Stefon Diggs’ male sexual assault accuser claims he turned over more than a hundred pages of text messages and other communications with the NFL star to back up his claims in court ... TMZ has learned.

In court docs, Stefon’s accuser, Christopher Griffith, claims he produced over 100 pages of communications -- including texts on iMessage and Instagram -- between himself and Diggs.

Stefon had claimed Christopher had failed to turn over Instagram messages ... but Christopher said Stefon has those messages himself. Stefon claims Christopher blocked him on Instagram and he can’t see their old messages anymore ... so he asked the judge to order Christopher to hand them over.

The San Antonio Spurs are in need of a new play-by-play announcer ... after the guy who held the job reportedly lost his gig amid bombshell cheating allegations involving a player's sister.

The claims went public on Jacob Tobey's social media earlier this week ... with his now-ex-girlfriend seemingly getting access to his account and sharing a picture of them during happier times.

"This is my girlfriend of six years. But I cheated on her with [redacted,]" the Instagram Story said.

Sherrone Moore's former mistress just hit the University of Michigan with a lawsuit ... claiming the school is refusing to hand over records related to the investigation that ultimately led to the coach's firing.

Paige Shiver filed the docs on Wednesday ... stating she has repeatedly requested the information Michigan has on her relationship with Moore when she served as his assistant, but the university keeps shutting them down.

Shiver claimed it is a violation of the Michigan Freedom of Information Act ... and now she's seeking a court order to obtain the records.

Marshawn Kneeland, late Cowboys pass rusher who took his life in November, has been diagnosed with chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE), according to doctors.

The 24-year-old pass rusher's brain was sent to the center for a posthumous examination after his tragic death from a self-inflicted gunshot wound ... and on Tuesday, doctors at Boston University's CTE Center released their findings, saying Kneeland had Stage 1 CTE.

Stage one is the first stage of the disease, characterized by short-term memory loss, mild aggression and depression, and headaches, according to experts.

Conor McGregor's last fight was more than five years ago, but Max Holloway doesn't believe in ring rust ... 'cause he tells TMZ Sports he's preparing for a "dangerous" Mystic Mac at UFC 329 on Saturday.

Holloway and McGregor first met in the Octagon way back in 2013 -- a scrap Conor won via unanimous decision. Not only did Holloway think a rematch would've gotten made a lot sooner, he wasn't expecting it to happen with McGregor coming off a lengthy hiatus.
