepes' home around the time of their murders. He described the unidentified individual as "suspicious-looking" but surmised the person could have simply been "walking home drunk from a bar."

One of the sons of former actor and President of the United States Ronald Reagan, Michael Reagan, has died at the age of 80 ... the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation and Institute confirms to TMZ.

Michael died on Sunday, January 4, Newsmax reports … his cause of death was not released.

Michael Reagan, who was adopted, was Ronald's oldest son … his mother was actress Jane Wyman -- Ronald's first wife.

Michael was an author of multiple books -- including "Lessons My Father Taught Me" and "Twice Adopted" -- a radio host and a lecture speaker on conservative politics.

Michael is survived by his wife, a son and a daughter, and two half-siblings, Patti and Ron Jr., from Ronald's second marriage to Nancy Reagan.

Doug LaMalfa, a California Republican who served in Congress for more than a decade, died Monday.

The politician's death was announced by President Donald Trump during a gathering of House Republicans at the Kennedy Center Tuesday. POTUS said he felt "tremendous sorrow" following LaMalfa's death, NBC News reports.

The cause of LaMalfa's death was not released. He was reportedly in good spirits leading up to the holidays.

TMZ Sports has obtained the 911 calls made in connection to the fatal plane crash that took the lives of Greg Biffle and his family ... with witnesses documenting the horrific scene in North Carolina last month.

Officials released five calls on Tuesday ... and among the files are several individuals on the line who sounded frantic as they asked for help at the location.

One caller said he was golfing on the nearby course when he saw the Cessna C550 plane carrying Biffle and his family crash into a tree line and move downward. He said there was then a "huge explosion."

Bela Tarr, a film director whose work was marked by long takes and oftentimes bleak imagery, has died at age 70.

The filmmaker's death was announced Tuesday by fellow filmmaker Bence Fliegauf -- who was speaking on behalf of Tarr's family -- on Hungary’s national news agency MTI, Deadline reports.

The European Film Academy wrote Tarr had died after battling "a long and serious illness."

Tarr was born in Pécs, Hungary, in 1955, and he later moved to Budapest. He began his career in film working at the Balázs Béla Stúdió, and he made his directorial debut at the age of 23 with the release of "Family Nest" in 1977.

He garnered further attention for his work on the 1988 feature "Damnation," and received international acclaim for directing the 1994 epic film "Sátántangó," which runs for nearly seven and a half hours.

Tarr's final feature film, "The Turin Horse," was released in 2011, and he subsequently established a film school in Sarajevo, Bosnia.

Despite the often bleak tone of the director's work, he personally saw comedy in his films, and he told The Guardian viewers could "laugh a lot" while watching his movies.

Tarr was 70.

Nanon Williams -- a death row inmate who was befriended by Rob and Michele Reiner -- received an uplifting email from Michele hours before she was killed ... only he didn't get it until days after her death, according to a new report.

Williams told NBC News he learned about the Reiners' murders while skimming news stories on his state-issued tablet at the W.F. Ramsey Unit -- a maximum-security prison about 40 miles south of Houston, Texas -- and immediately messaged Michele, "Please tell me the news is lying."

Locked up since he was 17, Williams has spent his adult life behind bars after being charged with a murder he says he didn't commit. He reportedly became like family to the Reiners over the last decade after they saw a live performance of "Lyrics From Lockdown" -- a spoken-word multimedia performance based partially on Williams' writings.

Tatiana Schlossberg -- the late daughter of Caroline Kennedy and designer Edwin Schlossberg -- is being honored in NYC today ... and we have the somber shots of the family and friends making their way to her funeral.

The Kennedys gathered to mourn Tatiana at the St. Ignatius Loyola Church on NYC's Upper East Side -- the same church that hosted the funeral for Tatiana's grandmother, Jackie Kennedy.

As we reported ... Tatiana tragically passed away December 30 after reportedly being diagnosed with leukemia in 2024. She was just 35.

12:07 PM PT -- Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Jayne Trcka's friend called her several times days before her body was found, but no one picked up. The friend got worried and went to Jayne's home to check on her -- finding her unresponsive in the kitchen. After the friend called 911, first responders arrived on scene and pronounced Jayne dead.

Bodybuilder Jayne Trcka -- who played Miss Mann in "Scary Movie" -- has died, TMZ has learned.

Jayne's son tells TMZ ... Jayne passed away December 12 in San Diego.

The San Diego medical examiner also confirmed her death, telling us her cause of death is pending.

Tragedy to start the year -- Yulia Burtseva, an Italian influencer, has died at just 38 after undergoing cosmetic surgery in Moscow.

The social media star went under the knife at a private clinic in Moscow on Jan. 4 -- but things took a devastating turn when her condition rapidly worsened. She was rushed to the hospital soon after and later pronounced dead, according to Russian outlet MSK1.

The outlet reports Moscow investigators have now opened a criminal case, looking into possible negligence tied to the procedure. Officials say multiple forensic tests are being ordered -- including a medical examination -- as they work to determine what went wrong.

Bret Hanna-Shuford, the Broadway actor known for "Wicked" and "The Little Mermaid," has died.

His husband, Stephen Hanna-Shuford, shared the news on Instagram Saturday, revealing Bret had been battling Hemophagocytic Lymphohistiocytosis and T-Cell Lymphoma, which compromised his immune system.

"It is with a heavy heart that we share the news that early this morning we said goodbye to the most amazing man, husband and Papa in the universe," Stephen wrote. "Bret Hanna-Shuford left this world peacefully with love surrounded by his family. Our hearts are broken but we will continue to make him proud of us..."

Tommy Lee Jones' daughter Victoria had a plea deal that demanded sobriety waiting to be signed ahead of her sudden death ... TMZ has learned.

As you know, she was found deceased at Fairmont San Francisco early Thursday morning, with the dispatch audio indicating it may be related to an overdose. We also told you she had multiple run-ins with the law over the years ... with a recent drug-related arrest in April.

And, according to court docs obtained by TMZ ... Victoria was offered a plea deal following the April incident, during which she was found to be in unlawful possession of cocaine -- and resisted arrest. The plea deal Napa County had offered would require her to plead guilty to resisting/obstructing arrest and possessing a controlled substance ... but would free her of the charge against her of being under the influence of a controlled substance. In return, she'd have to refrain from using drugs and submit to random testing.

Tini noted she and her hubby, Antoine Wright Jr.,  remind their daughter about Arya -- the twin who died in the miscarriage -- every day ... and she believes Arya "plays with her sister in her dreams, L loves to smile in her sleep."

TikTok's beloved Grandma Mary has passed away, her granddaughter announced Friday.

Grandma Mary died peacefully in her sleep on New Year's Eve, her granddaughter -- who goes by Pyxie online -- revealed to her 1.4 million followers. She added ... "How lucky we are to have experienced her and her love. She will always be with us."

Grandma Mary was adored by Pyxie's followers as she was heavily featured on her TikTok account doing day-to-day tasks and generally spreading joy with her upbeat persona and comforting smile.
